Private Detoxification 401[ft. Master Lex Del'Fino]

Ura looked at Master Lex Del'Fino Lex Del'Fino , with her eyes reflecting the happiness that could probably be felt around her now. She would quickly remove her hand from him, before saying "Thank you Master." She would then look around at the others before noticing something seemed up with Kyra Perl Kyra Perl and Amani Serys Amani Serys . The Lervon couldn't really put her finger on it, until she heard what Lex said. Ura slid up, looking at her friends before asking a quick question.

"Are they ok?"

"It looks like your gonna need a crutch for the next couple of days, Kyra."

"Noooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo," Kyra lamented, gripping at her leg and raising and dropping it repeatedly. Her efforts to wake it up were predictably pointless, the mass of pink flesh and bone thudding down like a sack of potatoes every time. That was not how you flushed out the poison. She squeezed her eyes closed, making a hasty attempt to sense the toxin and shove it out herself.

As per usual, Kyra struggled to grasp exactly what she was meant to be sensing for. Her recent breakthrough with Caedyn Arenais did help, but the eyes on her as she tried to do so upped her stress. As she grasped at the poison, she failed at doing anything with it.

Well. Besides spreading it further. It pressed up into her waist, sending that area limp as well.

Kyra slowly froze, a look of horror overcoming her. "Oh no," she breathed, her hands clamping down on the area.

She had to pee.

The words from Master Del'Fino were about as well received as one could expect from a very nauseous girl, hair shifting subtly being the only sign of physical affirmation of his words. Words that she couldn't understand with her inwards focus.

Jamie really didn't want to be sick in front of her friends. In front of the Jedi Master/

"Thank you, Master." The words came out ineffectually as her head continued to press in the desk, eyes shut as she tried to calm her stomach. "I'd rather not detoxify the old-fashioned w-"

A clenched fist pressed to her mouth as she began to feel sick, well timed with the end of her sentence. For now all the Hapan could do was sit there and suffer in silence, hoping that she wouldn't be forced to make a mad dash out of the classroom. But as her brow furrowed against the feeling in her stomach, it seemed less than likely for not.

Through the sweat next time...

Amani beamed proudly when Lex Del'Fino Lex Del'Fino came over to check their progress. However, her face quickly dropped when he turned to Kyra Perl Kyra Perl and mentioned a crutch. Clearly she was not having the greatest success at the moment.

“Wait, hang on.”

Amani stood up and hobbled over, feeling still slowly coming back into her own leg as she knelt down next to Kyra.

“Um, do you... mind?”

She gestured at the leg, before hovering her hands just over it and trying to concentrate on the poison. It was a little harder to sense in a different person, but it was all part of her medical training, and Amani could at least sense it had spread further. She looked up at Kyra calmly and spoke in an almost motherly tone, “Hey, it’s gonna be a lot harder to get this out if we don’t focus, right? Just go through the steps carefully.”

It was like Amani had gone full doctor mode. However, her experience would only get them so far. She didn’t want to risk trying to cure it on her own, if she messed something up then it would only cause further problems. And Kyra might hate her if that happened. Kyra would have to do it herself, but if Amani had a chance of helping with the process, she was going to try.

Kyra gave a soft whimper, more panicked than anything. She didn't want to make a fool of herself! Amani came over just as the poison pushed to the muscles surrounding her hips. Kyra gave her a wild look, eyes wide as she nodded with no sense of her usual mischief or lackadaisical. She gave the girl two sharp nods, a hand clamped over herself in fear of wetting her pants then and there!!

She squeezed her eyes closed, practically shaking as she concentrated with effort the others had never seen before. As some may have already noticed, Kyra worked much better when under duress. She could locate the poison, its presence foreign in her body, but she had no clue what to do with it. It was only with Amani's help, their consciousnesses brushing, that it was guided out of her any which way. Kyra followed her lead, what else could she do??

And bit by bit, the girls were able to learn from the other's mistakes and push the paralyzing posing out of her and dissipated it into the force.

Kyra wiggled her toes and looked up. She met Amani's eyes in relief, gratitude flowing from one girl to the next. "...Well that was easy," she announced un ironically. She dropped her hands, her pants saved, and perked towards Lex Del'Fino Lex Del'Fino for approval.

"What's next??"

Neat, honestly. Master Del'Fino's technique seemed to be comprehensive enough. Detoxifying in another appeared to still be similar to healing -- he was simply manipulating the body to do something. Auteme personally didn't feel like expelling the anesthetic was necessary, but it might be useful in cases when the liver was not strong enough. There were a great many toxins like that. Hopefully she wouldn't encounter any in her lifetime.

"Do you need anything?" Auteme asked Jamie. It was important that she excreted all of the anesthetic. Obviously the process was making the blonde uncomfortable, but at least she wasn't in pain -- or worse, without feeling in her limbs. Auteme wasn't confident in her own ability to detoxify another, so there wasn't a clear way she could help aside from give Jamie anything she might need.

The padawan sat down, patting her partner on the head in a mediocre attempt to comfort her. The Force worked in mysterious ways; this test was probably making Jamie feel worse than what would've happened with the anesthetic affecting her normally. Drugs were equally mysterious and dangerous.
