Christmas or Halloween

So here is a true and glorious debate my brothers, come forward and we shall sing our melodies as we debate this subject. One of the greatest movies of our times, or at least my favorite is Nightmare Before Christmas, i love it i have the nightmare revisited album and i love all the songs. So is it a Christmas movie or a Halloween movie?

On a serious note, in my family its watched on both Christmas and Halloween.

This reminds me of how people debate whether or not the original Die Hard was a Christmas movie.

Nonetheless, can one say it's both?

Just remember our man jack, is king of the pumpkin patch. I watch this movie quite a bit actually but it does get me more in the mood for halloween.

Die Hard is the ONLY Christmas movie.

I love Nightmare Before Christmas! I think it could be both...but in the movie we see Halloween winding down with Jack lamenting another year as the Pumpkin King.


Could argue its a Christmas movie in that sense.
