PHYSICAL INFORMATION
  • Age: Middle aged
  • Force Sensitivity: Non-Force User
  • Species: Human (presumably)
  • Appearance: Lon's natural appearance is plain and nondescript. He stands at 5′ 7″ (1.70 m) with a perfectly average build. His face is ordinary and care-worn, with wrinkles and a receding hairline that show his age. But once he dons a disguise, his looks are completely transformed into whatever character he is playing, be they magnificent or monstrous, human or alien, young or old.
SOCIAL INFORMATION
  • Name: Lon Tull | The Man of a Thousand Faces
  • Loyalties: Sycorax Laveaux | The Monsters | Dahrtag
  • Wealth: Lon is well compensated for his work, though because he is used to living below his means, one might be forgiven for thinking he was not a wealthy man. This habitual pauperism has allowed him to accumulate savings for emergencies.
  • Notable Possessions:
    • Disguise kit
    • Various costumes
    • Various weapons and ordinance
  • Skills: Lon is a master of disguise and can change his appearance (or others) to look like a completely different person. His highly convincing disguises are created through the use of makeup, prosthetics, wigs, and other costuming; his acting abilities further enhance the deception. He also knows how to use holograms to craft illusions and hide the truth from others. And he's pretty good at magic tricks.
  • Languages: Basic and Huttese, and many droids know binary droidspeak. Please provide links for any unusual languages. ]
  • Personality: [ Describe the NPC's personality. Acerbic? Friendly? Ditzy? Annoyingly calm and superior? What about mannerisms or habits? ]
COMBAT INFORMATION
  • Weapon of Choice: Blasters | Explosives | Knives
  • Combat Function: [ Combat is difficult to avoid -- after all, this is Chaos. Should your NPC wind up in combat, what would they be good at? How would they work alongside you, or would they be a liability? Remember: An NPC is weaker than a PC of an equivalent level, and will not match them in power, skills, or abilities. ]

HISTORICAL INFORMATION

Information about the early life of Lon Tull is sparse at best. None of it really matters when it comes to understanding who he was and how he came to be known as one of the most fearsome and ruthless of Sycorax's enforcers.

Originally, there were two Lons: the father and the son. Lon Sr. was an infiltrator, while Lon Jr. was the muscle. Thanks to the clever disguises both men wore, they were able to fool others into thinking they were the same man. It expanded the range of jobs they were hired to complete, from mercenary work to espionage, and allowed Lon Jr. - whose real name was Creighton - to live a double life.

They were recruited by Sycorax into the Monsters, a team of special operatives on a mission to undermine the vampire crime lords of Dahrtag. Initially they were remarkably effective, shutting down several criminal operations in the city of Lamont. The success made them cocky, culminating in their boldest move yet: a raid on a nightclub known to be frequented by the head honchos of the underworld. No one knows who shot first, but the mission devolved into a bloodbath. One of the Lons reportedly killed Luna Werdegast, the favorite daughter of Han Werdegast, the so-called Vampire King.

Werdegast's wrath was swift and lethal. He targeted every member of the Monsters involved in the raid, but for the man who killed his little girl, he cooked up a special revenge. An animal infected with a modified form of the rakghoul virus was loosed inside their backyard; hearing a noise, Creighton went outside to investigate and was attacked. He killed the beast, but not before it bit him. By the time his father discovered him, it was too late. Lon Sr. had no choice but to kill his son, who had mutated into a literal monster - a cruel and twisted play on the team's name.

GENERAL INFORMATION
  • Media Name: Public Enemies: Power, Crime, and Hierarchy On the Planet Dahrtag
  • Format: Holobook
  • Distribution: Common
  • Length: Medium, Long, Epic
  • Description: A "pop history" book found in bookstores throughout the galaxy, Public Enemies proclaims to be a true account of how things are on the planet Dahrtag. It includes stories and anecdotes from various uncredited sources describing corruption and bribery in the planet's government, as well as the activities of vampiric criminal organizations whom the author insists are the "true rulers" of Dahrtag. Despite the lack of credibility, most of what is said in the book is actually true - it simply can't be proven.

CONTENT INFORMATION
Dahrtag is a planet in the Core Worlds. It is a federalist republic with three branches of government. These include the Supreme Court, whose job it is to handle judicial matters; the House of Representatives, who create legislation, and the President, who acts as a tiebreaker and military leader during wartime.

The current known personnel of the government includes:
President: Conrad Kane
Vice President: Rik Spectre
Governor of Lamont: Bram Adder
Senator of Dahrtag: Sycorax Laveaux

Running concurrently with the official planetary government is a shadowy mafia of various criminal organizations. These organizations are led by voivodes (literally "princes") or crime bosses, and have their own hierarchies of power. Most voivodes also employ a bocor, or voodoo sorcerer, to further consolidate their power and protect their assets from the threat of Jedi, Sith, and other Force Users.

Voivode of Lamont: Thelma Goth
Bocor: Byron Devorak

Necropolitan voodoo is the indigenous religion of Dahrtag, with a history dating back thousands of years. Though it technically has no centralized authority, members of the faith elect a "Master of Cerements" to represent them in matters of public and political discourse. The Master of Cerements is intended to be the wisest and most knowledgeable of their religion. Due to cultural differences between regions, there has been an Eastern Master of Cerements and a Western Master of Cerements since the end of the Four Hundred Year Darkness.

Eastern Master of Cerements: Anton Crowley
Western Master of Cerements: Marielle Shan

The Bizango is a coven of bocors. The head of the Bizango is Grandmaster, who is chosen by the Baron.
