Change of Pace

Location: Constancia, just outside of Sith Space

Eight figures stole through the silent city night in pairs of two, their boots as quiet as boots could be on the pavement beneath them. Though they were by no means professionals in the art of stealth, they were nonetheless admirable in their form, as militaristic as it was. All eight moved with a purpose, stopping only to shoot out cameras which posed a threat to their currently hidden identities. A precaution, this -- though they had paid the security detail on watch in this particular sector, one could never be so sure as to whether or not a backstabbing was lined up.

Particularly this close to the One Sith.

A female Chagian, barely old enough to be considered an adult crouched down behind a couple of crates, black hood pulled low over her blue features. Her eyes, orange as a burning sun, narrowed slightly. Beside her, a muscular human, also dressed in black, kneeled, his entire body alert and ready for action. Ahead was their target - a female Nautolan, not well-known in the galaxy, but known enough for the Chagrian to be aware of her background.

"Private SeCalleger, update," the girl whispered. It was clear that she was the one in charge, at least in this duo. It was also clear that the human was not too fond of it.

"Sarge and Radio are in position on their end, Izzy and Tavil in theirs, and Junior and Boom Boom are on their way. They had to dodge a couple of drunkards."

"Very good. Let them know we still have eyes on our target."

"Copy." The private, also known as "DS", withdrew his com and sent three clicks in quick succession. Less than a second later, four separate clicks came in as a response.

The Chagrian continued to watch the Nautolan, tensing up as she prepared to dart forward. To clarify things, the Nautolan was not a high-value target. Nor were the eight pursuants wanted. At least, not yet. The girl, Kerstas Amidas, was a former member of the One Sith and Acolyte to Darth Shojo, also known as [member="Sawa Ike"]. Who, incidentally, was also a member of the Covenant of the Black Rose, traitors to the Sith. Nobody really noticed when the Chagrian left, nor did they know that the Darth was her Master, but considering what she had planned for the future...Well, it wasn't smart to leave her face all over. Especially not now.

Honestly, the whole reason why Kerstas left the was, to be frank, because she was tired of the infighting between the individuals. It was a waste of energy and resources for the Sith; oh, sure, they hadn't quite lost their winning streak against the Republic, but any fool could see that the entire galaxy would have been in their grasp, if only they'd stop exerting so much energy on themselves.

Even though she was still an Acolyte, no one could say Kerstas wasn't also a schemer, a planner. A thinker.

"Get ready to move," she hissed to DS. "Target is on the move." The girl stretched out with her senses, allowing the Force to pick up on anything. The dark side flowed within her, though it wasn't yet as strong as the ancient Darth Vader or as honed as her Master's. Even so, it served its purposes - survival. And right now, it was telling her to hurry up and move. Head jerking from one side to the other, she beckoned at the human before running across the street, scurrying up a ladder onto the roof. DS waited for a moment, then soon followed suit.

She could feel the anticipation growing within her. Kerstas had a plan, and if she could share it with her Master? Wonderful. If not? Well...she'd make do.

She always made do. Always.

A little known fact about Nautolans is that, having evolved underwater, their eyes could see quite well in low light areas. Much better than humans, for sure. Similarly, their olfactory and pheromone abilities were quite exceptional, especially when they were submerged in aqueous liquids. Not to mentioned the whispered rumour that all Nautolans were, to some degree, gifted in the Force.

A little known fact about Nei is that, when she was drinking, none of the aforementioned characteristics really mattered. Particularly when she was drinking the substance currently in her hand, whose name she did not recall currently. Nor did she care. As for Force Sensitivity, well, she was as sensitive to the Force as a cold hearted murderer was to his (or her or its) victim.

Which is to say, not at all.

So it was that she had no clue whatsoever of the two individuals following her now, nor was she remotely aware of the other six people nearby.

The Nautolan continued to mosey on along, plunging herself deeper into a stupor with every hearty swig. Today had been a peculiar day, in that nothing of note had happened. The woman had flown in, dropped off the loads of produce and whatnot, and then received her pay. Nobody had shot at her, nobody had tried to fight her, and best of all? The universe hadn't dumped her into some sort of alternate galaxy. Yeesh.

So it was that Nei had decided to stop by one of the liqueur stores and purchase a bottle of the hard stuff, drinking it as she walked along. To someone who had known the younger Nei, this type of behaviour would have been shocking. Not the drinking, per sey, but the fact that she was drunk, alone, while walking the streets of a planet she wasn't too familiar with.

A noise like metal clanged behind her, and the Nautolan's head whipped back, bleary eyes peering into the dark. She stood there for a moment, waiting, before resuming her walk. The hangar bay where her ship was, the Lucky Star, sat no more than four or five blocks away.

Anyway, the reason behind the laxed attitude was that, quite frankly, Nei didn't care as much anymore. By her figurings, if the universe had wanted her dead, it would have killed her long ago. Instead, she passed every test it threw at her, and she was stronger for it. Of course, not so strong that her life was in danger; after all, Nei was by no means important, which meant she was safe from the eyes of the bigger fish.

So to speak.

[member="Nei Laa"]

Kerstas glared at DS. "You fool, you need to be more careful!" she hissed. The metal noise had been the human's foot catching on the top rung of the ladder, and were it not for the Nautolan's intoxication, their mission could have very well been compromised. The human, meanwhile, gave nothing more than a grunt, seemingly unconcerned by the fact that he nearly blew up the entire operation.

The girl resisted the urge to pinch the bridge of her nose. None of the Lion Squad members respected her authority, despite it being months since she took command. Leon had been trying to give her pointers, and she'd been following them - making an effort to remember their names, only insulting them when they had clearly messed up (alright, that was hers, but still; being nice all of the time was so...bothersome), and portraying the fact that she thought of them as people, not tools. And yet, they still acted like she was the enemy.

It didn't help that she'd lost her only supporter, Corporal Ghel. The woman was annoying, but at least she'd backed the girl without complaint. That was, until Kerstas told them -- without a chance to decide -- that they were leaving the Sith. A couple of individuals were relieved, but none were happy to remain under the command of the Acolyte. Nor were they happy with the impromptu decision. Leon had attempted to question the girl on this, but she was adamant to not reveal her true intentions.

Izzy, however, was the only one upset about leaving her overlords, and it took Kerstas pulling her aside to plant the idea that they were undercover to calm her down. Even then, the corporal had yet to fully forgive her. Under different circumstances, the Chagrian wouldn't have given two flying karks as to whether the others disproved of her, but without the backing of the Sith it was important to continually prove that following her was the right way.

The two figures stole quickly across the rooftops, always ready to drop out of sight should Nei look back again. The hangar by now was in view, and Kerstas turned to look at DS. "Alert the others to prepare for Phase Three." Phase Three being, drop the suspicious act and walk into the spaceport like they were meant to be there. A day prior, when the Nautolan was out, they'd manage to stash their gear by the smuggler's ship. But the best way to snatch her was to ensure she was unaware of anything amiss. Hence, why they didn't just sneak onto the ship and wait.

After they received confirmation from the other six, Kerstas leapt down into a nearby alleyway, flipping her cloak inside out so that brown was on the outside and black was inward. Hopefully the tendency of Jedi to wear brown robes would allow her to pass off as one, in case anyone got suspicious. Beside her, DS slid down a rope attached to a grappling hook, landing with a soft thud. Underneath his own cloak was the garb of a regular crew member, with no armour visible.

Yanking on the rope to detach the hook, he wrapped it up before placing it in a small pack. His cloak followed suit. The man looked down at the girl, his face stony and emotionless, quite uncharacteristic for the usually jolly fellow. "Ready?"

Kerstas was equally stony. "It is not your place to question me, private. Follow me, and please, try not to mess up again." DS's nostrils flared, and his eyes narrowed, but she ignored him. Through the Force, she could catch a waft of the soldier's thoughts; they were unkind, and definitely directed at her. For a moment, the girl contemplated putting him in his place with her lightsaber, but decided against it. With the One Sith, it would have been simple enough to cut him down and replace him. But now? Not so much.

"Remember, I can feel your thoughts. Were we still with the Sith, you would have been dead right now."

"Yeah, but we're not. Which means you need to remember the Sith can't help you now."

Kerstas remained unfazed, strolling along like they weren't trying to assert dominance. "Was that a threat, private?"

He opened his mouth to reply, but was cut short by a crackle through their wrist coms. "Shut it, you two. We don't have time for squabbling."

The girl's orange eyes flicked around as she reached out with the Force, trying to pinpoint where, exactly, Leon and Radio were. DS nudged her lightly before jerking his chin towards an alleyway across from them, where two figures were walking towards them. The gentlemen were also dressed appropriately, with Radio's geeky appearance apparent. "Sergeant. Private," she said by way of greeting.

Leon nodded in return. "DS. Acolyte. The others will be here soon; they are staggering their time accordingly."

Kerstas shifted her weight to one foot and stuck a hand on her hip in an affectation of impatience. Reaching up to rub her mouth, the Acolyte replied, "Good. The sooner they arrive, the better. The Target is already in the building."

Boom Boom and Junior walked up. Boom Boom threw her arms around Radio's shoulder, her teeth bared in a fake smile. Junior took a light nip from a tinted bottle in his hand. "Sorry we're late!" Boom Boom spat out in a perky voice. Then, in a lower voice, she added, "Someone please shoot me now before I make this moron explode."

Kerstas glared at Junior. "You are required to be fully alert on this mission. Intoxicating yourself puts everyone at risk."

Junior shot her a cheeky smile. "Relax, princess. It's just water. Figured I'd need something to add to our story. Make it more realistic and all. Where's Izzy and Tavil?"

"They're on their way," Leon replied.

"And the target?"

"Inside. Radio is working in hacking into the cameras."

"Was working. Is done. She's puking into a trash can right now."

"Lovely." Kerstas wrinkled her nose, then looked behind everyone. "Here comes the other two. Once they catch up, we will head into the hangar and continue on."

Nei wiped spittle from her mouth, still a little green around the gills. Her black eyes peered distastefully into the trash can, where the alcohol and prior meal rested in a smelly, mashed up puddle. Usually, Nei was pretty good about holding her liqueurs, but tonight seemed to be an exception.

Mood ruined, the Nautolan pushed away from the can and threw her bottle into it. The spaceport was eerily bereft of the usual crowd; not too strange, considering the time of night it was. But there was also a conspicuous lack of security detail. If Nei hadn't been half-wasted, she would have definitely found it suspicious.

As it were, she began stumbling once again towards the elevator, trying to remember which bay her ship was in. The one thing that should have been on her mind, but was not, was the fact that there was a crew of odd individuals following her discreetly, led by a peculiar leader.

[member="Nei Laa"]

Kerstas, too, wondered at the lack of security detail, but for a different reason. Yes, they'd bribed a couple of the guards who were working tonight, but their money was not substantial enough to warrant the place being this dead. Perhaps the bribed guards had decided to keep away the honest guards. Or perhaps this was a sign from the Force that they were on the right path, she added silently. Whatever it was, the girl was grateful.

The group continued on in a rather loose formation, with Kerstas near the back and the sergeant at the front. The Acolyte had to give them credit; they were talking casually among themselves, discussing subjects which were absolutely meaningless, and had she not known better the Chagrian would have assumed that they really were a spacer crew.

They continued to follow the Nautolan through the halls, steadily closing the gap. Once they reached a certain distance, Leon glanced at Kerstas, giving an almost inperceivable nod. She moved towards the front, walking next to the sergeant, waiting....until stepping forward, grabbing the woman's arm gently.

"Excuse me," she said, her voice deceptively sweet even as she attempted to mask her Imperial accent. "We noticed you were rather intoxicated. Would you like us to help you?"

Nei turned around, squinting at the girl with a rather suspicious look. Jerking her arm out of the Chagrian's grip, she stumbled back a few paces, her bleary eyes travelling over each individual. "Tcha," she said rather grumpily. "I not need nobody's help."

Somewhere in the murky, alcohol-infused haze of her brain, a tendril of the Nautolan's usual paranoia managed to leak out in the form of a weird twist in her gut. She squinted harder at the crew assembled. For all intents and purposes, they seemed like the usual spacer's lot - human, with a few aliens mixed in for good measure, and each one different enough to carry out an array of tasks. And yet, that little niggle at the back of her mind...something was not quite right here, but try as she might she couldn't figure it out.

Perhaps there was some sensitivity, after all.

Then again, perhaps it was simply a warning sign from her stomach that it was about to do another purging of the alcohol in her system.

Either way, Nei couldn't decide if these people meant her harm or not, and though she was drunk, she certainly was not suicidal. She started to shake her head, stopping abruptly when the world began to spin and nausea began to settle in. "No, no. I be fine, honest. I know my way here, I not need no help." Once again, a black eye turned towards the Chagrian, completely ignoring the older male next to her. The woman had never seen her before, but it wasn't recognition that drew her attention. Rather, it was....something. Curse it, there was something that she was missing - an important detail she just couldn't put her finger on.

[member="Nei Laa"]

Damn it. Even through the alien's alcoholic haze, Kerstas could sense the suspicion beginning to build. The girl shot a quick glance at the sergeant. She would have to use the Force to coerce the smuggler into cooperating. The alcohol in the woman's system would make it easy, very easy, but the Chagrian was still wary. Everything was going according to plan so far, which set her on edge even more. Using the Force would make her a beacon to any nearby Sensitives...particularly Sith.

But she couldn't afford to wait, either. Lacing her arm through the woman's elbow, trying to subdue the revulsion of touching another being, Kerstas leaned her head close, as if she were about to whisper a naughty secret. "You will let us escort you to your hangar, and you will let us board your ship." The Acolyte put as much power behind her voice as she could, feeling the words worm their way into the Nautolan's consciousness. "You will trust us because....we are nice people."

Inwardly, Kerstas grimaced. She preferred using mind tricks to terrorize her victims, not coat them with honey - but what else was she to do?

"You will trust us because....we are nice people."

Nei blinked, her tresses twitching slightly.

The smuggler's mind was a very complex, very weird place to be. It was fuelled by bitterness, paranoia, caution, stubbornness, and a general urge to beat the crap out of everyone. All of these feelings tumbled and twisted and writhed and coiled in her brain, giving her a sort of willpower that allowed the Nautolan to - on several different occasions, mind you - resist mind tricks and other Force abilities with greater success than other individuals. Granted, she was not immune, but in general Nei Laa was able to push against the Force through sheer stubbornness born of a desire to fight the universe at every turn.

Of course, as drunk as she was, all of the aforementioned characteristics were not around to help her - leaving the woman's mind as shapeable as a young child's.

So it was that when the girl spoke, the words managed to tear right into Nei's brain with little resistance.

Letting out a snort, the Nautolan shrugged. "Yous not look like nice people," she slurred. "But I not look nice either, heh. This way."

[member="Nei Laa"]

Behind the Nautolan's back, Kerstas couldn't help but throw DS a rather smug look. He simply narrowed his eyes at her, stopping to whisper something to Boom Boom. Not that the Acolyte cared.

Returning her focus to the Nautolan, the girl thought it prudent to strike up a conversation with the smuggler, lest the suspicion return.

Affecting once again a pleasant tone, she asked, "What is your name, by the way? I don't think I caught it." The thought crossed her mind that the woman might not open up without an offering (these smuggler's were so paranoid, though she supposed with good reason). Of course, a cover story would probably do nicely, too. This made the girl smile to herself. Though Kerstas did not generally follow the example of her Sith peers (not all of it had come from her Master's disdain for them), lying was something she enjoyed. It was exhilarating, coming up with lies woven so tight they could have been truth.

"Allow me to introduce my crew and I, first. My name is Padawan Amidas, and these are Sergeant Delgado, DS, Radio, Boom Boom, Corporal Ghel, our medic, Tavil, and Junior. We came to Constancia for a diplomatic meeting, though...The details, of course, are classified."

She sensed surprise from the others. No doubt it was from the fact that she remembered their nicknames, but also because she cast them as members of the Republic. What they didn't realise, though, was that the best lie came from a kernel of truth - it was, ironically, easier to believe the Republic would send Jedi for a meeting with a planet close to Sith Space than it was anything else.

"Nei Laa," she grunted out, nearly tripping over her own feet. "Pilot, shipper. Stuff like that."

Internally, she had a bit of an "ah-hah" moment. It had been a while since the Nautolan had run into any Jedi, but that would describe the weird feeling she'd gotten. Truthfully, the woman couldn't say which group of Force User she liked less, Jedi or Sith. Although, she grudgingly added, Jedi not be as quick to kill as Sith be. Her drunken brain found the explanation to be good enough...so why wasn't that feeling going away?

"Jedi, eh? Tcha. I not think Jedi hang out with scruffy types like these. Jedi be too stuck up and proper for lowly spacers." Nei's head flopped back, and she gave the other crew members a sorry-not-sorry sneer/smile thing. Smiling really wasn't her thing. "No offence."

"None taken, luv," the scruffier human male replied.

Her tresses gave a little coil, some of her good humour leaving. "Name's not Luv," she muttered. By gods, it had been an eternity since she'd seen [member="Joran Del-Finn"]. She didn't miss him at all, but... Still. Nei couldn't help but wonder what the muscled Si'hklesi foh was up to. He probably be impregnatin' a female dumb enough to fall for his charming manner, she decided.

In any case, it wasn't long before the group reached the hangar and, shortly thereafter, the Star.

Pulling away from the Padawan (who, oddly enough, seemed relieved to be rid of the other woman's arm), the Nautolan turned around and gave them all a mock salute. "Thanks ya much for escorting me," she said. "But I be fine now. Bu-bye."

[member="Nei Laa"]

Think again.

Subtly waving her hand, Kerstas once again intoned, "You will let us board your ship. Our own is currently out of commission."

In the meantime, the Lion Squad went to work. Leon, Boom Boom, Junior, and Tavil began to collect the stashed bags. Izzy and DS stayed by Kerstas, should the Nautolan resist their efforts, and Radio was hard at work maintaining the cameras, returning those on a loop back to their original feed and keeping them off the cameras.

Kerstas took a step closer, her Orange eyes glowing as she pushed harder with the Force. "You will let us board the ship, and you will do so without resisting." She stared down the Nautolan, pressing her two-inch advantage in an attempt to cow the woman into compliance. All of these smugglers were the same - cowardly, self-serving, and loyal to no one.

So intent was her focus that she didn't notice Tavil walking up to them, carrying something in his hand.

Nei Laa

[member="Kerstas"]

Nei gripped her head, teeth bared as her tresses writhed and squirmed in mental pain. Thanks to the alcohol, her defences were not what they should've been. But the obvious attempt to intimidate her caused the woman to sober up enough to, at the very least, begin resisting.

She shut her eyes, head jerking back and forth as she tried to ignore the commands. It was clear now that this girl was no Jedi, and that these people were not with the Republic. Unless, of course, they'd sanctioned aggressive negotiations such as these; knowing what little she did of the current Republic, that could have been possible.

The Chagrian kept drilling into her mind, fuelling the struggle within. This was worse than anything - worse than the mind tricks, worse than The Empt-- no, not as bad as that. This, this was something she could fight.

Panting through her nose, Nei glared up at Amidas. Breathing hard, she spat, "Fiyet. Onhso. Bo. Sei. Vim!" With a feral snarl, she leapt at the girl, hands reaching for her neck, but two of her crew mates restrained the smuggler.

The Nautolan twisted in their grip, spitting and hollering. No way was she going to be confined! No way was she going to be captured! She continued to struggle, her panic growing when the Chiss injected something into her neck. "What you do?!" Nei screeched. "What you do to me?!"

"Relax," he replied coldly. "We aren't going to kill you."

Those were the last words she heard before the sedative took ahold of her, causing her muscles to numb and her consciousness to fade. Despite her resistance, it wasn't long before Nei Laa was knocked out cold.

[member="Nei Laa"]

"Take her to a secluded part of the ship. Radio, I assume you have the slave collar? Go with them and attach it to her."

The three obeyed her words without question, and the other three quickly followed suit, carrying their luggage aboard. The sergeant, however, stayed behind and stopped next to the girl, waiting. Kerstas stared at the entrance, a slightly perturbed look on her face. "She resisted me," the girl said quietly. "Not at first, but... Then she did." Her Orange eyes looked up at Leon, for once looking more like a girl out of her depth than a cold, sadistic Sith Acolyte. "Are you sure she wasn't a Sensitive? Or Force Dead, even?"

"As sure as can be, but I'm not the one who's the Force User."

"As far as I could tell, she wasn't blessed with a connection. And I can sense her presence..."

"Maybe she just so happens to be stronger than your influence, even when drunk," Leon mused.

Any emotion that had been on display quickly vanished, and the more humane part of the Chagrian was locked down again. "Unlikely," she snapped. "I just need more practice." A slight scowl on her face, Kerstas stalked on board, looking for a holocommunication table or projector.

"Radio, is the collar on and active?"

"Yes ma'am, we are live. Want me to deliver the remote?"

Kerstas paused for a heartbeat. "No. Give it to DS. Have him and Junior stand guard over the smuggler. Make sure she is bound and unable to escape. I will be there shortly."

Meanwhile, Sergeant Leon had rejoiced her. "Holo room's in the lower levels, down these stairs." Wordlessly, Kerstas followed him, a prude look still on her face. The older man glanced at her. "I noticed you've been using their nicknames."

"They're easier to remember than their real names. And less compromising."

"Yet you didn't hesitate to use your own name - or mine, for that matter."

"You are from an older generation. I'm sure your name and your face share similarities with several hundreds of thousands of other individuals, military or not. I am an ex-Sith Acolyte whose Master betrayed them. I myself was under investigation. If we are to pass as mercenaries, I must use my real name in conjunction with our new line of work to assure our people that we're not spilling state secrets." She walked over to the holo and began to press buttons. "Excellent. This channel is secure. Paranoid individuals always pay off well."

"So that's why we left? Because you were suspected of treason?"

The girl shot him a deadly look. "It is none of your business. Now, if you'll excuse me, I have a call to make. Alone. Instruct the others to prep the ship for take off."

"Destination?"

"Your choice. Somewhere away from the One Sith, preferably."

"Yes ma'am."

Kerstas waited until he left, then placed the call. Bending down on one knee, she waited until the connection opened before saying, simply, "Master. We have begun."

Sawa was surprised, the sounds around her a she was sitting on the planet in the outer rim. Her apprentice was checking in and after all of the hard work she was doing out there in the galaxy. Slowly looking up as her hand tapped on the marble floor where all of the pillows were. "Yes my apprentice?" She said it perking up a little, the small goblet being filled by one of the slaves as she held the small finger blade over her wrist. "That is good, return when you can and we shall see what you have." The ancient energy was focused on a few of the things they had to do still like introduce the other one she had found. The Togruta Ryieh for the fun of seeing her apprentice battle it out in mortal combat for her amusement.

[member="Sawa Ike"]

"Understood, Master."

Kerstas started to get up, then paused. Even now, she had both a respect and a sort of wariness for the vampire. The Acolyte had no qualms about poking and manipulating others, even those well above her rank - but her Master...she was another thing entirely. If the Chagrian didn't know better, she would have said that she had fear of the older woman.

Which was why she hesitated to potentially hint at herself being weak.

Don't be so foolish, Kerstas chided herself. Of course you won't be all-powerful, you are still her apprentice. Just ask her about the Nautolan, don't be a coward.

Licking her lips slightly, the Chagrian took a slight breath before adding, "Master, the smuggler we captured - Captain Nei Laa. She is a Nautolan, a species that has been rumoured to have varying degrees of Force Sensitivity in its members. When I attempted to manipulate her mind... it worked, at first. Quite easily too, though I attribute that partially to the copious amounts of liqueur she'd ingested. But when I tried to get her to allow us aboard, she started to resist me. Yet I sensed no sensitivity or mind barrier on her part, and I know for a fact she isn't Force Dead."

Kerstas hesitated again. "Is it possible to break through mind tricks like that, in some other manner? Or was it simply a matter of character? Either way it doesn't matter - Private Wyrd has fashioned a slave collar for her - but I must admit, I am curious."

"There are always ways to resist a mind trick even if you have already been manipulated. You can't sooth the bodies natural reactions to situations and if something tells the body to fear while the mind is being tricked it can break them out of it. You just need to learn more about her and search for ways to ease into her head." She remained there looking but well Sawa had no real need to try and break someone for amusement it was just a young girls mind after all and you couldn't unless they were really weak willed make someone usuallly do harm to themselves. "You can bring her here fi you want my apprentice. Young girls always need a pet, just make sure you remember to feed her and give her water as I will not."

[member="Sawa Ike"]

At the last comment, Kerstas couldn't help but quirk a brief smile. Pet, indeed. Something told her that the smuggler would not be particularly thrilled with that description...and yet it would be most fitting.

And what of your crew? a deceptive voice whispered in her mind.

My crew will obey my every word -- their opinion on the subject is unnecessary, she snapped back. In any case, her Master's words had managed to sooth the Acolyte's worries. It wasn't her abilities at all, but merely an admirably strong survival instinct. The girl almost hated to break it.

"Of course, Master. I shall instruct one of my soldiers to plot a course towards....?" Kerstas trailed off, uncertain as to where the Sith wanted to meet. For a brief moment, she thought about attempting to sense the vampire, but quickly decided against it. Even if her senses could stretch out that far, there was very little doubt in her mind that she wouldn't be able to detect Darth Shojo. The older woman, was, after all, still a fugitive of the Sith, though word on the street had it that the OS had seemed to forget about the Covenant, for the time being at least.

Oh yes where was she. Sawa looked at her apprentice while she laid there a little more. "Come to Aing-Tii, I have found some lovely creatures that have been keeping me away from people." She had found a purpose with the being here and well they were skilled and friendly seeing her way of viewing the force more as an acceptable way. She was evil but she wasn't genociding at least like some... instead just bored and a sociopath. Sawa cut the transmission as she went to go and await the apprentice arriving with all of her attention on the food she had been given. "Hmm thank you." Sawa stood there looking at her Yasha armor as it was there and equipment so she could sleep until Kerstas arrived.
