Description:
- Developed during his down time at the Sullust New Jedi Order Temple, Dovan Grey was able to use his mother's passed down mechanic prowess to take an old Corellian Tx-3 Flight Suit and equip it with a few upgrades for his own uses. Rather than keep himself weighted down with any type of heavy armor, he used this flight suit to give himself some defensive capabilities while able to remain mobile. A few rough pieces of rhodium are used across the chest piece along with the head. Though it does not provide the safety of stronger materials, the objective was to allow a pilot to remain quick outside of their ship, but at least be able to take some hits if needed. The main purpose of the amor was to better help interface with ships while piloting and to help store all needed supplies on the move. The helmet is based on the design of the digital technology of the Rebel Alliance, which lead to many manufacturers creating customizable heads-up displays for pilots to use with their spaceships. This helmet is not designed for any specific ship, but rather can interface with any model of personal starfighter to small carriers and freighters, however it takes time to interface the helmet with the main components of the ship. The suit also includes a control system for the suit self, an emergency transmitter, flares, data cylinders, a built-in comlink and the multiple ports for the visor on the suit are all reinforced. It also connects into the loading chamber of most blaster pistols to give a heads up display of remaining ammunition and an additional reticule for increased accuracy. The heads up display is control by the user's eye movements, using infrared detectors to follow pre-programed eye movements for selection of the HUD. It also comes equipped with a miniaturized version of navigation systems found in starships, to help pilots look over star charts and preprogram tracks for their Navicomputer to expedite the process of preparing coordinates. It also has a built in personal holographic projector. It can be used to project images linked to the suit's helmet as well as connected to the comlink for holographic conversations.
