Like i had posted earlier in the month, i am planning to do the original post below.

So what im planning to do is turn Kesh's Complete Monarchy into a Constitutional one that is fully fleshed out. As such im looking to the diplomats and politicians of the galaxy as well as any native Keshiri to come to this convention and help draft a fair constitution for the people of the planet and to give people a hand in expanding the lore of the planet as well as getting their names marked down in the panels of Chaos History.

Anyways so to better get the setup for this all together, im going to create a list of issues that will be brought up as well as any others you guys suggest to help draw some interest and better give people an opportunity to figure out who they want to bring... (Forgive me for not knowing how to really type this, this is a weird and new thing to try and do so im kinda walking blind.)
I used the US constitution as a basis for the five articles, but that is as far as i will look at it. Any rights, decisions, and bills will be up to the complete decision of the characters themselves. So please, i extend the offer of being included in making a change to those in the TKO, The GA, The SSC, and the GR. All of which are welcome as they are the beacons of what is right. They will understand the rights of people and how to best represent them through a constitutional monarchy.
As the title says, the thread will go up on the First of June, I hope that you are interested in helping me craft this.
