STRENGTHS
+Martial Prowess: Vaktare has dedicated herself to different forms of combat to counteract the forces that she would encounter on the Galaxy. From her master, she has learned different forms of lightsaber combat, seeming to favor a hybrid of Makashi and Ataru. She will occasionally dip into Vaapad in particularly aggressive duels. She has also taken the time to learn Teras Kasi as an anti-Force User precaution.
+Calm and Collected: As with many Chiss, Vaktare was raised in a climate where a focused, calm mind was venerated. Despite her allegiance to the Dark Side, he focuses her dark emotions in a way that it does let them rule his decisions. She will appear cold and calculating, but otherwise well-mannered.
+Aesthete: Much like many other Chiss predecessors, Vaktare has an appreciation for art. Not just for the beauty of it, she also follows the example of a certain Grand Admiral. The best way to overcome an enemy is to know your enemy: their culture, their philosophy, their art.
WEAKNESSES
-Cyborg: Both of Vaktare's arms have been replaced with cybernetic prosthetics. As such, if any attack destroys them or immobilizes them, she will be rendered without the ability to have hands.
-Condemns Failure: Vaktare does not tolerate failure. She is highly critical of herself and her underlings, seeing herself both as an heir to the Sith legacy and tbe legacy of the Chiss as started by individuals like Thrawn and Ar'alani. This causes her to lash out at those who screwed up.
PERSONALITY
The first thing that many would gather from Vaktare is that she comes off as level-headed. In most cases, she will seem polite. She reserves any true anger for when there is a major upset in her plans, or in the machinations of her master. Otherwise, she shows little fear, only fearing the wrath of her master for her failures.
BIOGRAPHY
The woman who would one day become Darth Vaktare was started off as a little girl on Csilla by the name Akalla. She was born the daughter of a lesser known family within the Chiss aristocracy. She was raised to be the shadow child, raised away from the existence of most to insure that the family lineage continued should anything happen. She was was taught in secret, learning sciences and tactics to one day assume responsibility as a contributing member of the Ascendancy. Yet, this was not to be.
The One Sith made Csilla one of its vassal worlds. Akalla was soon found to be Force-Sensitive, which drew the interest of the Sith. She was soon taken in by the Sith and trained in their ways. As an acolyte, she was paired with an older Sith who was known publicly as Baron Lannis Morcus of Serenno.
She was devout to his teachings, but she was never formally recognized. Her master instead had other plans in place. She was tasked on a secretive mission into the Unknown Regions, at his behest. There she faced many dangers, some which cost both of her arms. As the years passed, she kept in brief contact with her master, keeping within the Unknown until he bade her back.
And that time is now. She has been called upon to return to his side, to be his eyes and ears. And most importantly, she will be his Voice as his machinations come to fruition.
