Vyrassu had a nameless city built to house his forces, after the fall of the Jen'ari Empire in 255 ABY on Eclipse, Jen City was abandoned, and Vyrassu named the metropolitan city on Dikera Jen City II. The entire city is built on stilts and platforms. it houses a major portion of the citizens of the Planet as well houses a massive Citadel that the Sith of the Jen'ari that control and lead the Jen'ari forces on Dikera are located.

*Sith Citadel

Sith leaders of the Jen'ari that run the operations of the Jen'ari are located here. From here the Sith observe and plan functions and events for the Jen'ari that involve Dikera. Non Jen'ari members are NOT allowed inside.

*Jen'ari Imperial Military Base

The Jen'ari Imperial Military command post for Dikera. Ask Imperial Navy and Army officers are located here and plan invasions and battles as well as Planet protection from here. The base has a barracks for the infantry and Pilots to sleep.

Culture: The entire planet like Dromund Vatsu and Fush Bnigeai are under Jen'ari control. But the Jen'ari are not slave runners allowing the people of the Planet to still attend in their favorite events and activities such as Aiwha racing over the oceans, deep sea diving, even for those brave enough to challenge the harsh waves of the ocean Jet ski racing. Bets are always placed on each event. On top of the events most of the civilization were always seen wearing armor or water proof winter clothes due to the constant wind and rain but for some odd reason the weather never stopped the Dikarans from enjoying outdoor events. Even some were brave enough to visit the docks just outside the city to go fishing or even brave to go out on fishing boats and catch fish that are brought back to the Jen City fish factory and processed for selling, where a major portion of the Cities income had come from. It was a dangerous job to be a fisherman that paid well so a handful of the population braved the ocean to strike rich catching fish.

Technology: average to that of Coruscaunt

History:
After the Imperial Prison had been established, members of the Sith Order begin to grow and Vyrassu needed a Sith Academy. He wanted a Dark world that would train the acolytes in a dangerous environment and challenge them. So again the Scouts were sent out. 2 months later Scouts cane back with a planet similar to Kamino, the Planet was pure ocean, typhoon like weather. Vyrassu as well investigated this planet and this time instead of an invasion or dominion, Vyrassu used his powers to the humans making himself look like a god. The civilization bowed to Vyrassu and The Jen'ari Empire. Vyrassu then had a metropolitan city built on platforms and stilts high above the raging sea and named in Jen City II, here Vyrassu established a Sith Academy.

Intent: This planets sole purpose is for the Jen'ari Sith Academy, a place where new members of the faction go to be instructed on the basics of force powers and combat before being paired with a master

While you have all the needed sections for the planet template, they're out of order. So before we get started, please use the order that is stated in the template. That order can be found here.

Ah, seems like the Codex Elves fixed it for me. My apologies. Now, shall we?

Native Species: Aiwha Humans Sullustan
So, I'm not sure how any of these three could be native, considering they all come from different worlds. I'd be willing to allow humans, but from what I can gather this planet is entirely water, which wouldn't allow for natural habitats for humans. A native species would be a species that evolved on the planet, not one that immigrated a thousand odd years ago.

Here, you have a diameter over double that of Earth's, yet have standard gravity. One of these needs to be changed. Unless of course, the oceans are thousands of kilometers deep, then it might work. And, if they are, that needs to be listed, most likely in Primary Terrain.

For most of the links you gave, Wookieepedia was the source. However, I'm going to need the article in which the image was found.

How are so many people living on an ocean planet. You planet appears to be entirely water, and if not, that needs to be addressed. Another issue regarding this is how are the cities built? Are they floating on the water, are there pillars going down to the ocean floor? Maybe they're under water?

For all of your locations, you seem to do this. This is a section to list the purpose of Major Locations, and describe what they look like. Their history can also be listed as well, but not that of the planet. I'd also like a bit more for each location, as these appear to be important to the planet. Also describe how they are situated on a water planet. Locating them in relation to the other sites would also be nice, but not necessary.

I'd like to see the typos here addressed. Also, if the cities fishing docks are so dangerous, why are they the cities fishing docks. For a planet whose only export is fish, you have barely anything listed about fishing locations and the culture of a seafaring society.

So, this is a cloning planet? I understand you want a planet like Kamino, but don't understand why you referenced the planet in regards to tech.

History: 244 ABY The Jen'ari Empire discovered Dikera in av event to find planets and systems to control. The Jen'ari Imperial Military arrived to discover the planet was ran by pirates. Darth Vyrassu ordered a full scale invasion. After a 3 year battle the Planet became under control of the Jen'ari Empire. Unfortunately in the invasion all records of the Planet before the Jen'ari Invasion where destroyed when the archives building was destroyed in the battle. The remaining pirates after the Battle were either executed, exiled from the Planet or joined the Imperial Military. In 255 ABY when The Jen'ari Empire dissolved Vyrassu kept an eye on the planet watching over it. Dikera's civilization still thinking The Jen'ari to exist nor wish to treat Vyrassu's power remained loyal to the Empire for nearly 600 years and the Jen'ari was re-formed and again had a full time presence on Dikera.
Once again, more typos I would like fixed.

Regards~

Once again, Aiwha cannot be native. I'm willing to accept humans are, but I'd like an explanation of how they decided to settle on a water planet so long ago. Other than that, everything else seems fine.

Updated, and the explanation as to why humans choose and ocean world will not be told, it says that all history records were destroyed so the past of the Planet is unknown
