Kurenai gave a nod to both student, "Right oh, I hope you two do not mind Atrisian food, and for you [member="Savoh Iaht"] I am sure some form of soup would be easy for you to digest". Leaving the pair to the gift exchanging Kurenai walked into the house, patting Takeshi on the shoulder, "Your helping me with this", "I know coming coming, you two can stay here and well call when the food is ready, the dining room is just through this hall and to the left, just make sure not to break anything". Soon both Yumi's had departed for the mansion kitchen, leaving the Chiss and the Ubese in the training area to bond of fight, what ever they wished to do.

All he could do was nod when he heard his sensi words, he continued to stay quiet still unsure what to do next as he had never really given a gift this big before to anyone and had never seen anyone this shocked before either.

"Did you want to fight each other?" Rex asked finally managing to find his voice again "It's up to you" He says looking at [member="Savoh Iaht"]

"You know what Rex, I believe you choose a real good teacher. Now I only wish I had the force to fit in more." He said with a bit of a chuckle. "I'm not sure about going in for a round two though, sorry. Also when we're done for the day I'm gonna head out to the market. A saw a neat looking ship of sorts there. Wouldn't mind trading it for my old K-Wing." If he could, the Ubese would have a bit of a smile behind that helmet of his. "And don't worry, I saw that it was a two seater." Then he let out a sigh. "Maybe I should've bought a breathing mask earlier, wearing a helmet all day can be a bit uncomfortable.

Looking at [member="Savoh Iaht"], Rex starts smiling again "Cool, do whatever you need to do, it's good that you still got a two seater, hey if you want to I'm sure you'd be welcome in the CSA" Then thinking on what the Ubese said "I think so to, when you go to the shops I might see whether [member="Kurenai Yumi"] will teach me how to create a light-sabre as I will eventually need one". Then turning to house "I wonder when this food is going to be ready?".

While [member="Rex Taff"] and [member="Savoh Iaht"] talked Kurenai and Takehi worked away in the kitchen, the smell of rice, fish chicken and other meats would waft through the house, the small hint of spring onions and other spices along with it as the two prepared a full course meal for themselves and guests. Perhaps a little too much for 4 people, but Kurenai was hungry and also wanted to make sure there was something for everyone to eat. "Those two get along well, will be interesting to see where things go from here", "To true, perhaps we can have a huge party at some point, get the children over here, maybe see if Kiso is willing to come, will be fun.... hmm almost ready probably just a few mintue, I bet those two can already smell it".

Smelling the spice wafting out of the house, "Geez that smells good," then turning to [member="Savoh Iaht"] "can you smell that through your helmet?"

"Thanks for the offer Rex, but I don't think I'm the kinda guy that sticks with a faction for long. I'm like a drifting freelancer, could even consider myself a bounty hunter, but I don't go after big game." That was true, sometimes to make some extra cash he'll take up some really local bounties. "I'll tell you, I've always been a little envious of a Jedi's lightsaber. I'm sure I don't need to explain why." After that he heard the Chiss's comments on the food he'd speak. "Yeah I can kinda smell. But it's nothing compared to how it used to be." He didn't even have a nose anymore, so smelling was more like tasting the air, which was already dulled.

"That's a shame" Rex says "I can guess why you are jealous of the Jedi's lightsabre though it is a very unique and useful weapon which a lot of people do want themselves to have a lightsabre", He though about what the Ubese had just said "What do you mean by that [member="Savoh Iaht"] even through a helmet you should be able smell the aroma?" Then quickly backtracking "Sorry sometimes I can't control what I ask, I just get really curious and ask questions willy nilly, except for that one time..." Drifting off into another place, another time.

As the two talks Kurenai poped her head out of the kitchen in a rather comedic motherly like fashion, "Lunch is just about ready, why don't you two take a seat now, oh and if you want there are chairs off to the side if you not able to the kneee sitting stuff we do". Turning around her along with Takeshi started to place the food into several tray, plates and other serving participates, just using some slight telekinesis to lick up all the dishes, slowly bringing them out of the table. "I have a feeling we will be having left yours tomorrow knight, just have a hunch that we may have cooked a little to much.

Snapping back to at the sound of [member="Kurenai Yumi"] voice. "No I should be fine to kneel" watching all the food floating to the table, "Is there an army coming that we don't know about sensi?" He asks jokingly, then sitting down at the table he waits for everyone else to join.

The Ubese followed Rex, he to would be fine with the knee thing, although it wasn't what he'd normally do. Still with his helmet on he looked through all the food on the table. Feeling rather thankful for having such a nice host. Figuring now he could take off his helmet. Keeping it off for a bit wouldn't hurt him, maybe irritate his lungs a bit, but he'd be fine. Bringing his hands on either side, he lifted it off his head. Finally showing the more cybernetic part of him. Looking up at everyone with his artificial eyes and mouthless face. He was beginning feel a little out of place again. Sometimes he felt like an abomination. Not even being recognizable as an Ubese if it wasn't for his clothing. "Thanks again Kurenai, your hospitality is much appreciated."

Rex looks at his friend and see his face for the first time, he is unsure what to do for some time, then finding his voice again "[member="Savoh Iaht"] I had no idea, you should have told me dude, geez I feel so bad for not realizing" Looking down at the table, "I am so sorry for not realizing, if I had have known I, I don't know." Then his military training kicked in "I won't treat you any differently, your still my friend." Then he gets up and walks away from the table "I'm sorry Takeshi Yumi and [member="Kurenai Yumi"] this is a wonderful looking lunch but I just need a second to sort myself out." He finds a tree and sits there for quite some time, while doing so he meditates to keep himself composed enough to think everything through.

Savoh listen to Rex, feeling kinda bad for not telling him. "No, I don't blame you, and you shouldn't blame yourself, how could you've know." He said, it was clear that not only his helmet made him sound robotic, but that it was also just his vocal cords. Savoh wasn't all too worried with being treated differently. He'd grown used to it. Not being considered one of his own kind anymore sorta put a nail in that coffin. Feeling a little bad that he suddenly got up and left the table. "My apologies..." He said, speaking to his hosts. "I should've spoken about this earlier."

Kurenai was surprised the two where willing to sit seiza style, those not used to it usually getting a head leg and all, even with a pillow to sit on like that had here, but if that was their choice. "Well it is nice that both of you are willing to try and no Re, there is not army, but let me just say I get rather hungry at time". Kneeling down Kurenai went to start severing the meal, looking up with a quizzical face when Savoh removed his helmet, a little surprised about how affected by the cybernetic he was, but at the same time not surprised.

"It does not matter weather you are a cyborg or not, my earlier student I mentioned, Kiso she is a cyborg as well, though her cybernetics a more lower body and head then face, you should not feel bad about anything, you are not the first cyborg to live here". Reaching out with the force she lowered a small bowl of soup over to Savoh, "If proper food is to difficult for you to eat perhaps you would be willing to try this".

Coming back across from the tree after about 5 mins. "I'm sorry [member="Savoh Iaht"], I am not used to seeing any cybernetics on people, and the shock of the reveal just hit me harder than it should have." Sitting back down at the table kneeling "Say sensi, can I have an hour after this to try and craft my lightsabre?, after joining the CSA I think I may require it sooner than I thought". Looking for [member="Kurenai Yumi"] approval on the matter.

Savoh nodded to[member="Kurenai Yumi"] "I know, I've just had some rather negative run ins in the past." After looking down at the bowl of soup he nodded once more. "Thank you once more. Liquefied food is much easier. Plus some people can get a little offended sense I can't really close my mouth when I eat." He listened to her speak about a former student of hers being a little similar to him. Since he to had a cybernetic lower half. After that he moved his hand up to where his mouth would be, and slid down a piece of metal covering a skeletal looking mouth. It was more clear now, sense he didn't have any lips.

The Ubese then looked at [member="Rex Taff"] as he came back in and knelt down with them. "There's no need to worry Rex, I appreciate your consideration." It was sorta showing that its been a while since he has felt respected. Especially given that most of his life he'd be looked down upon for the sub-race that he was. Not be a "true" Ubese.

Kurenai gave an understanding nod, "I know that feeling all to well myself, very few people are accepting of what I am if they find out, but on another note perhaps you and Kiso may meet at some point it may make for an interesting interaction, just lok for a woman with long spiky green hair wearing with a yellow cybernetic eye". while waiting for Rex to return she started to partake of the food, using some chopsticks to skillfully pick up a piece of chicken, dipping it in some source.

"Hmm yes Rex we can do that after lunch, from what I know the CSA is in a bit of a rough patch, something about their king falling to the dark side and going off to establish some new Dark Jedi order, not fun, but enough talk about that, dig in and be happy, for events like this of not com often with the ever present loom of war". Though that did remind her, sooner of later she would have to report back to the CIS about the Zarbark and ready up for the next military campaign.

Rex nods to both of them and starts eating himself enjoying the meal and the company he was with it was different to what he was used to but that was good.

Savoh would listen intently to [member="Kurenai Yumi"] about her former student. As well as her talking about not being generally accepted. The Ubese wondered for a bit on what that meant. Afterwards he's bring the spoon from the soup to his metal mouth. Only taking a small bit at first to understand how hot it was. Blowing on hot soup to cool it down wasn't really something he could do after all. "Kurenai, you said you work for the Confederacy right? What do you do? Are you a commander, or some kind of elite soldier?" He questioned, but then felt a little worried that that was bringing up the dark subject of war.
