Diarch Rellik's lightsaber is the embodiment of restraint, efficiency, and purpose. Forged on the planet Firrerreo, the weapon was crafted not for spectacle but for control. The hilt, cast in finely etched songsteel, is cool to the touch, its form elegant. There are no garish flares or emitter wings only balance, poise, and deadly potential.
As a master of Form III: Soresu, Rellik required a saber that could weather the storm. Its low-profile design, and durable components allow for sustained engagements without wearing the wielder down. At the heart of the weapon lies a dual-phase system: with a near-instantaneous flick of a button, the blade can surge to triple its standard length, surprising opponents who overcommit.
A secondary width modulation feature allows subtle shifts in the blade's diameter, providing pinpoint control for fencing or expanding pressure against armored enemies. A bifurcating cyclical-ignition pulse ensures the saber ignites even beneath water, and Force-bonded construction tunes the saber's blade fidelity to the wielder's emotional center - growing sharper with stillness, or unstable under inner chaos.
While it offers little for those seeking brute strength or showmanship, in the hands of Diarch Rellik, this lightsaber becomes an unyielding bastion of will - waiting for the moment to strike, and ending the duel with surgical finality.
