PHYSICAL INFORMATION
  • Age: 58
  • Force Sensitivity: Master
  • Species: Human
  • Appearance:

Dalen will likely never be called ugly, but he is not exactly the star heartthrob of a holonet drama. Ruggedly handsome and charming, like many of his race, his hair went white in his late 30's. He is well muscled for his age, but wiry over bran with a square jaw, blue-grey eyes and a full beard that is well and neatly groomed. While he doesn't wear Jedi robes in the strictest sense he does wear a formal uniform reminiscent of the Grandmaster of the New Jedi Order, Luke Skywalker, but in creams and browns, even carrying a blaster at his hip.

COMBAT INFORMATION
  • Weapon of Choice: Force-aided lightsaber combat & DL-44
  • Combat Function: Commander/General

Strengths:
  • Commanding Presence: A brilliant tactician and General, Dalen is the one you want planning a guerrilla war or defending a fortress, and he shines best in this role. More than a little of this success is due to a natural way of inspiring loyalty in his men and an easy way of communicating with others to get them to come around to his way of thinking.

Weaknesses:
  • Livin on the Edge: Sometimes, after long enough running a freedom fighting resistance, one adapts almost too well to having less than used to. Commanding grand fleets and huge regular armies is something Dalen can do, but it's not where he would shine long-term, preferring small actions and more focused roles.
  • No Yoda: Well, he can't really use telekinesis like most Jedi, a frustratingly common trait in many Force users from his planet. While the lack is not a huge handicap, it does often put him at a disadvantage in a base way against other Force Users who do possess the skill.

HISTORICAL INFORMATION

Dalen has served on a number of Jedi Order Councils, or as a Master in said Orders, but has always retained his chief loyalty to Corellia and the Green Jedi. When Corellia was occupied, he dropped all other missions and snuck home, from that day actively forming a secret and quiet resistance that would one day come to help the Corellian League in freeing the homeworld from One Sith control.

Born to a modest shipping dock worker and waitress, Dalen was discovered at an early age to be Force Sensitive, and taken to be trained by the Green Jedi Order. As he aged and trained, he was shown to have a natural affinity for leadership, being the sort who would take another's daring and channel it into productive action. Not many could predict quite how skilled of an orator or commander he would be.

Eventually, he was taken as a Padawan by a Jedi Navigator and be taken across the Galaxy. The lad grew up swiftly, fighting in resistance wars, fleet actions and battles of individual heroism, eventually becoming used to naturally taking charge, much as his Master did and as was intended by design.

Helping Sedaire and the League to overthrow the One Sith, Dalen would become a founding member of the Confederation and an outspoken opponent of any foreign influence on Corellia, demanding the planet be allowed to choose its own fate for once, and citing the fact too often her son's and daughters fought and won the wars for others with little repayment or thanks. As the Confederation formalized, the Green Jedi Council would ask him to step into the role of Grandmaster, which he accepted, and since then has worked closely with all branches of the government as it grows, even trying to heal age-old rivalries and resentments between the Order and CorSec.

Please include strengths and weaknesses in the combat function area;

  • Combat Function: [Combat is difficult to avoid -- after all, this is Chaos. Should your NPC wind up in combat, what would they be good at? How would they work alongside you, or would they be a liability? Please include relevant strengths and weaknesses. The Combat Function line also helps assure us that you won't be abusing this NPC. For very powerful NPCs, please keep it reasonable, and remember that an NPC Force Master or elite soldier cannot be assumed to be equal to a PC Force Master or elite soldier in power, skill, or functional immortality.

[member="Ria Misrani"] - Let me know if these work?
