Kerstas

Particularly this close to the One Sith.
A female Chagian, barely old enough to be considered an adult crouched down behind a couple of crates, black hood pulled low over her blue features. Her eyes, orange as a burning sun, narrowed slightly. Beside her, a muscular human, also dressed in black, kneeled, his entire body alert and ready for action. Ahead was their target - a female Nautolan, not well-known in the galaxy, but known enough for the Chagrian to be aware of her background.
"Private SeCalleger, update," the girl whispered. It was clear that she was the one in charge, at least in this duo. It was also clear that the human was not too fond of it.
"Sarge and Radio are in position on their end, Izzy and Tavil in theirs, and Junior and Boom Boom are on their way. They had to dodge a couple of drunkards."
"Very good. Let them know we still have eyes on our target."
"Copy." The private, also known as "DS", withdrew his com and sent three clicks in quick succession. Less than a second later, four separate clicks came in as a response.
The Chagrian continued to watch the Nautolan, tensing up as she prepared to dart forward. To clarify things, the Nautolan was not a high-value target. Nor were the eight pursuants wanted. At least, not yet. The girl, Kerstas Amidas, was a former member of the One Sith and Acolyte to Darth Shojo, also known as [member="Sawa Ike"]. Who, incidentally, was also a member of the Covenant of the Black Rose, traitors to the Sith. Nobody really noticed when the Chagrian left, nor did they know that the Darth was her Master, but considering what she had planned for the future...Well, it wasn't smart to leave her face all over. Especially not now.
Honestly, the whole reason why Kerstas left the was, to be frank, because she was tired of the infighting between the individuals. It was a waste of energy and resources for the Sith; oh, sure, they hadn't quite lost their winning streak against the Republic, but any fool could see that the entire galaxy would have been in their grasp, if only they'd stop exerting so much energy on themselves.
Even though she was still an Acolyte, no one could say Kerstas wasn't also a schemer, a planner. A thinker.
"Get ready to move," she hissed to DS. "Target is on the move." The girl stretched out with her senses, allowing the Force to pick up on anything. The dark side flowed within her, though it wasn't yet as strong as the ancient Darth Vader or as honed as her Master's. Even so, it served its purposes - survival. And right now, it was telling her to hurry up and move. Head jerking from one side to the other, she beckoned at the human before running across the street, scurrying up a ladder onto the roof. DS waited for a moment, then soon followed suit.
She could feel the anticipation growing within her. Kerstas had a plan, and if she could share it with her Master? Wonderful. If not? Well...she'd make do.
She always made do. Always.

Eight figures stole through the silent city night in pairs of two, their boots as quiet as boots could be on the pavement beneath them. Though they were by no means professionals in the art of stealth, they were nonetheless admirable in their form, as militaristic as it was. All eight moved with a purpose, stopping only to shoot out cameras which posed a threat to their currently hidden identities. A precaution, this -- though they had paid the security detail on watch in this particular sector, one could never be so sure as to whether or not a backstabbing was lined up.Particularly this close to the One Sith.
