- Sonic Dampeners, Aural Amplifiers, Annunciator - Self-explanatory.
- Multi-Frequency Targeting and Acquisition System - Allows for target acquisition under less than desirable conditions.
- Multi-Spectral Target Assessor - Information feed that helps increase accuracy with ranged weapons.
- Broadband Antenna - Extends range of internal comlink; gets rid of distortion.
- Macrobinoculars (x10) - Self-explanatory.

- Nutrient/Water Dispenser - Self-explanatory.
- Reserve Oxygen Tank - 1 hour supply, 5 more tanks in pouches in underlay.
- Oxygen Filtration System - Self-explanatory.
- PSG-8487 View Masker - Secondary stealth system. Makes casual viewing of wearer with naked eye nearly impossible; also impossible to record using CCTV systems and other scanners.
- Sound Dampening Stealth Unit - Pretty basic. Makes the wearer's movement and footsteps quieter. Won't mask the sound of an unsuppressed round or the click of a magazine swap though.
- NeuroCoat Everlast (armor coating) - Coating that helps keep the armor and its components nice and shiny. No combat effect.
- Sentinel-series Utility Belt - Multipurpose belt.
- Sky-Strike Miniature Jump Pack - Rather self-explanatory. Allows for some short distance flight.
- Shock Boots w/ Magno-grip Soles - Extremely durable boots capable of latching on to metallic surfaces.
- AI Neural Interface - Most important part of the armor. Allows Miranda to access all of the gadgets on this and monitor/regulate them as needed. Also provides assistance in slicing and electronic/cyber warfare.
Strengths:
- [+] Self-Healing: That's all this armor really has going for it. The laminanium in the armored plating is able to reform and reshape to its original state after sustaining damage. In combat, minor damage to the armor can probably repair in times ranging from minutes to a few hours. Major damage will take many, many hours and may even take a day or so to repair.
- [+] Decent: It's fairly decent. Nothing too flashy aside from the technological gadgetry it affords its wearer. Fairly basic protection against kinetic and energy based weaponry and the plating can probably survive a glancing blow from a lightsaber. That being said, it's also pretty light and comfortable enough to wear for extended durations.
- [+] Hardened: The duraplast in the alloy makes this thing rather safe and secure against EMPs and ionic based weaponry. You ain't frying my toys today, kiddo.
- [-] Decent: That's all it is: decent. Higher caliber slugs, heavy blasters, and a determined lightsaber-wielder can penetrate and cleave through this like nothing.
- [-] Plating: It's plate based. There separated portions of the armor that expose the supplementary underlay, which is highly susceptible to kinetic weaponry and lightsabers. These open sections provide highly vulnerable portions that opponents can target.
This armor system was crafted uniquely for DG-43, also known as Marcus Itera and formerly known as "Pappy." It's a long standing armor system that was presumably created by the scientists and engineers behind Project: DREADGUARD. But don't let that seemingly important fact fool you: this thing ain't so great, or that's what Marcus likes to say.
The only truly distinguishing feature about this bad boy is the fact that it heals itself. Yes, it heals. The laminanium allows for damage sustained in battle to reform to its original state with time being its only drawback. Whatever it was put there for, Marcus just enjoys not having to go to the armorshop every other week to get dents and blaster scorches hammered and chiseled out of his plating. The armor itself fits very snugly. The armored plating is situated in key areas with a skin tight underlay comprising the underside of this armor system.
Aside from the simple design, Marcus has taken it upon himself to include various gadgets and goodies he's picked up across the years. They have varying degrees of usefulness and the owner of the armor even took it upon himself to list such technological doodads in the sections above. The most notable piece of tech is the AI Neural Interface jack, which is a jack seated in the helmet that allows Marcus's AI companion Miranda to sync with the armor's components and monitor/regulate them. It provides for an extremely efficient power source and an extra pair of eyes to monitor the battlefield and provide tactical guidance as necessary.
Overall, it's just simple armor that can withstand the wear and tear of a career soldier and mercenary. Just durable enough to not get him killed outright and lightweight, versatile, and comfortable enough to keep the wearer happy and satisfied with it.
