Description:
Cyber Storm was founded by Ivan out of some of the people in the Black Suns who lacked discipline. Through training and working with them Ivan has whipped them into some degree of shape. The use of his own cybernetic technology was done, allowing them what is in a sense training versions of his cybernetics.
This was done by him to create a way in which he could assert some influence over the men, with permission of the Black Sun. Each of the men has been put through rigorous cybernetic training so as to learn to master their abilities more speedily than normally would be done with such technology. A sub dermal restraining bolt has been installed inside the men, allowing Ivan and Domino to override their cybernetics or even should the need arise, completely shut down the cybernetics of the men.
Cyber Storm is constantly looking for new recruits, and also for new technologies to add to their arsenal.
