- An alchemized Katak Crystal. The Katak crystal already causes an unusual effect, passively causing the wielder to drain the life of those around them, though very slowly. However, that was not the aspect most desired by Czeru. The more those near it become invigorated by the emotions of battle the stronger the blade and he become, layering on top of each other to keep the blade growing ever more potent. This is combined with the draw of life, but instead of feeding that into him, it feeds it into the strength of the blade. The more it draws, or is used to kill, the stronger it will be in the battle. This strength does dissipate over time however.
- The weapon was also made with his amphibious nature in mind, designed with two crystals to permit it to be able to function underwater.
- The blade is capable of drawing on the life of others to strengthen it and Czeru, as well as the emotions of violence. Making it and the wielder more powerful, allowing it to handle better stuff like Cortosis, and be more destructive to what it comes into contact with. It’s resiliency against things is what tends to come around most noticably first, while it’s blades power is less noticeable in duels, but very noticeable in outright warfare, due to the number of beings and emotions around.

- The more emotional (and numerous) his opponents the faster the blade and he can grow in strength from their life and emotions. This can help to even odds when he ends up outnumbered.
- The Katak crystal does not retain the power it gains during battle well over time, and as a result will mostly start out like any other lightsaber.
- Though typically stronger than most lightsabers, it takes a great deal to make it strong enough that it could affect a lightsaber it gets into contact with. It may cut faster than most, but given the speed most lightsabers already cut at, it’s usually not something noticeable aside form its resilience to methods to screw up lightsabers like cortosis.
- The ability to drain life over time often goes unnoticed for awhile.
- Since it thrives best off emotion, those who avoid such measures, or are without emotions like droids, would not enhance the weapon by that means.
DESCRIPTION
At the beginning of combat, it’s unlikely anyone would notice a large difference between Czeru’s lightsaber and most others. However, with the more living people, the more emotions, and the more time, the stronger the lightsabers blade would get along with enhancing Czeru in the process. And the more it would drain the life from those around him, weakening and exhausting them. This allows the weapon to be most perfected in war and long term engagements, in which the pains, anger, and fear, that rise up, and the many beings, fuel the weapon and Czeru to their greatest of heights, allowing a much stronger blade that cuts through much more durable materials than typical for a lightsaber.
Aside from this, the weapon does not show that many differences. It does feature a dual violet crystal system permitting use underwater, however it’s design is otherwise relatively sturdy but standard construction. Unfortunately, the strength it gains during battle and from emotions, will dissipate over time, and as a result, cannot be compounded well from battle to battle as the lack of such life and emotions is essentially all gone after a day is done, if not sooner.
