Strengths:
- Force Imbued Durasteel - This allows the shield to both block lightsabers and blaster bolts.
- Vibroshield - The edges of the shield can vibrate ultrasonic, this allows for a more powerful and better cutting.
- Sith Rune - The symbol near the top of the shield is a Sith rune, this rune allows a specific ability to be used.
Weaknesses:
- Presence - Any Jedi or other Force Sensitive is going to notice that the shield is imbued with the darkside
- Force Null Fields - Anything that disables the Force will prevent the major attributes contributed by the Force from working, making this a plain old Vibroshield.
- Heavy - The shield is long, and heavy. Wielding it slows down the user.
- Force Light - Due to the nature of the embodiment of this shield, Force Light would destroy this shield.
DESCRIPTION
Shields are not common on the battlefield in the physical form, but to Arabris, it is essential in his form of combat. This shield probably one of the first truly unique shields created by a Sith. With careful construction, this shield has become a great example of Sith Sorcery and Magics. With it's rune, after receiving many strikes or blows (10 strikes), the shield's rune will begin to project Dark Aura within a 10 meter radius around the wielder. Those not of the darkside should be caution around this shield. While it does provide excellent protection, the lower edge of this shield is sharp and with the vibro mechanics, can cut through flesh and clothe with ease.
