Darkest Shadow (One Sith)

Daniel Tresk

A Most Lamentable Tragedy
Objective: Contact the boss
Location: Happy Miner Cantina

Daniel forlornly shook his head as he watched many of his fellow Cartel members and some other low criminal scum burst into the Cantina, ordering drinks and mainly causing a rather loud racket. He audibly groaned and began leaving the bar, so he could get some peace and quiet. Once he got out, pulled out a small list of contacts that needed to be called. At the top of the list, in big, bold letters, was the name Ferus. The bounty hunter fiddled with his holocommunicator, and began cursing as the thing couldn't get any reception. "You karkin' piece of chit! WORK IN THE NAME OF THE SITH!" He yelled.

A wide smile spread across Dans face as the gadget brightly glowed, signifying that it had finally worked. "Ferus, this is Tresk. What's the job you want done?" He quietly spoke into the holocommunicator.

[member="Darth Ferus"] @Ka-Aver @Cadan Tazi [member="Colre Renfroe"]

Objective: Planning
Allies: [member="Camellia Swift"] [member="Darth Ferus"]

The construction of a ship that would make others quake in their boots, Balayta was all for that and as she sat there she was working on some designs. Hopefully it would appeal to the sith working on it as Camellia had given some input on it. Now there was just the question of if it could be implemented or not, no major loss for her as even if it wasn't accepted she was more then certain the ship would need and would be given a meditation chamber they could build. The tomes they had been working with at Al-Khali talking about them and their creation. She was certain with the right team she could construct it as a part of the ship to let them have their mental lords inspire fear in the enemy or with some special work perhaps jump to trying to create a supernova.... but she wouldn't hold her breath on that plan. She more figured getting a battle coordinator within the ranks and sitting them in there to augment the fleets would be stronger.

Just as Vi'kas was walking up to the first security checkpoint, he got the message from [member="Darth Ferus"] . He sighed at the mention of another traitor, and the notion he was going to have to storm the facility. So much for stealth. Without even raising a hand, the Demon's Fist broke the necks of the two guards standing by the doorway. He walked in through the doors, only to be met by another squad of security. He drew two of his lightsabers, and cut them down before they could draw their weapons.

He navigated his way through the halls, until he got to the facility's primary control room. Only, when he got there, he found it to be blocked by a huge door. He tried to slice through it using his lightsaber, only to have it bounce off. Phrik. He then turned to the unlocking pad, only to find a similar blockade. He was no expert slicer, but he tell the device was way beyond his capability of hacking just by looking at it. But then again, he knew somebody who might be able to help...

He turned on his comlink, and spoke, "Hey, Killian, this is Ajihad. I'm standing right next to a... complicated door. Think you can open it?"

[member="Killian"]

Sanya Val Lerium

Neutral, Queen of Her people, Neko
Objective: assist planning - plant device
Allies: [member="Darth Praelior"]

Sanya had traveled with praelior to assist her on this assignment, although she did have other motives. Ones only Sanya knew about. The journey to the ship yards had taken a while with bouncing between hyper lanes. She was also curios to what the sith had in store for the ship. It wouldn't have been there first flag ship, nor would it be the last but there not built every other day so it was an opportunity to watch it's construction. For most of the trip she stayed out of the way learning about alchemy and magic's. Since her turning to the dark it's became a pasion of sorts waiting to be taught in a practical way. Some other power where almost the same as light sided but with little alterations and twists.

Cadan's thoughts gathered and he realized that it could actually be the shipment for the cantina.

Cadan began to worm his way up to the cantina. He and his men brought up boxes of spice, disguising them as supplies for it. He soon arrived at the Cantina, avoided the crazy shouting man and laid eyes upon @Ka-Aver. "Ka!" The pirate shouted from across the room, before looking to the barkeep. "What are you drinking friend!?"

With a small order, Cadan's men began to place down the spice, and move around the crowd selling the spice around. Cadan walked up to Ka-Aver. "Nice work here friend." Cadan said as he pulled a small amount of credits from his coat and handed them to him.

[member="Daniel Tresk"] [member="Colre Renfroe"]

"Mhmm, sounds good, boss." she said, nodding at Cadan and following his gaze towards the two shuttles. Jem followed Cadan into the shuttle without hesitation. She paid no attention to the man that approached, it was nothing to worry about, there was no way she would let anyone stop a delivery, let alone Cadan. Jemima smirked at Cadan knowingly.

An alert on his commlink, which he presumed at first to be news on the traitor. Instead, it was [member="Lord Ajihad"], one of the assassins.
"Hey, Killian, this is Ajihad. I'm standing right next to a... complicated door. Think you can open it?"
"I sure am busy today, give me a minute." Killian half-sighed, pausing his game and bringing up another window on his computer. More typing ensued, something he had a feeling he'd be doing alot of today. First he had to track Ajihad's location, to atleast what facility he was in. It didn't take long, he had his ways of quickly keeping tabs on the assassins. Then, he began slicing into their infrastructure network, only the outer parts where he could access basic things such as doors and lights. A good half a minute later he was in. The final step was to open the door of course, but which door to open was the real question. He couldn't track Ajihad down to the meter, but he knew what he could do.

>Open All Doors
>Access Granted

All of the doors in the facility opened, including the one Ajihad wanted.
"You're welcome," Killian spoke to him, before returning his attention to the search for the traitor. A list of negative matches displayed for him to see, and many more possible identities were still to be analysed. Alot of Sith had access to the fake file, so finding the one who copied it would take some time...

There was always Galactic Gunners to keep him occupied though.

Elaine Thul after giving of her message about the new one sith project, head back to empress teta system. She moved there when the sith lost Alderaan, in hope to help break them from the inside. She knew nothing but hate for them, but also knew how to conceal it. No doubt at some point, she will be asked to hep provide metals for this new ship, and at that point she could provide the sith enemies with more information on the ship. Though in the mean time she will try and keep a discreet eye on the ship. As if there enemies need to know, anything about ship progress she would be contacted in some form or another. She try and give them up to date intelligence, as at end of the day. She only cared how many these pond life she could take down with her, well what else did they expect after vong forming her beautiful world.

As the doors opened, Ajihad shut off his comlink. There was work to be done.

He stormed into the control room, and quickly analyzed it. There was a squad of elite guards surrounding a man who had to be the shipyard's director. He leapt right into the center of their congregation, and began swinging his sabers in a deadly frenzy. The elite guards put up more of a fight than he expected, but they were still no match for the knight. Soon, all eight of them lay dead in the middle of the floor, and the assassin turned around to see the director reaching for a red button. Vi'kas drew a throwing knife to end him before he could press it, but he was too late. An alarm sounded, and red lights started flashing through the facility. The Sith growled, and lodged the knife right into the man's throat. He then looked to the computer terminal, to see if there was anything he could to to help from there.

One elevator ride later, the Sith Lord ascended the tower, reaching the heights of offices that have been installed mere few levels under the security centre. Wearing the identity of a soldier he had knocked out earlier, letting the unconscious body rest behind heavy crates loaded in the same elevator, the disguised Sith stepped into an area that radically differed from the working stations below; a formal, yet pleasantly warm environment bathed in sun that shined inside the tower through massive windows, protected by powerful shields vigilantly standing in the way of anything with an idea of impacting the tower. The security on the upper floors also underwent a massive step-up; whereas the dirty docks below saw more workers than guards, a brief glance revealed the number of white-collars equalled the number of guards here. They also employed more security procedure – as soon as the masked Sith Lord made a few steps, his eyes had barely enough time to observe the area as a heavily armoured man wielding a repeating cannon almost bigger than himself approached, his voice distorted as it left the helmet on his head.

“Your identification,” the guard demanded, hand raised and awaiting a proper ID.

Reaching into a pocket with his webbed hand that currently appeared to be a glove, the amphibious assassin pulled out a bright yellow card with a name on it – something he had borrowed from the guard sleeping back in the elevator. Without uttering a single word, Darth Veles played the game of infiltration still, handing the card over. A casual glance indicating the guard had recognized his colleague, a nod, and the intimidating man gave Avreet the ID back, motioning for him to move along with a casual gesture of his hand. The Sith rounded a corner, passing a large number of plants decorating the environment and making it seem more friendly, and appeared in a small cafeteria. Both civilians and guards enjoyed their free time, be it by chatting with others or feasting on a meal.

There was another thing that caught Avreet’s attention; a lone datapad, abandoned on a table with seemingly no owner. When nobody looked his way, the Sith’s clawed fingers snatched the prize and Veles retreated into a corner, next to a couple of vending machines. Bulbous eyes ate through the words on the device’s display faster than most workers finished their snack and before the careless man who had forgotten his personal datapad returned, the Mon Calamari had learned a few useful passwords, returning the lost device back to the exact place he had discovered it.

Vengeance was aboard the ship with the SIth Knight. It was unusually for Vengeance to not be off committing murder and causing mayhem. However he had saw the wisdom in going on a materials run. Perhaps even he could manage to swipe some materials for a custom saber. It was an idea.

He sat towards the back of the ship in one of the cargo holds meditating for a moment. It was something he found it necessary to do here and there to curb bloodlust that made one reckless if left unchecked.

Besides there would be plenty of time for bloodshed in future missions.

Skies were infested with Scrambling ships.
"They must really want this shipyard" Animus said as he executed an Alerion roll under two enemy fighters and swooped down upon the Shipyard docks, he could make out the figure of [member="Darth Ophidia"] in the bottom of the ship yard, yet his target was a Anti Air Gunning Station 100 meters ahead.
Engaging Full Thruster speed he swooped above the Gunner station dodging the Flak Fire from it and Barreling Down 4 Photon Torpedos before coming out of the dive, the satisfying Ka-boom filled him with glee, but that was short lived as a fighter came up on his Six o clock.
Animus had experience as a dogfighter, so he popped the Brak thrusters and saw the fighter overshoot him and speed by and for a split second his Armament Locked on and his linked triple blasters reduced the enemy fighter to spare parts.
"This is Specter one, i am in the sky and in position for pass over the second Anti Air Gunner flak. The oter defenses are open and ready for landing, Requesting permission to destroy Anti Air Defenses" "
[member="Darth Ferus"]

Upon seeing the explosion, Darth Ophidia touched her comlink and listened for [member="Animus Malgus"]' message before replying. She made it to the shipyards relatively unopposed. Beating blaster shot back with her lightsabre or letting it deflect from her beskar cuirass. Internally she cursed the eagerness of the rookie. This was a grabbing mission, they needed to claim and defend this shipyard, not destroy it.

"Negative Spectre One! We have incoming opposition. We need to take the defences not destroy them. I repeat: Do not destroy the anti-air gunnery!"

Her frustration with the Acolyte she took out on the opposition as she reached out her arms and forcefully entered the minds of ten shipyard guards who immediately started blasting their own troops. They were her puppets of terror, and with their sudden forced betrayal, the blaster fire would be severely diverted. Not to mention the handful of comrades they were able to fell before they were shot down. Fear spread throughout the security forces, who were going to betray them next? It was fear that the Assassins could feed on, capitalise on. It was terror that would bring them victory.

Ophidia's troops were closing in from multiple fronts. Stealthing up close, then laying down covering fire until they could infiltrate and take out the defence, and take their place. Soon, Assassins were claiming positions within the anti-air gunnery and a number of other defensive works. They spread like a venom through the lifeblood of their defence and corrupted it to the grasp of the One Sith.

[member="Darth Ferus"] [member="Darth Veles"] [member="Lord Ajihad"]

Unlike [member="Darth Ophidia"]’s rampage that was more or less isolated, the thundering roar of an explosion seemingly shaking the entire shipyards could not be ignored. All civilians and guards, enjoying the day thus far, rushed to the windows to see a mushroom in shades of orange and purple where one of the defence stations used to stand, sky above filled with more and more starfighters launching to defend the shipyards while AA stations targeted the enemy ship piloted by one [member="Animus Malgus"] and rained hell upon it – radar missiles relentlessly tracked their target with deadly accuracy, rapidly closing on the Sith Acolyte’s starfigter. The pilot had stirred up a hornet’s nest, bringing the wrath of the entire shipyards upon himself. So much for stealth and infiltration!

For a moment, Veles stood behind the wall of people, watching the scene unfold over their backs, a dark frown spreading over his face as he hatefully glared at the Sith ship responsible for turning this mission into a complete mess. Truth to be told, the Mon Cal Sith Lord wished the foolish pilot to pay for his incompetence with his life. Before anyone within the tower witnessed the battle’s climax, large and heavy shutters closed the windows, momentarily plunging the offices into darkness before a sickly yellow light flickered to life alongside a monotone female voice coming from the speakers, alarms wailing.

“Warning. This facility is under attack. All civilian personnel, please move to the nearest evacuation area and wait for extraction. This is not a drill.”

The flood of people swiftly started making their way to safety, nervously lining up in front of the elevator once it could no longer hold more personnel – and naturally, filling every bit of space, they have discovered the unconscious guard’s body. Awkward, but Avreet couldn’t have known whatwas going to happen. All security guards remained in their spots for now though; no longer relaxed, they prepared themselves for the worst, reinforcements arriving from the floor above taking up positions in front of the elevator, ready to shoot anyone foolish enough to make their way to the this level; everyone could leave, nobody could return. Avreet followed the civilians for a bit, vanishing in the small crowd before parting and elegantly slipping into one of the empty hallways on the way. The ensuing chaos allowed Avreet to enter one of the opened offices unnoticed, its occupant must have left in a hurry, too busy trying to reach the evacuation ship to close the door. Pressing a button on a wall panel and shutting the door himself, the disguised Mon Cal contacted [member="Darth Ferus"] by his comlink, using a secure channel impossible to find and track down – in such a chaotic mess of a situation on the top of that.

“Lord Ferus. Requesting permission to execute the starfighter’s pilot once the mission’s over.” He did not bother with pleasantries this time; Avreet knew when to be formal, cold and ruthless.

Darth Atrox

Guest
With a slight sigh, the Knight shut down his com-link, cancelling the request at the push of a few buttons.

"Head back into orbit, activate the shields, quickly."
Waiting until this was done, the Zabrak then turned out of the cockpit and away to the back of the ship, tapping a code to unlock the Meditation room. In there was a Sith Acolyte Mala had previously been assigned with - @Vengeance. He remembered 'fondly' the swampy planet Dagobah, and the rather wet Glee Anslem. Good times. The Sith announced himself with a slight clearing of his throat, crossing his arms.

"[member="Darth Ferus"] has just informed me we have a change of plan. Attack." he paused, eager to study his reaction then continued. "Several members of the Order are down on the planet - you, I and the 15 Sith Assassins we have at our disposal with aide them. Any questions? Good."
As soon as he had finished relaying the information, the Nightbrother headed into the cockpit, signalling the pilot to 'get lost' so he could maneuver. The ship circled in the sky for a little, still invisible to radars as the Stygium in the hull was doing it's job.
The doors opened and the Sith leaped out, saluting to his crew as he left. The Assassins and hopefully Vengeance were following him.

"Roger that i'm swooping outside the Anti air Gunnery Range" Animus cursed his stupidity under his breath, but still he was confounded by the strategy, an invasion where he had to leave the defense stations undamaged? This was a change of strategy.... He was going to get chewed out by his superiors later maybe even killed for his incompetence.. but for now he needed to make sure that Anti air Gunnery position would not flak his friends... but he couldn't destroy it.. Very well then... His fighter either way could not do anything, now we was being flaked and blasted. Evasive maneuvers would not cut it. No time to be subtle now.

Animus swooped down between the Two Cannons of the Anti air artillery position and took the ship 90 meters outside the position behind a massive shipyard Crane and placed the ship down. Popping open the Canopy of his Z-95 Headhunter surrounded by blaster fire at both exposed sides of the crane. They really noticed him... oh well. The Position was 80 meters away, metal boxes and and crates were scattered all around in the direction of the Gunnery Position. He was no longer in his fighter, It was his first time in a very real warzone. If one way or the Other this would be his last battle... So be it, let it be a dance of fire and blood.

Animus Grabbed his blade in one hand and his Standard blaster in the other and dived behind one of the metal crates picking off two Guards with his Blaster before ducking back into cover.

Two guards taking cover behind metal boxes upon seeing Animus looked at each other and Ran towards the position flaking him on both sides letting loose a volley from their rifle blasters.

Animus Used the force on the Metal box he had been using as cover and launched it into one of the guards while he shot the other one with his blaster. Immediately out of cover, the Machine gun position outside the Gunnery position locked on to him and let rip a chain gun of power upon animus. He bolted, running with the Blaster shots bouncing behind his heels and dashed behind a large metal crate 4 feet from the dead guard he had just blasted.

It was then they caught his position and began to take heavy fire, Mortar fire, and Fire from what appeared to be a heavy Vehicle.

Metal Shrapnel shot up from every side and one managed to pierce his leg. Wincing from the pain he noticed he was being set upon big time. The Crate was caving, and both sides of the metal were being shot by the Gunnery position. Maybe... it was never such a good idea to set an entire defended position solo.. it was now he chuckled and wished he had stayed in the fighter. The only thing he thought of was to meditate, Blaster rounds and Shrapnel around him, Blasters slowly caving the Metal Crate that was the only reason he was still alive, but the Position was not only 25 meters away.... but he could feel a flanking maneuver come. If it did, we was as good as Bantha Fodder.

Still... he meditated, loud metal crunched. He meditated, The Metal crate was now almost fully caved in. He Meditated.
But before the Metal Crate was completely destroyed... the desire to impress whatever Master could be watching him took him over.
More than the concern of Mortality or death, was the concern of Futility and weakness... Animus Laughed knowing he was going to Enjoy this...

Stepped on top of the Metal crate surrounded by blaster fire, he used a small force Jump to land on the Machine gun position. The Guards eyes were priceless... Terror in their eyes.

"BLAST HIM" They yelled Converging all fire upon him from all directions, but Animus had expected it. Stabbing one guard through the chest he put his blaster in the forehead of the Machine Gunner and blasted spilling his brain matter all over the Gun. The Two Guards Closest to the Gunnery position fired at him from In front of the Metal crate he had jumped from. Animus used the force to throw one of the Guards who was 7 feet from the other against the other guard. It worked but one of the Guards blasters sliced his cheek.
No sooner did he do that than the Anti Air gunnery position shut down and sent its personnel against him 6 Guards, as he could tell spewed from the Gunnery Position which was protected by a wall 16 feet big of Very thick metal. The door to the Position was a whole in the Metal wall 12 feet tall and 6 feet wide that was close to the wall of the Main hangar behind the position.

Animus Sprung into action, Force jumping from his position. These guards were better trained he could tell... They did not chase after him, but held their Formation, front line kneeled down all aimed and fired. The blaster shots were aimed at a jumping animus, a hard target to shoot. Animus Rolled into a Ball in mid air as he landed in the middle of the 6 guards and swerved around with his Blade. Animus did not own a lightsaber yet, not even a loaned or rented one... he considered himself not ready to wield one just yet. An untrained hand wielding a lightsaber is a danger to himself as much as the enemy. But the Sith Relic Blade he wielded although primitive and now more of an Ornament was Animus training weapon... and he had learned how to use it to kill...

With his Juyo he twirled it around slashing and stabbing at the confused guards, now in panic as their formation had been broken. One Guard took a slice to the Neck and choking on his own blood kept blasting on his way down hitting a comrade in the Thigh, As that guard cried out in pain and started falling Animus Thrusted his blade in his chest, spun around and blasted a Guard in the Groin. The Blast caused the guard to howl in pain and the other guard to look at their comrade for a slight second. A Second animus used to sweep a low kick and kick down 2 guards and as he stepped up from his Kneeling position thrusted the last guard in the chest killing him instantly, quickly shot the two downed guards finishing the job. 1 Guard was left in excruciating after the blaster shot to his groin, and Animus Ignored him, stepping over him methodically blaster and Sword in hand through the hole/door to the Flak gun position. 3 Guards were there Oblivious to his presence, thinking the Guards outside to have done the job... Animus Stabbed the Main gunner from the back as he readied the next shell, then shot both of the other two guards with his blaster before looking around the Anti Air Flak Gun to see if there was any company left.... All clear.

"This is Specter one, 2nd AA flak gun has been captured. No damage to the gun as requested. "
It was easier to just destroy things.... But it was not as useful as other means... Animus had learned a valuable lesson this day. [member="Darth Callidus"][member="Darth Veles"] [member="Darth Ophidia"] [member="Vengeance"]

" Ah good, [member="Daniel Tresk"] ." The voice of the Sith Lord quickly responded to the man, for it was his own personal holocom that he had given the bounty hunter. A wide grin formed as he looked back over to the streaking lights of hyperspace. "My task for you is simple. Enemies, I don't what exactly, will be dropping out at the shipyards. Once I myself get there, I'll be giving you a detachment to act as a vanguard, and I'll need you to clear their ships. Think you can handle it?" He flashed another grin, but Tresk wasn't the only one to call him. A frown formed as he looked over to where @Veles stood on his holotable.

"We will not be killing our men today. If they do something stupid that gets themselves caught, it's their problem to fix."

Alas, it was unspoken that those who's mistakes cost the lives of others would be punished, but [member="Animus Malgus"] hadn't costed any other lives, yet.

Suddenly however, his fleet would drop out of hyperspace, just in front of the ship yard itself. Already the mass of ships fanned out, securing not only a perimeter, but making sure all the guns were trained on the shipyards. Ferus's voice would call out after one of his tech people, not [member="Killian"] as he had a job to do and this was a simple task, hacked into the com system.

"This is Darth Ferus, and I'm here to tell you to co-operate with any and all One Sith you see. We have a need for these shipyards, and we will use them. It is your choice whether or not you get to go back to your families afterwards. Surrender, and you will be spared to work."

After a few minutes of button-pressing, Vi'kas managed to shut off the alarms. He then accessed the shipyard's security controls. After looking them over for a minute or so, he knew what he had to do next. He overrode the shipyard's weaponry systems, bringing them under his control. Instead of having them shoot down [member="Animus Malgus"] , he rewired them to shoot down the hostile ships that were now taking flight. The sky was lit up with explosions as the enemy squadrons were blasted clean out of the sky. He then ordered one of the turrets to fire on the enemy's barracks, blowing it to mere shrapnel.

After hearing [member="Darth Ferus"] 's message, he rewired another turret to aim right at the civilian home sector. Turning on the nearby mic, he spoke, "If I may also chime in, your shipyard's control room in now under our control. If you do not surrender now, your homesteads will be destroyed, along with all of you. Any resistance is futile. Lay down your weapons now, and be spared." As a finishing touch, he shut the hangar doors, preventing any more ships from being launched. The enemy would be hard-pressed to achieve victory at this point.

[member="Darth Callidus"] [member="Darth Ferus"]

When Callidus entered Vengeance popped to his feet listening to what his fellow Sith said. He smiled not quiet to himself but not openly either. The force always seemed to have a way of keeping him in the action.

Vengeance would wait by the ramp for the opportunity to be the first if not the second boot on the ground once this thing. Normally Vengeance played who's the better killer with Darth Pyrrhus and even on one occasion with Melori who he never adopted to calling her by her new name which he was sure was going to get him into a heap of trouble one of these days.

As Callidus passed him by Vengeance looked at him.

"Kill everything that moves are leave some alive?" "May be a good idea to know that." "You know I tend to get murder happy on the little jogs."

Daniel Tresk

A Most Lamentable Tragedy
Daniel gladly nodded as heard Ferus respond to his inquiry. Not everyday did he work with Sith Lords, so this could not only earn him big bucks, but could spread his name across the galaxy. However, he began shutting down the comms as heard Ferus dealing with other calls. "Good to know. Seems like you're quite busy, so I'll stop botherin' ya'. If you need anythin' else, you have my holocomm." He spoke into the device, as its bright turquoise glow dimmed. Dan crammed the device into his pocket, as he began searching for credits. The hunter was a terrible pilot, so a good amount of his funds were solely dedicated for getting taxis around the galaxy.

"KARK! Am I seriously missing the taxi because of this chit!?"
