Effective immediately. Sorry guys, you'll have to rename the account yourselves if you want this done, it's a huge time sink to undo everything and redo it again for you guys. It's just not technically viable.
Merging accounts and deleting accounts are still being offered. I realize we've fallen a bit behind on this but we're going to be doing some cleaning soon.
