STANDARD FEATURES

ADVANCED SYSTEMS

N/A

Strengths:

Heavy Protection: The Dar'Shirim Fighter is covered in thick durasteel hull, as well as heavy shields, making it difficult to do damage to.

Hard to Hit: The combination of the "Screamer" and Electromagnetic Shields makes the Dar'Shirim particularly difficult to aim at with sensors or artificial aiming devices.

Weaknesses:

Let Down It's Guard: The Dar'Shirim Fighter must let down its shields in order to get communications from great distances, so either they must lower their shields or fly close to their command ship to be given instructions.

Slow: The Dar'Shirim was not built for speed, but rather to fly and deliver it's ordinance of plasma bombs and take out as many fighters as possible while doing so.

Description:

The Dar'Shirim was heavily based off of Imperial designs from the Galactic Civil war, although it was designed to be more flexible and less expendable than the TIE fighters of old. These massive fighters were primarily designed with the strategy in mind as using them as emergency bombers, who could then become fighters after delivering their payload.
