Description: located in the coastal waters of the Captial city of Olympus on the planet of Val'hala, the secret Chemical Plant of the Umbrella Interest Chemical Studies Facility is located. The Central dome bunks 258 Conglomerate Police Officers who rotate in overlapping tri-interchanging shifts. Located outside are two large freighter sized landing pads for easy loading of the cargo inside the facility. Located 100 meters underground in a old Phriks mine that contains small amounts of the ore still within the walls is the chemical plant. There a specialized chemical compound is created and stored in the most secure facility on the planet.

Once the chemical is complete a transport and escort are requested randomly and made to report immediately without notice. The transport and its escort are to appear within the hour for immediate transportation. Once it has arrived the chemical is then transported by armed guards the whole trip until it is handed of to the customer. There is only one way in or out of the facilities compound and vault, this same elevator is controlled by the central command and can be overridden by the Viceroy where he carries a button everywhere.

The top dome of the base is easy target to any type of attack, no shielding or dense material to support the structure. The base has highly trained Conglomerate Commandos and droids to protect the facility. Only a struck from an orbital cannon would kill and destroy the top facility. The biggest security preventive measure is that the underground facility is build into an old Phrik Mine. Even in its ore state, the material is dense enough to survive a near planetary destruction. If at any time the top facility looses power the elevator system will shut off and 50 metal slabs will close in the elevator shaft to prevent anyone from attempting to enter it. When the facility is shut off, the rest of the Val'hala Comglomerate Private Police Force will arrive on site to deal with the situration.

History: When the planet was first discovered by explorers a mining company began to mine the Phrik from a coastal region of the capital. Unable to separate the denser ore from bedrock, the miners left the residue and moved onto more promising mines. The land was them purchased by Umbrella Interest for its almost indestructible walls. The company then proceeded to build a bunker for its CEO, Jaster Awaud in case of emergency or planetary invasion. After the fall of the Fringe Confederacy the bunker was left in disarray.

Then after the creation of Jasters Chemical Compound Green Smoke, he requests the old bunker be made into a chemical factory for the sole creation and security of the compound. Once it was finished, it was considered the most secure facility within the Conglomerate.

Given the security needed at a secret base like this, you'll need to add some details about what level of security is present at this location. How hard it is to get into the factory, any weapons systems used to keep people out, and what kind of attacks the base can withstand. Because with what you are making here, an anti force chemical more or less, I would imagine you have more security to it than just police officers and traditional guards.

Also, since you mention in the chemical submission, that the base can withstand an orbital bombardment, that will need to be added in here as well. I will need you to link the chemical made here, into the submission for ease of reference.

Updated, as for the Green Smoke product, it was denied until a later submission. I would however just like to secure the location and deal with the product later.

If you would, since the chemical compound was denied, please remove the references to it's making from the submission. Just more or less replace it with it being a chemical factory/research facility. Or something along those lines. This can later be altered through submission modifications if you later get the substance approved.
