STRENGTHS

• Armoured: The Legionary Droid's chasis was built to be a slightly more armoured version of the legionary combat armour giving it protection against energy and kinetic attacks.
• Multi Environmental Use: Being a droid allows the Legionary Droid to survive hostile environments and allows limited exposure in space environments
• Agile: Unlike most Battle droids the Legionary Droid is quite agile able to keep up with organics with ease.
• Shielded: Access to Va'karis Shields grants the droid even more survivability

WEAKNESSES

• Ion/EMP: The bane of most droids also take care of Legionary Droids. Even should the droid survive a emp attack a lot of its equipment it relies on for information can be disabled.
• Morale: While compared to organic forces the Legionary Droids have high morale they can still be affected by fear tactics unlike droids not granted free will.
• Extreme Cold: Extreme Cold limits the movement capabilities of the Legionary Droids.
• Poor Stealth Profile: While Shiftsteel might decrease the visual Profile of Legionary Droids the multitude of other systems within the Legionary Droid means other forms of sensors such as Thermal and Electromagnetically detection are able to easily spot the droid.
• Bloodthirsty: While the Droids have free will to help encourage loyalty reward algorithms are sneaked into the Legionary Droids that simulate dopamine that is admistered every time the droids get a kill. This has caused an increase in collateral damage and in rare cases a disregard for Rule Of Engagement.

DESCRIPTION
With the Founding of the 11th Legion of the Diarchy, an all droid legion the Diarchy needed a droid chassis suitable for proper combat was needed as the current Peacekeeper Chassis was ill suited for extended/intense combat operations while the Phalanx Droid was limited in where it could be deployed. FOTM with the cooperation of DIASTEC created the DIA Miles Legionary Droid which was the droid equivalent of the organic Legionaries that served in the Diarchy Armed Forces. The design of the droid also meant that it could be used to supplement the other legions without damaging its cohesion. Like the Phalanx Droid the Legionary Droid was not simply installed with a fresh droid mind but instead the free droids that served the Diarchy which mainly consisted of Peacekeeper droids through proving themselves in training and battle could earn the right to be upgraded into a Legionary Droid ensuring that these droids had real life combat experience and were not just mass produced cannon fodder like the droids of old.
