Dead in space

Darth Armyss

Nobleman, Sith, and Womanizer
((Sorry for the wait guys, had to deal with various things))

Albrecht continued to fire at the incoming zombies, this time with a light repeating blaster, after the carbine's power pack ran dry, mowing down waves of the undead, but they were still coming. However, in this carnage, he recalled something that, in some ways, was a problem, and yet in others, worked to his advantage.

"The hangars are going to be locked down as well, and it's more likely than not that the zombies have already disabled the ships there...we have one chance to get out" he told the others as he gestured towards the corridor leading to the dock where the derelict Star Destroyer was being kept. True, most systems were probably nonfunctional, but at the very least the life support, helm, engines and hyperdrive were functional, given how the salvage crews had flown the ancient warship into the drydock partly under its own power, the other vessels primarily assisting in course corrections with their tractor beams rather than towing it. It was an insane idea, trying to run a Star Destroyer with only a handful of people, barely enough to be part of the command staff of a skeleton crew, but in the short term...well...it had a higher survivability chance than simply waiting here to get eaten. Furthermore, most of the bodies on the Vector were decayed to the point that the virus couldn't use them.

"Get to the Star Destroyer in the drydock!" he yelled out, "It's the only remotely functional ship here that isn't in the locked-down hangar!"

((No this won't be their 'great escape' - it still needs some parts, but they don't know which ones yet, and guess where they have to go to get those parts))

Iris Tyrad

A man with no friends, only live for revenge
Iris hadn't rushed down the corridors like the young Sith ( [member="Ballen-Ist"] ) ,instead he decided it would be a perfect time to take in all that was happening and more importantly, start chomping on a cigar, he long waited to smoke on of his new, deluxe sized cigars.

The glow from his lighter illuminated the corridor slightly, but that was soon gone when the cigar was ignited, the smell of tobacco engulfed the room, as Iris placed the stick between his lips, breathing in and inhaling the smoke. Iris hadn't even got a chance to appreciate the great cigar, when shouting and blaster fire broke the silence. The sound of destruction, that Iris was all too familiar with, was coming from the direction where the young Sith had ran.

Before long Iris was running down the corridor, now closer he could here shouting, and moaning. What was happening down there? Turning the corner Iris was met with a gruesome sight of walking dead, and further down the corridor, a group, trying to hold off the waves of undead with all the weaponry available. Iris just stared in disbelief, this was like nothing he'd seen before.

The young Sith would hesitate, his quick stride coming to a complete halt. Slowly turning his neck, he would glance down the corridor, a bright yellow flare filling his eyes as they locked onto [member="Aeon Caedus"]. "I was going to offer you a place by my side when this was all over." He spoke, now fully pivotting to face the man that had threatened his life. "Instead, you die here."

From within the darkness, a sentinel stood, tracking..... Waiting.... This force had been seemingly invested himself in obscurity, now it was time... His sulfuric eyes illuminated the branching corridors, a cone of cylindrical energy buzzed from his saber, it's composition was red in nature.

"Tsk, a pity..."
His cloaked form was reminiscent of a shadow, none of his features were recognizable save the infallible tinge of red. "This is the end."

Ballen-Ist
Aeon Caedus

"I was going to say the same. But I'd rather leave you here, than carry your head around." A Sith pureblood wasn't an ideal opponent for him to face. but they were both acolytes, from what he could tell, and he was certain he'd be able to win.

Even with the undead converging upon them.

His falcata came up and off of his back and into his hand. "You're unworthy of your power."

Suddenly his free hand blurred into the air, black sleeve flying behind it, and the Force push flew straight at [member="Ballen-Ist"] centre mass.

Face contorted into an arid snarl as he saw metallic edged blade which would inevitably hurdle toward Ballen-Ist rest at the base of the boys fingers.. The truth was he hated him with a passion, from the start they were at odds... Upon them first meeting each-other they had fought, with Maleus defeated, the superior warrior had been revealed. But as time passed, and Maleus grew stronger there was no telling whom was the better warrior now.

The truth was Maleus did indeed hate [member="Ballen-Ist"] , but he also loved him... They were brothers in arms... There was no way he was going to let his friend perish at the hands of filth.

Seeing as his lightsaber had already been ignited, upon Aeon's motion he'd draw his arm down towards the base of the Sith's head in the hopes that it would sever his neck from his head.

With rage as refined as Alderaan, and hatred that burned like Tatooine, he'd strike. For the ancient Sith art that allowed the user to manipulate his rage, to leash the finite strands of power that lay within his conscious..

Aeon Caedus

Lifting his free arm, just as [member="Aeon Caedus"] did, the boy would place it outwards, aiming for the Sith that had unleashed the vortex of force energy. Anger began to flow through out Ballen-Ist as he watched his opponent, his smug words hoping to prod at the teen's emotions. The man made him very angry, that was for sure. Suddenly, another crimson blade would ignite from behind the initial opponent, it being wielded by [member="Maleus"]. Grinning, the Sith pure blood would also exert his own energy from his arm, it flowing out in order to act as a shield. The telekinetic forces would collide with eachother, negating both attacks completely. Reaching out with his controlled emotions, Ballen-Ist would call upon the power of his hatred, it enabling him to manipulate the force to his will. In another telekinetic fashion, the teen would attempt to manifest his force energy, expelling it into their surroundings in order to attempt and wrap around Aeon's feet, hopefully to create a tight bind that would slightly restrict his movements.

Dax looked over at the [member="Maleus"] , [member="Ballen-Ist"] , and [member="Aeon Caedus"] . Those idiot Sith were fighting amongst themselves! Are they idiots!? They are doing this now!?

Turning back towards [member="Albrecht Tagge"] and [member="Iris Tyrad"] , he hiked his blaster carbine on his shoulder. "If those karking animals want to fight it out, I say we find a way to that destroyer, ourselves." Without another word, he took off in a jog down the corridor. Hopefully there would still be a way.

He sensed [member="Maleus"] behind him from the beginning, but he had just ignored him so that he may deal with [member="Ballen-Ist"], that all changed when the Sith behind him had decided to attack him.

All he needed to do was step to the side as the downwards slash missed and his right hand snapped outwards towards the Sith Pureblood again as he tried to tighten the Force around his legs. Simultaneously, he swung his falcata straight towards Maleus's shoulder. If it did hit it wouldn't have been enough to cut off his arm, but it would have certainly cut deep enough to vex him further more.

For once, the Crown Prince wasn't the angriest person around, but he was near that level at the moment. And he would have moved backwards so that the Sith Pureblood wouldn't be able to see him while he was behind Maleus, but he was impeded. For now. Wrapping the Force around his own feet as it shield, he expanded outwards from there and dispelled the vice grip the Force had upon him.

"Two of you, and you can't even stop me."

Z19 simply was in that place for fun hours after the lockdown and after he shot down the door he was in the hallway near his room fireing his rifle and launching grenades he blew up gorup after group he knew there wasnt much they could do but with such a large group they could tear him apart he activated a small alarm making a terribly loud noise hurting everyones ears but it was enough for any other survivors to find him he kept fireing at em while he had the noise until he was surrounded...

As the blade was made manifest he'd extend his free-hand towards the assailing blow. A repulsive wave washed through his finger-tips, it was enough to throw the blade off it's trajectory. Bringing his right hand to the fray which held his saber he'd arch his hand upwards in the attempt to slash his chest with his blade. Willing yet another saber into his free hand, he'd ignite it and clash them together causing a complex wave of sparks to lick the ground.

Carden was in the bounty hunter area, the area was locked down he decided to find a few charges and decided to try to blow the blast door open. Carden gathered a few charges and placed them ant the blast door.

Carden stepped back with his rifle ready and wondered where the rest of the group of scavengers and hired guards went, he hoped he could find them. He has been hearing weird noises. Carden turned on his helmet light and blew the charges, the door blew right open. As Carden walked out the noises got louder. Carden did not know the layout of the ship at all so he just aimlessly wondered until he could find someone.

Z19 saw no one responded to his gigantic screeching so he did the one thing he could he ran as fast as he could threw the croud he launched grenades and used his viroblade to chop some down he turned down hall after hall until he got to the bounty hunters room but the door was destroyed then he remembered the gigantic group of zombes and ran again until he encountered a boy he checked his data files and saw that this boy was a bounty hunter be he really didnt need to because of the armor he told Carden Lorps that there was a giant army of zombies coming and said "RUN FOR YOUR LIFE KID!"

Carden had seen a metalic person come by yelling Run for your life kid. Without a reason why but Carden ran anyway "Why the heck are we running?" Carden said gasping for air. "I was just grabbing a few things this is a scav. Mission not a track race" Carden asked [member="Z19-20D"]

"Right! Let's move!" he yelled out as he attempted to remember exactly which way it was to the drydocks. That station had a weird layout that made it very easy to get lost, no symmetry or standardized layouts like on the Golan military space stations. The fact that this place was basically built by pirates originally helped to explain this convoluted layout, however. As he caught up to the seemingly only other sensible person on the entire station that was left alive, besides himself, of course, he finally remembered.

"To get to the Vector, we need to head to the other side of the station - most areas will be crawling with the infected, but if we can access the maintenance corridors, we should be safer" he suggested, when he saw [member="Iris Tyrad"] standing in the corridor a distance away and shouted to him, "Unless you want to get flayed alive, I strongly suggest that you come with us!"

"Unless you want to get flayed alive, I strongly suggest that you come with us!" A man down the corridor shouted to Iris.

Though getting his skin torn off his body did seem advertising, Iris decided he'd rather get out of this corridor and actually survive. He began a powerful, adrenaline fuelled sprint towards the man who looked like he was in charge, [member="Albrecht Tagge"] . After no longer than 4 seconds running Iris reached his destination by the mans side, who seemed to be discussing a plan of attack, or escape.

Before he allowed the man to continue, Iris spoke to the man "wait a second! Can someone please tell me what's happening?!" His voice slightly muffled by the cigar.

[member="Iris Tyrad"] [member="Albrecht Tagge"]
Dax turned to the man with the cigar. "Infected dead men are attacking. We gotta get out. Keep moving."

He knew his bedside manner was lacking, but if there was ever a time to skip small talk, This was the fething time to do it.

"Uhh hmmm, sounds like fun." Iris responded, with strong sarcasm in his voice.

It was not perculiar for Iris to be in hazardous situations, but this was different, the enemies didn't even have weapons, they were completely unarmed. Almost too easy. "Which direction are we heading?" Iris questioned the group, he hadn't heard the plan, due to his late arrival.

"Quick! Into the open door on the right! Don't close it until we're all inside!" Albrecht yelled out as he made a dash for the open door, an entrance to one of the maintenance corridors he knew to find. Back in the station's days as a pirate hideout, these corridors were used to store their loot from their raids, but now they were nothing more than a series of various shortcuts through the station. The fact that so few knew about them meant it was highly unlikely for anybody other than them to even know how to access them.

As the closest one to the door, he quickly slipped inside, then waited for the others to get in, hopefully before those shambling bags of rotting flesh catch up.

"Roger that!" Replied Iris as he backed into the small, cramped corridor. Thie door to corridor was almost hidden from the outside, anybody could of missed it if, unless they did a thorough inspection.

Iris turned around, but was only met by [member="Albrecht Tagge"] body heat, darkness and an eerie silence. Now the two, Iris and Albrecht, just waited for [member="Dax Odikai"] to enter the corridor.
