[Lance Claw]

Location: Teth, Old Clergy of Light church over run by the Acolytes

The land around the church was diseased with the Darkside acting as a sickness to all the life around the church as the Acolytes had fought and over run this place. The church due to the Azure Imperium's policy of closed to the galaxy policy had meant they were unable to mount any kind of push back once it was lost. However with the policy becoming abolished as the Imperium begins stepping out into the light it has allowed for old grievances such as these to be avenged.

As such was the idea when Veneras Grandstar presented it to all the heads of the orders appealing to each in it’s own way. The Wave as a way to heal the land once again, Flame to remove the acolytes presence from Teth, Shadows was to possible gain members should some of the acolytes surrender and accept the light, Leaf was to allow them to regain a place of worship. However there was one clause Leaf asked for which was for them to have their leader present to record the battle in full. And so it was.

Objectives:

Objective 1 - Keep the battle archivist alive at all costs
Protect the leaf’s leader Alyosha Arcane in the battle against the Acolytes, make this battle legendary so we may tell all the free people of this battle to retake something that was lost long ago. While you are doing so learn as much as you can from the bishop and archbishops around you as you all strive to retake one of our churches.

Objective 2 - Bring forth the light once more
Heal the land we cannot allow the land around the church as well as any members who become injured. The light will prevail and this area shall live again so decrees the pontifex of the clergy of light.

Lance looked at Alyosha Arcane, he had many names this man including Leader of the order of the leaf, Archbishop of the clergy of light. The man walked around all the time with a tome in his hand on the lore of the clergy of light constantly adding to it's pages with newer stories of the light's exploits especially those against the Acolytes. In his other hand he held his ceremonial hammer which he could also use as a weapon but generally didn't because he was more focused on writing the new manuscripts.

He also stood within intimidating armour which for some reason he always had lit candles on his back. Lance knew it was more a symbolic statement more than anything useful as the man was non-force sensitive. But man will do what he wants to do Lance just had to look after him was all. Lance stood in his normal armour, his necklace remained inactive as he didn't yet want to call froth the spear. On his hip was holstered one of his flame swords and on the other was the PAI SMG. He was read to rumble against anything these Acolytes could throw at him.

It appeared the dark side was an illness everywhere you went, it was like a cancer, small and insignificant at first, brought about by natural means slowly growing and bringing a plague to what eve world they were in. Also just as a health cell is attack by cancer the Dark Side could never seem to keep to themselves, always seeking out the light, trying to infect and ultimately destroy it. Even a outerrim worlke wTeth was not safe from their grasp, one of the galaxies rouge dark orders seeking to sink their dark talons, once gain Yuive finding himself thrust into battle against a fanatical foe.

On this day the Mirialan Bishop wore his old alchemist armor, it's black metal plates and small dark side aura was probably a stark contrast to his present role in this clergy of light. Then again he was a member of the shadows, those that dabbled in the dark side if just a bit, ones who acted as the Imperium inquisition, here to route out problems like the one before they got out of hand. His trusty saber in hand and ready to cut down any heretics that would dare step in their way and prevent the clergy from retaking this holy site. All he need wait on was either the order to attack or for the darkside users inside the church to make their own move.

Every army wanted the strongest warrior, someone that would ensure the scales would be tipped in their favors, who's presences would rally men into final stands and charges and would make the enemy shake with fear. Stardust was no different to any asking for her blade to be drawn for them, she had seen decades of war from many sides, fought in many different theaters and across hundreds of planets. Even as many times she said she would abandon the life of war the drums beat within her and compelled her to move forward again and again....she had come to realize this was her way of life....war made her who she is today and for that the price was to fight in whatever came to her

This was no different when the azure imperium approached her at the emperors party,back then she had told them she needed to think about it and had left in peace. Now months later she found herself curious about them and had decided to visit once more following those drums of war to the planet of teth, she had no idea why this planet had cane to mind but the force had guided her here and once she arrived she felt in the force the reason she needed to be here

guess this would be a surprise?

She did not let anyone know of her arrival, she merely arrived near the sight of the battle in full armor. Stepping forward towards where she felt the dark side she spotted a group waited a good distance away. Cautiously she approached them and spoke

I am to assume you are the ones that was drawn to the...dark as well

She said hand on her sword as she stood tall and removed her helemt revealing her face

 

[Vallory]

Vallory Tempest had gone across the galaxy, trying to find a place. A place for her and Nyx, her wife to survive, to live. She felt a draw to a place that seemed reasonably strong, yet quiet and far enough from the rest of the galaxy...that was how she found herself here. With her lightsaber in hand, once more about to head into combat. There was one upside to this occurrence, however. For she was not alone. Looking around the attack force, she found a rather tall and familiar figure.

She walked up behind her master, tapping her shoulder and quickly moving to the other side. "Long time no see, master" she addressed. Before looking to the group. Others of the Azure Imperium, Vallory had come here as her first mission in aiding them. A...test, of sorts. An initiation. "So, what is this foe that we face here?"

Nyx had seen her fair share of battle, she had been a warrior for about 30 of her 200 years of life, she had been in most of the recent battles involving Jen'ari's battles with both the Sith empire and The confederacy. It was after those battles that she had decided that her time as a warrior needed to come to an end, for she had fallen in love with someone she didn't want to have to worry about her safety, someone she worried about as well [member="Vallory Tempest"].

It came as a great surprise to her when Vallory had told her of a secret organization who was going into battle that she was a part of. Nyx wasn't going to let her wife go into battle without her there to protect her. She followed her in her hands braced over the hilts of her twin white sabers

Location: No peeking

The Leader of the acolytes watched the group gather outside the church. She had waited for a while for them to finally come back to try hitting them again rather than hiding in their churches. She smiled they had many new people but they will fall all the same to her. She began her ritual as fog would appear around them at the church with shadows moving through them. Some would be her people or their creations and some would be just shadows.

She herself knew it was not time yet. But this would make their life harder especially since they would have to still clear under the church too and the beasts down their should defiantly give them a run for their money. She smiled focusing on her spell picking up a glass of wine and taking a sip. This would be fun.

What just happened why is their fog?

Lance would look around leaving the battle archivist with his guard. He then approached Iturizu having not seen the man in quite some time. "Bishop Yuvie how goes the order of the shadows? Still keeping you busy? The last time I saw you was back at the emperors birthday. It is good to see you again my friend." He smiled looking around as he saw three new people approach the group. "Well I had best found out who they are and why they are here before they accidentally get killed by our people or our enemies."


One was clad in a rather large battle armour but appeared to be leading the others. Drawn to the dark how curious a question. "I'm afraid not so much. We well lost this church a while back to a rather dark sided group and we are here to finally reclaim this site for our clergy again." Then one of the others claimed the one in battle armour as master. "Well since I can see you three aren't of our orders I will give you a quick run down. We are facing a rather dangerous dark side group called the acolytes. They are very tricky opponents to defeat and we lost this church to them back when our government was still under the isolationist approach."

As he finished the sentence the grounds of the church became encased in fog. Summoning his spear Lance moved the fog enough to allow the group from the clergy of light to be able to see each other but he could surprisingly not move it anymore. "Well I guess they know we are here now begin moving to the church and watch out for any shadows in the fog. They could be friends or foes."

More and more people began to congregate with the attack force, himself giving all the new comers a quickly glance over before returning back to watch, eyes focused on the church over yonder even when [member="Lance Claw"] came to offer his greetings. "The Order of shadows? to be honest I have hardly had any interaction with them, their leader seems a little busy with other issues and hasn't really introduced me into the order". "That said I have been busy with just general tasks of the clergy, our member base is still small and I've had time to get acquainted with it's rules and code along with helping the general public here and there".

All in all it was slow progress, but steady and firm progress, something he was glad to have after so many fast pace and constantly changing jobs in the past. "Yes i would suggest checking in with the newcomers, I had assumed they were with you to be honest". [member="Stardust Australis Skirae"] presence was self explained but the other two were an unknown entity. Not that he would have time to properly investigate them as no sooner had the group arrived did a mysterious fog enveloped them."I believe the enemy knows we are here, stick close to one another and keep your senses sharp", this fog probably had a few interesting surprised for them.

Stardust turned to the church as the fog rolled out, there was seemly no fear coming off of her at all in fact she was more then confident in her ability to eliminate some pest

cowards they are, hiding among the fog....as if it would hide them from me

Stardust stepped forward into the fog sabers out as she activated them and then stopped once she was encased in the fog and looked around

come ye dark ones...and be judged

 

[Vallory]

Vallory took her saber whip in hand, ready to take up her weapon to the enemies in the fog. How many must there have been in there? She looked to Nyx Tempest for a moment, prepared for battle as they all watched out into the dark fog. Her master called out to those in the fog, for them to come out. Vallory took a deep breath, and began to follow forth behind her master. Her saber sizzling in hand. She turned to see if Nyx would follow, ready for a fight.

"Face us!" she finally let out, into the fog. "Come and face us, fight us! Cowards!" Vallory called out to them, trying to call them out into their sight.
