Private Disobedience: A Slave Ring

DISOBEDIENCE: A SLAVE RING

There was much training to be done. Tara Willows had only recently disappointed her master. The younger woman Alina Tremiru Alina Tremiru proved her strength to both her and Rax Tremira Rax Tremira by giving them a rather gentle beating all things considered. But it was enough to make her point across. They were apprentices. They were tools. They were to follow orders and not think for themselves. That was the message Tara walked away with. The conversation still fresh on her mind. Tara was skulking over the mess in one of the dojo's on Dromund Kass' main Sith temple. It was the one place Tara felt safe. She wasn't sure why. There were plenty of Sith around willing to stab her in the back here. But being in the training room and using the Dark side freely. It calmed her.

Now Tara Willows wasn't your average Sith. When someone mentioned the Dark side their first thoughts went to anger, pain, and hatred. Tara had none of those things. She had clarity. She had strength and belief. Will power. Tara could use the grand three, but she didn't rely on them. If there was such a thing as a gray Jedi, then there could be a gray Sith. Tara was one such anomoly. She understood how to be calm in situations and use her head. But she knew better than to not have passion. Her desire to get better was her passion. And that passion was in full force today.

Grunts and growls were heard from the dojo as Tara practiced with her new lightsaber pike. The red beam flashed around in circles as she made strikes to invisible enemies. She cut them down in her mind then moved to another and blocked an imaginary blaster. She was dressed only in her Viper-Mk II Skinsuit as there was no other need for clothing as she worked out. She needed to get used to the material after all. She hadn't worn it all that often.

Tara continued to push through her forms of the Matukai fighting style. It was designed specifically for a pole arm, which Tara already knew how to handle. She'd practiced with a Bo staff back in the academy. It was why she chose to have a double-bladed lightsaber. Now, she wanted to make her master proud and use the same pike she did. Albeit hers was less fancy and more breakable. She could always build another if this one shattered.

The white haired Siren wasn't waiting for anyone specific, but she could feel a certain brother heading her way. She didn't want to see him. She'd picked him up just the other day and dropped him off at Alina's estate. The duo hadn't talked at all on the ride. There was still some dissent between the two. An unspoken anger Tara felt where he likely saw none. He would come to visit her today, but probably come to regret it....

He strolled through the hallways like a King. Sure when he was younger he had bullies in this very same building, but he had quite literally beat the shit out of each one. And those that were there now seemed to part the Aurellion sea to get out of his way. As mentioned before, he was getting big; and showed no signs of slowing this progress. He stomped through the halls of The Academy, periodically peeking his head into a room. Nope. As such he continued. Humming some tune to himself as he maintained his brisk pace. Where the hell was she at? It was then he as well felt that tug... Stopping dead in his tracks and feeling out in the Force. Was that her?

He bypassed a few rooms, and was surprised, completely at what room he found her in. Alina Tremiru Alina Tremiru might have even gotten a laugh. It was such a small world. He opened the door, and stood with his feet spaced, as if to look heroic, or stoic, or maybe a combination. He knew she was upset, but what the hell did that have to do with him? She didn't have a right to be as far as he was concerned, he had to spend like seven hours with Dr. Evil (that was the official name he'd donned Alina's medical droid). Stepping in the room, he turned back to a group of girls that were eyeing him, sticking his tongue out and shutting door behind himself.

With that, he took up that goofy stance again, purposely speaking louder than he needed too.
"SIS! You been avoiding me?" he asked, canting his head with a face that matched a kicked puppy. If she expected him to mope with her, she could take that idea and shove it. She would reclaim her pride, or she would have to fight to be moping. It was as simple as that.

Mind you, he was smirking and grinning the whole time, but her emotions leaked from her like trying to capture water in a cloth sack. She was pissed, not just at him, but he guessed at Alina as well, probably why she didn't stop by the last time she could've when he dropped Xian off. In any case, he had left the love of his life to do god knows what with Alina, and had instead come to bother her. No way he was going to let her just mope herself into a depression.

"Oh I get it... You're sad you vomited your breakfast?" he said, putting his fists up in front of his face and bending over in her direction; imitating a baby. "Waaah, Alina don't hit me... Pleeeeease!?" he cackled wildly then, knowing he was absolutely asking for it, but didn't care. Let her bring it! Sometimes what people needed was a good knocking to right themselves, hells if he was gonna let someone do it.

Tara Willows Tara Willows

Much to Tara's dismay her lone training had been taken away from her. Her apprentice-brother Rax Tremira Rax Tremira had come to bother her. He stood in the doorway acting like a fool; Tara chose to ignore him. He then stepped in further and took up the same goofy stance while calling out to her. Tara grunted as she swept her polearm around and imagined decapitating Rax rather than some droid. She wasn't about to talk to him. Didn't he understand she was pissed? Apparently not as he decided to poke fun at the bear. He mocked her, calling her put like a baby. The very next thing he would see was that very same polearm coming right for his head, ignited and all.

"Mind your own kriffing business!" she'd shout after she threw it. At this moment in time she didn't care if he dodged it or not. She was furious. And him being there only lit that fire more ferociously.

He was still laughing when his face pursed up seriously, he ducked the blade muttering a "Woooah." as he scrambled away from her. So that's how you wanna play!? He got to his feet, sliding off his robes effortlessly, revealing nothing but the tank top he wore underneath. Now they were getting somewhere, pure anger, but she was talking.. He needed more of that. His saber was activated as he took multiple steps back to give him space. And give her something to focus her anger on. It was dangerous, sure, considering she was really trying to off him... It was necessary though, and he wasn't going to leave her alone.

"Come on... Come on little girl... " he said, whistling in short bursts as if calling a dog. His saber scratched the ground as he continued backing up, centering himself in that darkness so as to be able to survive whatever she tried next. If she took a step, he would just egg her on more, to be noted... He wasn't attacking her, and if she so much as though about going for that door he would be on that as well.

"Mmmhm, come on... girly... Let Rax see." he goaded her, his form was loose, barely a form at all, though he wasn't to be underestimated whatsoever. In fact in this very room, he had met Alina. Certainly he had lost all of the agility from his younger years, his fighting form having evolved into more of a powerhouse, and less of a trickster. It was time to see what Tara could do.

Rax would dodge her lightsaber spear, if only by a little. It would clash with the wall and then fall on the floor; the beam dissipated shortly after. A large gash in the wall was seen. Not the first one, nor would it be the last. He would then draw his saber and activate the chaotic red beam. Tara growled and grabbed her own sword. The hilts unfolded and then both emitted a pure orange beam. With a roar, she jumped into the air and spun. She'd land before him and then start striking him with her saber. She'd show him the true power of having two beams. Back and forth she spun the hilt to try and catch him off guard. She used the Force to push her body faster than she would normally move if she were some common life form.

"I'll wipe that smirk off your face, you sleemo!"

Here we go, he thought as she came in. He let her land, going behind her blade as he twisted himself, knocking her first attack away, though another seemed to follow seamlessly. He should've probably thought this through. Now how the hell was he supposed to maintain a steady defense against a faster, and more agile opponent for too long. Eventually, he was going to have to hit her, but for now he did a good job backpedaling, deflected, and redirecting her strikes. When she started using the Force however, he made an arc, giving them about three bodies worth of space before outstretching his hand in a solid Force Push. Technically his strongest ability at the moment. It was a concentrated push, if successful, it would have felt like a log hit her in the stomach, and not the general feel of a strong gust.

In addition, were he successful, he would roll his shoulders, scratching his blade on the ground to his right with purpose. Smirking with the realization, there was no way he could beat this woman in a straight up saber fight. He'd have to fight dirty. He stood his ground, waiting for her to come again. He knew she wasn't done yet, if anything she was probably more intent on hurting him. This is what it was all about though. He had to take up for her, even if she didn't want too herself.

"Come on!" he yelled hoarsely, watching for anything she might do, after all... One mistake, and he could easily lose something; it was clearly never a good idea to antagonize a Sith. "Let it out..." he said, at what one could consider an inside voice. Before anything could continue, she HAD to let this out, if this was what it took, fine...

Her opponent would deflect her blows carefully. She was faster than him it seemed. But he was stronger. At least in terms of raw strength. He'd back up a good three bodies worth and then thrust a Force Push at her. Tara blocked with one arm forward, letting it hit her shoulder. Using what she knew from Alina now, she would use the Force to continue enhancing her muscles so his attack wouldn't strike as hard. It still hurt, like a kick to the arm, but it was better than a truck.

Rax continued to bait her, making her want to scream at him. So she did. She let out an angry cry of frustration. She then did another unthinkable thing. She wanted to stay on top of him. Alina had told her to be unpredictable. So that's what she'd do. Tara jumped again only this time she threw her saber. The blade rotated like a spinning wheel of death. There'd be little chance to block it. He'd have to dodge. Tara anticipated this. When she landed she would rush him. Her hands open like claws to try and grab onto him. She was using an old fighting style of Echani martial arts to try and offset him. All she had to do was get one good grab in. Then....he knew what would come next.

Rax Tremira Rax Tremira

She wasn't a slouch, he had to give it to her. As she had done all of that, he was still doing what he said he would; waiting for her. It was actually surprisingly easy to hold her off when he only had to worry about defending. That wasn't the point though, he didn't want her to feel any less than what she was. They needed her... He needed her. As such, the thrown lightsaber could've been easily caught in Stasis, but he didn't. Instead he hefted his body in the air, backflipping off of his stance, and allowing the whirling death to pass harmlessly beneath. As he had deactivated his saber, and was more focused on avoiding the blade, she had indeed caught him off guard. As he landed, he felt her hands on him and reacted naturally, putting the hilt up to rest on her chest as he breathed hesitantly.

He didn't feel anything, but would stand with her in that stalemate, angry yellow hues peering into her own. He of course didn't activate the saber, but would hold it there in a reverse grip, right over her heart as they stood, his left hand as well held onto her clothing, just over her breast. He was heaving lightly, not so much from the fight, but... Well, the situation. He was there for her, even through all the anger, and pain she was feeling. She had him, he knew what came next. Even if he felt himself being weakened... Withering, the blade hadn't been activated yet.

"Go on.." he growled... Waiting for a few beats. If she lacked the conviction to kill him in that moment, he would just shove her away with his left hand, not sparing any Force in that action either. If she hit the ground well, she just did. After which, he face would soften, silently turning and moving away from her. Of course, she may have just killed him. He had left the power of that decision in her hands. Otherwise, he would move to pick up his robes, throwing them over his shoulder and moving towards the door.

Tara's attack had succeeded, but with a cost. She managed to grab him only to wind up having his emitted pressed against her heart. She looked down at it and then up at him. He tempted her again, daring her to use her ability. But she knew she was beat. By the time she even tried to drain his energy he could push that little button and her life would end. Her attack was not fast enough. It was a long process, longer still on an actual Force sensitive life form.

With a growl she angrily let go of him and pushed his arm away with her own free hand. He walked off to collect her robes and she would turn her shoulder to him too. Tara moved to collect the spear while her saber came back around. Using her connection to the blade she used the tendrils of the Dark side to wrap around the hilt and bring the blade safely into her hand. She then detracted the blades and set the hilt back on her hip. Tara then bent over and picked up the pike. He'd be able to see her backside rather well when she bent over.

"Why didn't you kill me?" she asked only after she retrieved both of her weapons.

As she bent over, he moped a little at her butt, immediately remembering he had a woman back home; who says you can't look though... He turned away, glancing back at the door and moving to open it when he heard her voice. He could've told the truth, being he kinda, sorta, liked her and didn't want to see her dead, but that was too plain.

"Are you nuts? So Alina could take ALL of my teeth?" he scoffed, opening the door, and waving her along. "Come on, lets go find some trouble... The hell are you doing around here anyway, this PLACE IS LAME!" he yelled the last part, causing a few people to look in his direction. "What!?" he asked the closest group, who just shook their heads, mumbling to themselves, something about him being a meathead. He frowned, and just turned pulling his robes back about himself. He wouldn't wait for her, but secretly hoped she followed.

What the hell else did she have to do here anyway? That she couldn't have done with ANYWHERE but here that is... Plus, he wanted to go somewhere. Somewhere not Dromund Kass. As he had been treating her like Galactic Uber, who else was he going to bother to get a ride off planet. He really needed to ask her about handling his accounts for a new ship, but it felt like something always came up.

He maintained his brisk pace, even skipping at times. He didn't feel that happy, but he had learned to never let this specific building get him down. These people was damned scavengers, picking at weakness. He wouldn't bother anyone, but would absolutely go ballistic if anyone came at him wrong. Turning partly once, he would check to see if she had followed him, smirking silently if she did, frowning if she wasn't.

So the only reason he didn't kill her was because he was looking out for his own skin. Fine. Be that way. If he wanted to be a dick then Tara would let him. She scoffed and huffed again. He would then tell -not ask- her to come along so they could find some trouble. Tara didn't really want to follow him, yet something possessed her to do just that. She had to get dressed first.

While she didn't mean just wearing the bodysuit, she wasn't about to walk out there without shoes. Now her feet were covered by the fabric but it just wasn't the same. She would slide her knee high boots on and then toss a robe over her to hide the rest of her features. She could always change in her room. Or on the ship. She had spares in both.

He would be some ways away by the time he looked back to see if she was coming. Only now would she be leaving the room. She looked left and right to see which way he went. Then noticed him she rolled her eyes. Why didn't he wait for her? Rax was being rather strange. She'd make her way over to him -assuming he waited for her to catch up.

"So what pray tell are we getting ourselves into?" she would ask as she pulled the red robe tighter around her.

"No idea, you're The Captain, Captain..." he told her, slowing until she caught up and glancing over to her with that smirk of his. "You really thought I was going to kill you... You don't understand me at all. Who the hell can I annoy if I kill you, and who will put up with your nonsense if you kill me?" he said, reaching a bit, but doing so with purpose. He was curious as to who else she would be so close with if it weren't him, and he wasn't interesting in finding out what would happen if she wasn't around. For one thing, it would be very sad around the place. He would lose his Galactic ferrywoman at that... That would suck.

If she allowed him, he'd reach out a left hand, ruffling her white locks of hair briefly. Finally making outside, and spotting her ship in the distance.
"So, you tell me... What kind of trouble will we be getting into?"

The Siren would roll her eyes as Rax called her captain. It wasn't that she disliked the name, she actually found it endearing. She was just annoyed at his childishness. But that's who were brother was. He was serious at times, but a fool for others. Right now everything he could possibly say would annoy the white haired SIth. She was just in one of those moods.

Rax would then continue to belittle her by saying how he intentionally was trying to annoy her back in the dojo. Tara furrowed her brow as he then ruffled her hair. She swat his arm away and then started to mess with it to get it back to lying flat. She thought about kicking him, or bashing him over the head with her pike. It took a lot of restraint not to. Rax would then ask her what sort of trouble she wanted to get into. Tara sighed.

"I've bean meaning to head back to Nar Hudda. Roku should have some sort of delivery for us. He always needs runners. Figured that could be a good place to start."

As she spoke she more or less decided this is what she wanted to do. She would move ahead of Rax and start heading to her ship. She entered up the ramp and typed in her security code to open the doors. A OMYN-Series Battle Droid was waiting near the door. It raised its gun for a moment and then lowered it once it saw its master. Tara walked right on past as if it wasn't even there.

"This is Omen," she would tell Rax. "Don't bother him."

"Do not bother me," the droid repeated.

Rax followed in step, not one to be late to a party, tensing as that ramp door opened, and revealed something he hadn't seen before. The droid raised a weapon, and Rax had a sudden thought to respond in full, though fought the urge. After all, it was on her ship, and she hadn't responded in shock. So he loosened, and followed. She warned him not to bother it, and in typical droid fashion, it copied her words.

"Hello Omen..."

He would say simply, whisking past the droid and looking over his shoulder once at it. He may have never opted to give Tara this information, but he had a certain distrust for droids. Most especially the ones that bore arms. Even more especially, the borderline bucket-headed ones that didn't seem to think whatsoever. Her droid fit in to the lattermost category at first glance. In any case, he pulled his top robes off, revealing the tank top he was wearing underneath, and a pristine muscular frame that he had been working on incessantly. Not out of vanity, but a desire to become stronger, and strike terror; though she shouldn't have been surprised at that bit.

As she went on to do whatever it was she was going to do, he would follow her, assuming she was heading to the cockpit he would beeline there as well, settling into the passenger seat of The Starlight, and letting out a breath of relief. He had been walking all day looking for her after all.

"So when are you going to help me get a ship, I told you I'm not good with math, or numbers, or credits... Or... Ordering things." He would ask her, folding his arms over his chest and looking over at her curiously. He knew she was still upset about the thing with Alina, but again; he didn't give a damn. At least she just lost her breakfast, he had gotten his teeth knocked out. He would always be quick to point it out...

As Tara moved to the cockpit she would stop and see Rax reveal his muscled pecs. She smirked. Her eyes rolled up and down taking in his form. He was a rather sexy male wasn't he. Tara turned away and headed back to where she was going. No time now to get distracted. Rax would then ask her about getting his own ship while Tara fiddled with the switches to turn the ship online.

"We can do that once we get some cash. I want to meet up with my contact on Nar Hudda again. Get some supplies for our slave ring. Can't very well transport people in our current status. I need shackles, cages, whips maybe." As she said that she winked at Rax. "Anyways. We have things to do, then we can get you a ship."

With that, the Starlight was humming and ready to take off. Tara grabbed the handles of the flight controls and would begin to raise the starship off the ground. It floated upwards as Tara took control to move them up and about. Once they cleared the ground she would unfold the wings and bring the ship into the upper orbit.
