- Telepathy go: Locke and Key’s Harmonia system was specifically designed with one purpose in mind, to allow a technological system to receive telepathic communications through the force. It only took a few adjustments to the system to be able to transfer some effects of the force, namely the boost that came from Battle Meditation to the wearer.
- Holo-Controls: Using the second generation of Locke and Key’s Apollo system the circlet is able to create floating holographic screens or controls to aide the wearer.
- Shields: The circlet contains emitters which can broadcast Locke and Key’s most powerful personal shielding system. Capable of protecting against multiple types of attack and multiple vectors the circlet is able to provide that last-ditch protection when needed.
- EMP/Ion: The technological systems in the circlet are vulnerable to EMPs or ion based attacks that can disable them.
- Worn: The Circlet fits snugly around your head, but it’s not attached, if it should happen to fall or be knocked off you would lose all the functionality and protection it provides.
The Grand Marshall of the Confederacy was a mysterious figure who John had rarely had the pleasure of interacting with. However, he wouldn’t be doing his duty as an Exarch if he didn’t do his research on the members of the Confederacy High Command, imagine his surprise when he found out that the Grand Marshall of the CIS was force dead.
The CIS was well known for its use of Battle Meditation in combat, of telepathic communications between senior members of staff. To that end he went to work.
First John used his metalworking skills to craft a circlet out of Songsteel, the metal was light enough that it wouldn’t lie heavy on the woman’s brow over long periods of time. Then he began to miniaturize his technology, etching the circuitry into the indestructible metal.
The telepathy and battle meditation was the first part of the creation, using the Harmonia Implant to pick up telepathic communications before using a reverse form of the Direct Neural Interface to broadcast those communications and battle meditation connections directly into the wearer’s brain.
The circlet was completed with shield and holographic emitters, providing the Grand Marshall with a useful tool that would be an effective aid to her in any circumstance she might find herself in.
