Dominion Crystals Are Forever | SO Dominion of Erinar

Crystals-are-Forever.png

The world of Erinar burned in endless twilight, its molten rivers carving crimson scars across the land. For years it drew little attention from the Sith Order, dismissed as another volcanic wasteland fit for extraction and labor. Reconnaissance teams instead focused on worlds like Eriadu and Seswenna, where population and infrastructure promised faster gains. Erinar, lifeless and unstable, seemed unworthy of investment. That belief did not last.

The turning point came when a smuggler's freighter was taken during a routine patrol. The ship carried crates that appeared to contain simple ore, dull and unremarkable at first glance. Yet the guards who seized the cargo noticed the heavy shielding and layered containment built into each container. When the seals were broken, the truth became clear. The crates held crystals that glowed faintly, pulsing like living things, each wrapped in intricate safeguards. Initially dismissed as lava crystals, the kind used for energy production, they soon drew deeper scrutiny. The strange precautions around them hinted at something more, and the cargo was sent for study.

The results transformed Erinar's fate. The crystals, soon named Erinar Diamonds, proved to be volatile and immensely powerful. They generated energy with a purity that surpassed both kyber and magma, almost as if the two had fused into a single refined element. Their efficiency and stability under extreme pressure made them ideal for large-scale use. When news reached the Empress and her Council, it became clear that the discovery would shape the Order's future.

As the Sith campaign pressed deeper into the Firefist frontier, the potential of these crystals could not be ignored. They offered new possibilities for weaponry, shielding, and starship drives capable of sustaining war across vast distances. Erinar was swiftly secured and brought under the Order's control, its furnaces and mines turned toward production. Though far from the front lines, the planet now burns in service to the conquests to come, its power feeding the ever-hungry engines of Sith expansion.
first.png

Through what some might call aggressive negotiations, the source of the Erinar Diamonds was traced to a single cave buried deep within the planet's southern hemisphere. The crystals were found as a byproduct within an active ore processing facility, their presence hidden beneath layers of industrial extraction. As Sith teams move to secure the foundry and bring it under Order control, the discovery has already sparked a rush.
Many now seek to be the first to reach the cave and claim the crystals for their own ends, drawn by the promise of power and profit that glows within the molten dark. Yet caution is advised. These minerals are dangerously unstable, their energy volatile and unpredictable. One misstep could trigger a chain reaction capable of swallowing the cavern in fire. Proceed with speed, but temper it with care.

While lightsabers are the most obvious use for the newly discovered Erinar Diamonds, those with greater vision understand their potential reaches far beyond personal weapons. Their energy is refined and potent, yet remarkably stable once properly contained. Such power could reshape the foundation of Sith technology itself. In particular, attention has turned toward the Blackwall, the vast barrier whose strength has long defined the edge of Sith dominion. Repairs have always been slow, and true upgrades once seemed impossible.
Until now.
With the energy drawn from Erinar's molten depths, the Blackwall could be renewed and fortified on a scale never before imagined. Across the Order, discussion grows over how best to claim and use this resource, whether to harness local expertise or seize the mines outright, while operations to pacify the planet press forward without pause.

The annexation of Erinar has progressed faster than planned, leaving the planet caught between surrender and defiance. Across the molten plains and fractured strongholds, remnants of resistance still hold their ground while others lay down their arms in defeat. In the chaos that follows, opportunity thrives. Those with ambition and cunning will find room to move unseen and claim what the distracted and fallen have left behind. For the industrious, Erinar has become a world of chance, its fire still burning for those bold enough to reach into the heat and take what they desire.

And don't forget that participating in this Dominion allows you to claim not only some Erinar Diamonds but also one of these custom lightsabers made by Srina Talon Srina Talon for your character!

The chamber trembled with the sound of the forges below. Every strike of the hammers carried through the floor and up the black walls that surrounded the meeting hall. The air was heavy with heat, and the scent of molten stone filled each breath. Beyond the tall windows, Erinar burned. Rivers of fire cut through the plains, their glow rising to the sky like veins of light in a dark body.

Gerwald Lechner stood near the center of the chamber. The walls were formed from volcanic glass and polished until they reflected the fires outside. The light moved across them as if the world itself were alive. Around him, the seats of the Dark Council waited. In a few moments they would be filled, and the hall would turn from quiet anticipation to open contest.

The discovery of the Erinar Diamonds had brought them all here. The crystals were unlike anything the Order had found before. Their energy was pure, concentrated, and stable beyond measure. Contained properly, they could sustain power on a scale that defied common limits. To most of the Council, that meant expansion. To Gerwald, it meant opportunity.

He had seen what others had not. The Erinar Diamonds were not only a resource. They were leverage. Whoever controlled their refinement would control the next age of the Sith. The debates would rage over their best use, but the outcome would be decided by influence, not vision. Power never rested long in the hands of those who followed the rules.

He had already set his own plan in motion. Irina Jesart Irina Jesart had been sent to the surface to gather what she could before the Council’s official allocation began. She was capable and loyal, and more importantly, unknown to those who might watch too closely. Her work would give him a reserve beyond record. The rest could be claimed by those who needed to be seen doing so.

A low hum filled the air as the projection at the center of the table activated. The Blackwall appeared in pale light, a vast ring stretching beyond the limits of the display. Its energy pulsed with quiet rhythm. To some, it was the greatest creation of the Sith. To others, it was a reminder of what their power had once been. Gerwald regarded it with calm detachment.

He did not see strength in walls. The Blackwall served a purpose, but it also revealed a weakness. It was born from fear of loss, a barrier raised to hold what should have been allowed to spread. The Order spoke of dominion, yet it often acted as though it feared its own reach. The Erinar Diamonds could change that, if placed in the right hands.

Footsteps began to echo through the hall as the others arrived. The chamber filled with the sound of voices, sharp and measured, each one belonging to a figure who believed themselves a guardian of the future. They spoke of the Blackwall as if it were a sacred thing, a monument worthy of their devotion. Gerwald listened without interrupting.

The fires outside flared brighter, their light spilling through the glass and falling across the table. The reflection touched the edges of his armor, tracing faint lines of red across his form. His gaze remained fixed on the hologram. Around him, the arguments grew in tone and intensity. Words like stability, preservation, and control carried through the room.

When the noise finally began to fade, Gerwald spoke. His voice was calm, quiet, and clear enough that every ear turned toward him.

“The Blackwall will stand if it must, but walls do not make the Sith strong. Vision does. Erinar offers more than defense. It offers a chance to reshape what we build, and who commands it.

The statement hung in the air, neither challenge nor concession. It was simply the truth as he saw it. He let silence follow, long enough for the others to hear their own ambitions reflected within it.

Beyond the windows, the planet continued to burn, and the light from its surface danced across the council chamber. Gerwald watched it for a moment longer, then turned his eyes toward the gathering. He had no need to speak again. The rest would reveal themselves soon enough, and he would decide which of them might be useful when the time came to claim what Erinar truly offered.

--------------------------------------------

Darth Strosius had been keeping an idle eye around the Seswenna Sector for some time now, arranging what few pieces He had at hand in order to claim the eponymous world for Himself. Erinar being so close was a topic of interest but not outright concern or attention given the other prizes that surrounded it, but the discovery of the aptly named Erinar Diamonds changed the planet's situation over night. And now all that He could do was kick Himself for not giving the world a more keen gaze earlier.

The Draika Crystals were remarkably potent and evidently exceptionally rare given that only one ore processing facility on the world had found them thus far. Taking the facility itself had been a task almost more important than securing the world's administrative and population centers and it most certainly showed. By the time that the masked man arrived with the unusual doctor in tow the main facility was essentially already secured by the first strike teams that had reached the planet.

The caves and depths where the crystals had been recovered from however was another matter entirely, delved into the solid rock that straddled molten rivers and flows it was typically not the site that any being should be throwing themselves into. Certainly not any that were as fire-averse as a Sangnir, yet the prize within proved far too enticing for any to ignore. Already He could picture how best to make use of these crystals but of course He had to actually have a fair few first. Which was one of the reasons why He'd brought help in the first place, Lady Vakhari was something of an enigma to Him but she was undoubtedly very task oriented. Exactly what He needed at the moment as He looked over the railing into the depths below.

The air was hot enough to taste.

Sulfur curled on Soah's tongue as she stepped through the cave's mouth, the glow of molten rivers flickering behind her. The Felacatian crept quietly, her dark cloak trailing over the ashen ground. Beneath its hood, her braids clung close to her neck, her dusky skin blending into shadow while her amber eyes burned bright within it.

A small handheld scanner hummed faintly in her palm, its light flickering over jagged stone as she mapped each passage. The signal was weak, distorted by the mineral rich air, but it was enough. The only other sounds were the distant drip of molten ore and the soft scrape of her boots on stone.

The cave's walls were alive with faint erratic pulses. Erinar Diamonds, if the rumors held true. She needed only one. Two, perhaps. One for her blade, one for something yet unnamed.

Soah exhaled as her eyes tracked around. Then, she breathed in the Force, letting it rush her senses and expand them. The dark ink along her arms began to move in response, writhing with quiet sentience, forming shifting shapes that deepened her skin into an inky black.

The hunt had begun.

And in the molten dark the little Darkseeker vanished from sight.

FIRST COME FIRST SERVED

Erinar, said to be a planet that was lacking in anything remotely interesting. It wasn't until recently that a deep secret was revealed. A secret that Varin absolutely had to capitalize on.

These rare crystals held great power within them. But something about this whole thing spoke to him as he was meditating before his ship landed.

The familiar heat rose to greet his face as he stepped out of the shuttle, he glanced around. Surely he was not the only one after these crystals. That was no secret at all, but it was also not a concern. He only needed a couple. Three at the most. One for studying, one for a secret project and the last one just being extra. Perhaps a gift for his master Revna Marr Revna Marr .

Normally he would be doing something like this under orders, today this was more out of personal feeling and in the pursuit of his own power.

Ignati spoke to Varin as he appeared before him.

Ahhh, Erinar. A planet of chaos, heat and destruction. But through all of that laying deep within its caves, something beautiful awaits us. Power. Power that I can feed upon. Power that will strengthen you. We would be one step closer to reclaiming your home, OUR home if we were to obtain these crystals. Perhaps even enhance the planet's defense systems and of course….The Templaris. But that is in the future. Let's not lose sight of our goal for now.

Varin remained silent as he made his way away from the ship on the southern portion of the planet. The production facility within view, but on the other side of a massive lava flow.

He had to locate the cave. Luckily he was able to swipe a device that could chart deep caverns, mapping out any subterranean tunnels, only the lava flow stood in his way. Finding the crystals however will be trickier, and much trickier leaving with some. Who knows who may show up to try and swipe them from him.

This should have felt wrong. Working for the Sith Order as opposed to fighting them. Yet in this moment, Reina found herself not overly caring. It was a job, in fact her first official job for the Deathdrop. Of course, she wasn't some kind of fool. A disguise was needed. A helmet to conceal her face, alongside a voice disguiser to well...disguise her voice. It was all the matter of keeping up a secret identity in way whilst she was on the job.

The absence of both her Lightsaber and Whisperwind at her side didn't help much to fix the young woman's feeling of vulnerability. She couldn't have either of those on her person, otherwise they'd also give away who she was. So instead she found a personal weapon to use whilst working for the Sith, Reina would deal with a standard vibroblade she had bought off the market.

There was a part of her that was already despising the heat within the caves. Heat had never been something Reina dealt well with, especially as an Ersansyr. Almost like a literal fish out of water it appeared. How did people even survive with this kind of heat? She placed her hand against the hard stone of the cave, closing her eyes as she visualised the magma running through the rock, carving its own way through and flowing like a river. A very hot and dangerous river, but a river all the same in her mind.

From what she heard about these crystals, the power they held was quite impressive. Power that the Sith Order would more than likely use to aid their own goals. Goals that would more than likely harm the people Reina cared for. Was this the right path for her to take? Would she be responsible for whatever happened? Why did she have to keep thinking of things through such a black and white lens? Whatever the Sith did with the crystals was on them. Not her.

The Mercenary shook her head and carried on further into the caves. All she had to do was find a few crystals and hand them over. In a way it was grunt work, which was fine by her. Deeper and deeper into the heat Reina descended into the caves, keeping her eyes open for anything important.

Below, Sith troopers and miners moved with mechanical precision, securing crates of ore and sealing containment pods for transport. None of them looked up. None dared to.

That suited him well enough.

His gaze drifted past the workers to the far wall of the cavern, where the dull orange light of the magma met the faint, unearthly shimmer of the Erinar Diamonds. The crystals pulsed within the rock face alive, almost sentient in their rhythm. He could feel their hunger, the same way he felt his own. The Force thrummed there, a deep and resonant vibration that coiled through his chest and spine like a whisper of promise. Power, raw and unrefined.

Veyran's gloved hand brushed the hilt of his saber, its crimson light long since extinguished. It had served him well, through battles, betrayals, but the time had come for more. One blade was not enough. Not for what he intended to become.

He let his eyes close, drawing a slow breath as the molten air seared his lungs. Through the Force, he reached for the crystals. They responded flaring brighter, their resonance sharp and discordant. Dangerous. Alive. A lesser being would have recoiled. Veyran only smiled, as he caught wind of her. He smirked and chucked lightly.

"Little Kitten, its been too long." The Apprentice spoke to himself more than anything, before he pushed forward.

Strosius was a man that so far the doctor held a level of appreciation and respect for, while his view of Vakhari being a very task oriented person was true, the young Lutris viewed the man as the very same from what she herself had seen so far.

Despite that, she was indeed confused when she received word that he was asking around for her, seeing about partnering up for a research expedition. It was a good kind of confusion, one of the very few surprises she actually enjoyed. But you may ask why she would be confused? Isn't she quite the egghead and thus an obvious pick for tasks such as this? Why yes, however... She is an egghead, and during their last meeting had persistently invaded his personal space after Strosius had made the ever so unfortunate accident of sharing that his genetics were strange.

Upon her arrival with him to this place she couldn't decide if it was some form of payback for her previous noisy behaviour... Lava, fire- Great, oh how wonderful! It didn't take long for the girl to sweat in the exhausting heat. But what of the others?

Vakhari had brought along some backup, Valaine Valentine Valaine Valentine to be exact. Very romantic spot obviously, what with all the bubbling magma and all.

It was thanks to her assistant/lover that the doctor had learned more on what Darth Strosius Darth Strosius is, seeing as Valaine herself shared the same affliction. This place, while it held a wealth of study to occupy them all day, she couldn't even begin to imagine how her two fellows were feeling... Especially Valaine.

Before they even dared to poke around further, Vakhari keeps close to her companions, rippling out waves of gentle force to help soothe the nerves. Not typical of a Sith, but she figured that neither of her traveling companions would mind the calming empathy.

"Quite the location."

She jests to Strosius as he looked over the railing.

"A surprise to work with you again, but a welcome one for sure!"

The girl smiles while adjusting her headgear she had brought along, typical equipment used by experts and collectors of minerals alike, layers of lenses to magnify and observe. Her droid M0rtis held one of the bags of course, with the other going to the much more physically capable Valaine.

"Do you happen to already have one of these crystals on hand? Or are we to go out to find a cluster of them?"

A volcanic planet, a big rock of magma and flame.

Whatever possessed the young Sangnir that accepting Vakhari's offer to come along was a good idea? Perhaps blind devotion and adoration alone. Either way she found herself here now, donned in what protective and fire-resistant material she could adorn herself in as she kept her hair tied back into a more compact form rather than its typical flowing style; less chance to catch on fire that way.

She had been made aware they would be meeting with another, one Darth Strosius Darth Strosius , but she lacked a lot of the information that Vakhari had on him. But if the good doctor was willing to work with another then surely that in of itself was high praise alone, one deserving of some level of trust and cooperation at least.

Her tired grey eyes were more alert than usual within the magma caverns of the planet, eyes always darting to the steady flow of lava. She found it somewhat less concerning than open flame, for at least lava and magma seemed to have a slow and crawling pace, easy to predict unless it sputtered and bubbled and far less chaotic and violent than wild flames in the wind. Despite that her fear was still noticeable, particularly sensed through the Force Bond she shared with the young Lutris.

The calming aura of empathy that channeled out from Vakhari helped to stay her innate fear of flame, and for now at least she found herself more than capable to work while under the pressure of her fear. To that extent she helped carry the bags of equipment her mentor had her bring along, her enhanced Sangnir strength more than easily being able to manage the load as she trudged along in her lazy steps besides her expedition partners.

The young Sangnir glanced towards Strosius only to introduce herself casually, "Oh, uh. I'm Valaine. Nice to meet you and what not." she gave a brief nod before she continued along. She wouldn't be doing most of the research and talking throughout this expedition; her role was more fitting to make up for the physical strength Vakhari lacked.

The Force rippled before the sound reached her.

A subtle disturbance, faint at first right at the edge of her senses. The Felacatian froze mid-step, her head pausing to cant just so as the ink along her arms coiled tighter and alert. She knew that presence. It pressed against her awareness like a scent carried on smoke

Her scanner went silent in her grasp. She shut it off without looking, sliding it into her belt before sinking lower against the wall. Below, the soldiers who had moved to secure the facility by the first strike team moved with a purposeful rhythm. Their discipline served her well.

Amber eyes caught the pulse of the crystals through the Force deeper within the cavern. It should have drawn all her focus. But it didn't. The whisper in the Force grew stronger, more confident. No, arrogant.

Soah's lips curled faintly, the ghost of a grin showing the glint of her sharp teeth. A low, quiet growl rumbled in her chest, swallowed by the roar of molten rivers below.

Well, she mused, as her chin tipped down with a subtle quirk at the corner of her mouth. The hunt was going to get interesting.

Then the small shadow vanished deeper into the cavern, drawn toward the call of the crystals as much as the possible presence of the one she had marked before.

Erinar had been dismissed as little more than a volcanic rock and at a glance, Irina could see why, but she also had an appreciation for the harshness of it. The desert in which she was raised had often been dismissed, yet there were many who wandered its surface, who spoke to it and understood its secrets. Eirnar secrets had been unveiled and despite the opportunity it presented her master, she could not help but feel a little sad.

Regardless of what emotion stirred within her, what memories the heat triggered. The Sith apprentice had a job to do; collect as many crystals as possible. A handful of raiders from the Second Legion joined her, containers carried between them to ensure the safe transport of whatever they could find. She just needed to ensure they got in and out in one piece.

The heat of the caves was suffocating, bearing down upon them like a weighted blanket. Every breath seared her lungs, yet she found it oddly comforting. She paused at the edge of a magma river, reaching for it in the force, curious if she could bend it the same way she could fire. She could feel its hum resonating deep beneath the surface, gently she pulled trying to draw it upward, oblivious to the raiders watching her, waiting uncomfortably in the heat.

Much to her disappointment, the lava did not respond, save for a small bubble that popped, spraying magma over the rivers edge. If she had more time to understand its construction then maybe she could, but not today. She stepped back, refocusing. The crystals were said to resonate with the Dark Side of the force, infused with it over time. While one raider held a scanner, Irina chose to trust in what she could feel following the soft call of the darkness.

"This way."

Lina watched the proceedings with her hands folded neatly in her lap, sharp green eyes snapping to every face that spoke, weighing their words carefully. The discovery of the Erinar diamonds had started a race within the Order, one that Lina could not afford to miss. She had made a point of keeping out of the limelight for the most part, offering a voice and resources where she could, but this was too important to simply sit on the side-lines.

Lina despised the Blackwall. It had caged them for too long, and like any caged animal they turned on each other, spilling wasteful blood, expending energy on pointless squabbles. Whatever protection it offered them was no longer valid, it was time to open it.

“The Blackwall will stand if it must, but walls do not make the Sith strong. Vision does. Erinar offers more than defense. It offers a chance to reshape what we build, and who commands it.

Emerald eyes snapped to the Dark Councillor, smiling inwardly. If the Empress's Hound was unbothered by the Blackwalls survival, then perhaps there was a chance? She rose smoothly from her chair. "The Blackwall served the machinations and paranoia of an Emperor who no longer sits in throne. Using the Erinar Diamonds to simply reinforce it is a waste. There is more to be done here. These crystals could be harnessed to create new ship engines, new weapons, they could provide the very foundation we need to expand our borders and take the core."

She paused letting her words sink in, gaze scanning the room once more.

"If you must reinforce the wall to hide behind then by all means do so. But do more than just reinforce it. Change it. This Order is entering a new era and we will be the ones to shape its future. We cannot do that, locked in a cage."

For all the talk of mysticism and dark power that flowed around the culture of SIthdom. There were things far more...tenable...in the grand scheme of running an Empire. Power was paramount, both in the metaphorical and literal sense as the Sith had descended upon Erinar like ravenous locusts in search of these most poignant crystals.

So it should come as no surprise that Lirka Ka, ever greedy, was among the horde. Trinkets and baubles humored her more than interested her, though it was the prospect of wrapping her wretched claws around these newfound crystals and turning them to the ends of the newly christened Dzara was more than enough to motivate the monstrous creature to descend into this mad dash.

Of course, actually accessing this great font of power was another matter entirely - a skillset that was perhaps beyond the Once-Sephi's more aggressive tendencies. But that is why she kept good company - Helix Helix was a plenty reliable sort when it came to matters such as these. There was droids and expendable meat aplenty to tear out these ever precious crystals when the time came, and their deaths would be all but meaningless in the grand expenditures of dominance.

Like any good resource race, Lirka doubted it would stay peaceful for very long. She was sure once any of her fellows and Darth Strosius Darth Strosius met again it would be a classic brawl of " time to destroy this chum I rather dislike, immediately" - as it went. She wouldn't be surprised if the Wonosan was still a bit displeased after their last meeting. No matter.

Violence was their way, and she welcomed it with open arms. Though if all went as she hoped, they'd make it out of here with arms full of crystals to pawn off to whichever Lord desired a taste of their fiery power...now, just came the matter of arriving early. Lirka took a cautious lumbering today, after the bout on Firivune she had been a bit more wary than she had been. Never knew what disgruntled sort might have been waiting in the shadows, after all.

Yet there was a power to be found in a crowd, so all the Once-Sephi needed to do was to give that stalking scan she so often did and find some poor sod to follow along with.

"Quite indeed." In spite of overwhelming heat Darth Strosius seemingly hadn't made any sort of alterations to His own heavy robes, insulated as they were against the environment. Still, even through it all He could still feel the intense heat that poured up from the caves below. Beneath His mask as He peered over the railing He even felt a few beads of sweat forming, He couldn't even recall the last time He'd ever had that happen. At least He wouldn't have to suffer alone He supposed.

The masked man cast a glance at Lady Vakhari and her assistant, at least that's who He assumed she must be given that she was hauling one of the former's bags, with a nod. "But of course, I thought your talents and inclinations would lend a great deal of aid in this particular excursion." As expected she had certainly come prepared. Her companion offered an introduction and He did the same, returning the nod with one of His own. "A pleasure Lady Valaine, I am Darth Strosius. I look forward to working with you."

Then came the matter of the crystals themselves of course, the focus for this whole outing not just for them but for the Sith Order itself as well. "Unfortunately all of the already extracted crystals have been claimed by...." He clicked His tongue before shaking His head with a scoff. ", higher powers, as it were." There was no lack of venom in His words for a moment but it vanished as quickly as it had arrived. "We'll have to search the caves and mine itself for more clusters to extract ourselves."

Darth Strosius gestured towards the railing and the cave below. "The environmental shields do stretch down there in order to ensure the mining equipment and droids don't melt during their digging, however they're not quite rated for living beings. And that is without mentioning that the crystals themselves are apparently rather...temperamental if not handled delicately." He cleared His throat and gestured off to the side where more shuttles were landing, full of eager Sith wishing to claim a few crystals for themselves. "Unfortunately our peers aren't quite the delicate sort."

The little sassy click of the tongue... It almost made Vakhari lose composer for a moment, was it funny? Why yes, yes it sure was. But what had caught the young Lutris off guard was that she hadn't expected Strosious to display such a- how would one put it? Cat-like attitude? Catitude.

Vakhari assumed that mentioning just how close to home the gesture felt in regards to the more snobby echelon of the Order might in fact upset the man greatly, so she held her tongue on the matter.

"A higher authority than me?"

The girl assumed Strosius knew who he was working with here, there was shockingly little info out there about the doctor for sure, yet her Bloodline and position weren't hidden away or a missing gap in time.

"Would you believe me if I had expected as much? Thankfully the gear I brought with me should work just fine at carefully collecting the crystals, once we have some me and my assistant here can inspect them."

There was nothing like it, the prospect of learning something new. Even if there were others scrounging about for these crystals, did they bring the right tools? Were they to just use their eyes to look around like a halfwit? Vakhari brought the right gear for collection, study, and prospecting.

"Obviously others are after these crystals, but do you expect any- unwanted attention?"

The very idea of someone trying to punch her over a crystal annoyed her to no end, how in the hells was she going to inspect the thing if some brute was trying to beat her over it?

"So long as you both are ready, let's do some delving!"

There was a chipper squeakiness to her voice, her energy seeming to be high for today as she sipped on an iced coffee.
She wouldn't be doing most of the research and talking throughout this expedition; her role was more fitting to make up for the physical strength Vakhari lacked.

This however would be proven false later, not being much of a talker is fine... But you know damn well she was going to teach Valaine all about these rocks, more than being a mule for sure.
