How long does it usually takes to get your character approved? And can I create company/planet/species without approved char(you know, so everything will be ready when I'll start to play

What Antares said and for the companies/planets/etc. part, you just need to get to 50 posts and submit that stuff to the factory!

There is no approval system on characters. As long as you're not trying to play a banned species (we only have one), you can jump in whenever you want to.
Original tech and species, on the other hand, require a Factory submission once you hit 50 posts. There is plenty of existing, approved tech to get you that far, so yeah.

We do not moderate biographies; so long as you have a character sheet written you may use your character. Factory Submissions, however, require approval.
