Public Character of the Month - November Results!

Hey all!

This was an exciting voting session where the results ended up being super close. In fact, we ended up with a draw!

Characters of the Month are Roman Vossari Roman Vossari and Naamino Zuukamano Naamino Zuukamano !!! Congratulations! You guys are both telling awesome stories and looking forward to seeing what future stories you will being telling!

Hopefully you guys don't mind sharing the results and looking forward to seeing the exciting stories told in December!

Quick note, I know it seems in the voting that there is a clear winner, but I checked the subaccounts and someone voted more than once so I discounted that additional vote, I did state in the nomination and the voting threads that each person has a single vote. Hopefully that clarifies why I am announcing two winners this month.

Thank you everyone! I appreciate the recognition, especially with someone like Naamino Zuukamano Naamino Zuukamano !

To kind of answer these questions:

1.) A lot?
2.) Porg, obviously.
3.) Getting to collaborate with some very creative writers and tell great stories with you all.

I truly appreciate this community. It's become a fantastic escape and a creative outlet for me, and I'm really enjoying it.

As for what came first, the porg or the egg? According to teachings by Professor Qulil Anorak at Kor'ethyr Academy I can only deduce based on current research about biology that surely the egg came first. Both chronologically on the timeline of reproductive strategies exhibited by multicellular organisms, but also in the sense that whatever genetic adaption lead to what we now categorize as "porg" must have first needed to be born from an egg prior to its status as a "porg".

All yolks aside though, thanks for the nomination everyone! Stuff like this is a great example of why collaborative writing can be so fulfilling. We get to be crafty and creative, get to be silly or serious, all for the love of story. So Diarch Reign Diarch Reign in answer to your question, what is my favorite part of roleplay? The stunningly unique, compelling, and complex characters that I get to encounter, as well as all the magnificent people behind those characters who I get to know along the way.
