[PERSONNEL SUMMARY]
Dako Asturo is a career officer who joined the First Imperial Navy at seventeen years of age sponsored personally for entry at a prestigious officer academy by his local education Superintendent who believed that Dako might best serve the Government and First Order's interest by taking a career in either politics or military leadership. Dako Asturo within his personal life is known for a hungry ambition for senior leadership with the First Imperial Navy believing that he works harder and takes greater risks when compared to his peers and therefore deserves higher rewards and while proud it should be noted that he will submit meekly to the application or threat of severe discipline, revealing an insecurity when confronted with higher authority.
[FORCE SUMMARY]
Dako Asturo was subjected to a "Force" sensitivity test as part of his recruitment where the evaluating Physician concluded that the patient does not exhibit any symptoms of what is colloquially referred to as "Force Sensitivity" and has a low measured amount of 'Midi-Chlorians' No Referral to the FOSB or Religious Police was recommended or made in light of this data. And should the results be erroneous we believe like most that Commander Asturo will come forward when made aware of their own sensitivity in the event it should manifest or develop.

- Lieutenant Commander Onami - Asturo's executive officer and second-in-command is a Chiss Man who Asturo dubbed 'Onami' for lack of being able to properly pronounce the man's name, the two have a warm and pleasant professional relationship with similar character traits and habits which leads to good co-operation but poor ability for the ship's leadership to check their worst impulses.
Commander Asturo exhibits a calm and polite demeanor when engaging with Navy Leadership and benevolence to his subordinates although we must note that he also possesses some stubborn sadistic tendencies and when slighted enjoys handing out stern punishments but interestingly does not enjoy receiving them himself more often because it implies he has made a mistake which wounds his considerable pride at which point the Commander has been noted to become sullen and repentant. Despite his undesirable characteristics he is largely truthful and honest when concerning his own mistakes and failures even if he is at loathe to acknowledge them openly.

[PERSONALITY]
Cunning, Curious and Stubborn Dako is a loyal officer of the First Order Navy who strives to prove himself in the eyes of the military chain of command and cultivate a reputation of being an example of First Imperial unwavering resolve. He is committed to the point of ruthlessness where once deciding on a course it is very difficult to dissuade him. Dako isn't humble or shy of his abilities and true enough he has a strong sense of accomplishment and pride for his rank relative to age which he views as recognition for his dedication to the First Order and talent as a ruthless tactician more than happy to brutalize the likes of pirates and criminals where his latent sadism and darker traits shine through the polite and calm veneer with which he guards himself against criticism and moral scrutiny.

- Ruthless: Dako Asturo is known for many things and his ability or willingness to compromise isn't one of them and he's aware of this trait of his keenly often willing to go to extremes to achieve his goals regardless if they might straddle the line between light and dark. It would be a fair assertion to make that he is a Pragmatist and will give whatever he deems necessary to fulfill his objectives or assigned tasks with a calculating efficiency steadied by a nearly unshakable composure.
- Knowledgeable: Dako finds a level of pleasure from putting into hours pouring over identification manuals and FOSB reports and is often more well informed than the average officer commanding when one is attempting the gauge the capabilities of hostile vessels fielded by opposing professional navies. Dako has an innate curiosity which pushes him to learn more about his foes; whether it be their physiology, culture or society as an officer this provides him with insights into alien psyche unattainable from a more puritan and close-minded world-view. Though despite Dako's curiosity his loyalty is firmly placed in the Supreme Leader and First Order.
- Arrogant: Asturo believes himself to be a cut above the average and he very well might not have reached this point in his career if that were not atleast partially true, still. Asturo sometimes believes himself to be the equal in tactical acumen with his superiors if not in rank and will take action with the initiative to the extreme at times moving without or in blatant contradiction of orders. This can be stifled if Asturo genuinely feels humbled by either his allies or opponents but more often than not Asturo ends up punching above his weight and stubbornly refuses to acknowledge he might be out-matched.
- Decidedly Irritable: His calm composure tactfully conceals an irritable and impatient disposition with this irritability having the potential to lead to poor or delayed decision making. Particularly what irritates him is when equipment or electronics aboard his warship malfunctions or is disabled. With the potential with severe anger at having his pride challenged and wounded.
