"Mmm! This'll do just fine." Dubiety isn't speaking to anyone in particular, but as they stretch out they speak anyway. Just a weird habit they had. Most people weren't worth the conversation after all! The young Clawdite looks about the dusty barren landscape of Korriban. Their studies usually took place on Bastion, or random out of the way planets that happened to have rumors of Sith ruins. But there was something about the Sith homeworld that just spoke to Dubiety. Probably literally, if they bothered to listen.

They'd continue to stretch, not really needing to but wanting to. Their magic didn't need them to be nimble or anything, but it didn't hurt to look good while slinging spells. Speaking of. The Force swelled around them, the very light dimming as if night had started to fall. Korriban was a place of great power, and Dubiety was ever curious to see what would happen if they tapped into that. Without a word they raised their hand, releasing a blast of pure power towards a nearby rock. They shattered it, naturally, which only made them grin wider.

"I don't need incantations here.. Perfect. That'll be the next thing to work on~."

AMCO AMCO

Korriban was a place for the dead more than it was a place for the living, its barren landscape inhospitable to most forms of life yet hosting vicious predators all of its own, its monolithic rock formations engraved with the workings of generations, from scribbled runes to towering statues...

... and throughout all of this, a sense of power could be felt, waxing and waning like the sands, but always there, at the edge of perception.

It was not without reason that the Sith Lord had chosen this as the site to acquaint himself with his new form.

Perched as he was atop a sand-worn boulder without a scrap of clothing to shield himself from the sun's glaring rays, he should have been horribly sunburned, should have been aching from head to toe, and yet he was not. He should have been hungry too, having brought no food or water, but after shifting his taste buds about a bit he had been able to consume - fully consume - poisonous foilage unprocessed. Remarkable.

Feeling the soft humming of power tamed and applied at the edge of his consciousness, Adrian turned in its general direction. He had felt a presence earlier, one with a far more complicated cognition than that of the local fauna. Ever curious, he was moved to investigate.

Sliding off his perch with feline grace, the Sith Lord frowned slightly, taking a moment to correct subtle mistakes in his still-naked body. He wasn't supposed to be that tall and his skin was most certainly not meant to look that rocky. With that resolved, he proceeded to manifest clothing from his very body... or tried, at least. Perhaps a three-piece suit was a bit too ambitious of him.

---

A few minutes later, the mysterious stranger would hear the soft tapping of flesh against sand and stone, would see a dark-haired human in his twenties wearing an all-black turtleneck and trousers yet remaining weirdly barefoot, as if the concept of shoes had him stumped for now.

"Why hello there, pleasant day for a bit of Sorcery, hmm?"

Another approaches!

Dubiety pauses from their next blast, about to start the chant just to see how powerful they could make their strikes to turn and look at AMCO AMCO curiously. A.. What in the world was the wearing? The Clawdite did their best not to grimace, but they did. They couldn't help but to. Who'd ever wear something like a turtleneck on Korriban!

"I.. Yes. I have been indeed! Practice makes perfect after all!"

Smiling softly at the... Clawdite, perhaps? Smiling softly at the Clawdite's grimace, the Sith Lord politely ignored her understandable confusion, just as they politely opted not to comment on his unusual choice of attire and conspicuous lack of footwear.

"Adrian Vandiir." Bowing in a manner that was somehow strangely casual, he gave not one whit about whether or not they recognised the name; he was on the Dark Council, but most official documents used his Sith moniker, though he had always found it a tad bit stuffy for informal use.

... and the whole "Dark Excellency" part was even worse - he wouldn't wish the listing of his various titles upon his worst enemy.

"Oh, but don't let me stop you - we both came here to try out new things amongst the dust and screaming winds, no?" Leaning against a nearby rock formation, his smile broadened. "Could probably give you a few pointers, if you like."
