Comic Stuff

Just because in the end comics and manga are always going to be my favorite fandom. Not matter how silly they get :lol: . It don't matter if Marvel, DC, Darkhorse, or any of the short running or still on-going mangas and all that. Movies and shows and so forth. We can talk about whatever.

I guess I should start off with if anyone's following some of the TV shows like Agents of Shield or Flash?

It's getting better if only because they brought Ghost Rider. But it was one of those slow to start sort of shows. Not until Cap: Winter Soldier and how it effected the show did it get really interesting.

Can't ever say I was a marvel fan to be fair. I gave Cap: Winter Soldier a go but it was pretty meh, Cap: Civil War will always go down as one of the worst films i've seen for a while, I really didn't like it.

Deadpool and Antman were alright. Deadpool was saved because it was mostly comedy, which is perfect because that's what a deadpool film should of been. Antman was different.

I'm much more a DC fanboy, but some of the later DC films have been horrid. Batman v Superman was a bore and Suicide Squad is the worst film i've seen in a long time. If we remove those from existence and give the role of Batman to someone who isn't Ben Affleck and then DC would be perfect.

I like the Cap America movies, especially Civil War because of the hero vs hero clash. I don't think I'd call it the worse.

DC's stuff is a bit on the ropes, I agree. Batman v Superman was pretty boring, just like Man of Steel, but for what it was worth I had more fun with Suicide Squad. And I like Ben Affleck Batman; but part of that might because I think he's hotter than the other guys lol.

Sadly for some reasons I'm not really intrigued by comics. I wish I was because it seems they have good stories. I am a bit of an Anime freak though.

I couldn't get into Suicide Squad, I don't know. It could of been so good, but I really couldn't get into it for whatever reason. I actually fell asleep in the back of Batman v Superman but I kind of enjoyed Man Of Steel. It wasn't a good film, but Man of Steel was actually better than I was expecting, but like you and Ben Affleck, might be because I kind of like Henry Cavill

I can't get into Anime. Most of my friends are massive fans and I tried as hard as I could, I really couldn't get into it.

I'm only recently getting into Comics, I started with some of the Star Wars Comics then branched out into DC.

I've been told the Marvel Comics are a little better so i'll give them a try.

I agree it would have been way better. I'm just saying compared to Batman v Superman and Man of Steel I had more fun watching it; though maybe because it's the bad guys for a change.

Oh yes lol. I have trouble with some of the long-running ones though. Like One Piece. I like One Piece but my god has it be going on forever now lol.

I like some of the shorter ones that still have great stories. Like Hellsing and Attack on Titan.

Attack on titan is great.

My two personal faves are Dragon Ball and Naruto

(Naruto the original series, Shippuden is going on forever as well and I don't like it as much)

Naruto was so-so with me. I watched up to a point then got kinda bored with it. And I grew up on Dragonball so I've known pretty much all of it from start to finish, even the more recent stuff.
