Name: Coruscant Flower Shop (part of the Coruscant Flowers and Funerals Company)

Intent: As a form of revenue for the Coruscant Rotary Club (points of drug distribution)

Classification: A shop with multiple portions towards the distribution of narcotics

Location: Coruscant Underworld, several shops through the districts at varying depths of the main metropolis area (15 total).

Affiliation: Coruscant Rotary Club, Coruscant Flower and Funeral Company

Description: The facility is a quaint location, one of many, that gives the face of a beautifully small flower shop nested in dingy or industrial settings. Stone and cobble greet the interface and threshold, often decorated with bouquets and potted plants for display of wares. Inside, a well lit room displays stands towering from floor to ceiling of various flowers. This can range from roses all the way to mandalorian oranges and other rare fruits and flowers. It's actually been said that the Coruscant Flowers and Funeral Company can get any flower available in the universe! (though is not actually the case, super rare species will be written out properly)

This flower location, referred to as the retail location, is equipped with concealed 360 degree ceiling turrets and doors capable of blast resistance, all of which can be activated by a switch along the counter top, near the credit register. Behind the retail location, the nearby structures have been attached to the flower shop to create immense aquaponic and hydroponic facilities for the growth of both terrestrial and aquatic plants for sale, as well as standard raised garden beds. This portion, called the 'greenhouse,' is extensive and dwarfs the flower shop for the berth it carries through the part of the underworld that the shop is located.

A switch, a particular cobble stone with the right application of pressure, will lift a single raised garden bed on tilt to reveal a set of stairs descending into the honey comb that rests beneath the flower shop (s). These have been developed in locations where basements were considered prominent aspects of the structure; time and patience allowed for purchasing of property for suitable means. It's in these locations that slaves work tirelessly through long chasms, under guise of constant view by hired guards, to package and distribute drugs ranging from narcotics to adrenals. Nothing is out of scope for the man who has spent his life developing connections for the distribution of the finer and funner things of life.

The basement is equipped with security feeds and systems for the distribution center of the facility, as well as the greenhouse and retail section. It's here that the owner can tap into holonet feeds and check the stocks, as well as map current profit margins and remotely adjust product costs based on tempo of the market. In these locations, drugs are packaged in a manner to can be fitted with plants in a nondescript manner. For example, workers break and pound glitterstim into dust to which they then compress into cobble, used for the substrate for potted plants. Carsanum is dissolved in water, added as a tube of water for the end of roses, and requires the distillation of water to procure the drug as crystalline dehydrated format. The methods are endless and near untraceable for the process and development that occurs, and includes a large industry of different drugs.

The outward effect of the flower shops is well known and established. As the shop makes sales, it donates a large portion of it's taxable income to the betterment of the locations around it. Through direct charity, donation of canned food and non perishables, and the construction of other structures including libraries and playgrounds. No sales of drugs are made through direct ordering in the facility - only sales of flowers themselves. All sales of illegal drugs are made over an encrypted holonet communicator, run through multiple lines. Along with this, orders are made through shifting coded terminology and the shop always delivers the goods - no in house pickups. For all intents and purposes, the business is a legitimate sister company to a steadily encroaching funeral establishment.

Beneath the facility, extending from the basement, the facility leads into the sewer system. Specific pathways, should one desire, would allow crossing from CRC facilities - the flower shop can access the morgues or funerals without ever touching the surface duracrete. All travel can be completed with the sewer and drainage systems.

History: The structure, which is similar across the companies franchised format, has the appearance of a building that has been there for so long, it's architecture seems anachronistic. However, the history is rather simple in that is was purchased by Roger Kranos and his affiliates, along with surrounding buildings structures. The structures were renovated to give simple and inviting appearances on the outside and main corridor while also providing substantial means for distribution of drugs. While the history is limited, it will assuredly make a positive impact. During the construction process, the basement's were documented, through as-built schematics and metes-and-bounds surveys, as being filled with duracrete. All data pertaining to the existence of an area that could be the basement were removed, meaning knowledge of the distribution center is lent to only those in the organization and intimately involved in the drug operation. Funding provided through illicit and historical activities by the owners, as well as coordination with the One Sith and Wrath of the Dark Lord, Reverance (through anonymous contributions and funneling of currency from planetary taxation). However, this knowledge is not known by anyone other than [member="Nergal"], [member="Cryax Bane"], Kranos, and members of the One Sith Hierarchy.

Security: As mentioned earlier, the store comes equipped with blast doors and turret systems that are activated via mechanism near the counter top (staggered ceiling arrays in retail and greenhouse locations, roughly 10 per facility). They can also be activated remotely by Kranos. The stands that hold the flower pots are also capable of sliding through panels in the walls, that will allow the laced or drugged products to be replaced with more copacetic and legal products. Several enforcers, garbed as bums, loiter about the outside of the shop and down the streets, keeping remote view on the shop as well as documented officers. The internal computing system is equipped with anti-slicing software. The basement comes with an assortment of common weaponry, blasters and rifles, used for last resorts should the need arise.

Other Information: This shop is one of many, probably around 15 total and increasing. This is the initial development of a franchise that will be one form of profits for the Coruscant Flower and Funeral Company, the legitimate business holdings for the Coruscant Rotary Club - We aim to make the world a better place, one fix at a time. ©

Special Discounts: Police offers and members of the government receive a 25% discount on listed prices for flowers (not actually drugs, just flowers)

I'd like you to make a note that this is not the case... There are some flowers/flora that are both very rare and very expensive, with some serious ramifications. I'd rather people didn't handwave getting them from one of these shops. This doesn't have to be a big mention, more of a disclaimer if you like.

How many turrets is each building equipped with?

And how did the Rotary Club initially pay for these buildings and the ability to fund the business itself?

- Staggered ceiling arrays in retail and greenhouse locations, roughly 10 per facility.

Edits made for that part (the flowers part was more hyperbole, just what people say, ya know?) If people come to these shops for flowers, they are looking for the wrong product.

As for how they got the money: they are secretly a state funded organization (via the One Sith), who make anonymous donations through a casino (which is being currently written) - to which they gifted to the CRC after the Netheworld Event. The donations are substantial, largely from the Wrath who funnels taxation revenue from Selvaris, Adumar, and Khomm into his own holdings (he was burned by the Ravens and as such, wants to see what he considers a legitimate criminal organization thrive). Along with that, facilities were obtained through low real-estate (buyers market) time periods and given the location, deals were offered based on large purchases of abandoned facilities. Along with that, Kranos has been running the books for the majority of his life, [member="Cryax Bane"] is relatively well off for money, and Kranos sold drugs long before the flower shops were there.

Added to the history section. I initially avoided that as to prevent people from handwaving the relationship between OS and CRC. But I'll just bank on the good will of others :D
