Deep in a nameless sector of Space, the Vagabond drifted at impulse speed presently without an assignment underway.

Nowadays for Caedyn Arenais, life aboard the Vagabond had returned to being the norm'. He hadn't spent this much time aboard the vessel since his service in the Outer Planets Alliance and The Jedi Coalition, however, since leaving The Order of the Silver Jedi and founding The Rebellion (A new iteration of the freedom fighters), traversing from system to system was becoming a regular pass-time as his senior staff kept tabs on the holonet and communications for any sign of need.

There were still times where he missed the structure of living day to day within The Silver Rest back on Kashyyyk or even spending more time on Commenor and Mnemosyne, yet being so mobile and not restricted by politics or protocol meant that he could assist whoever needed it, regardless of how it looked, who it impacted or who they were associated with. It was a pure sense of freedom in being able to serve the Galaxy as a Jedi Knight ought to, doing good with no excuse for hesitation or pause.

As difficult a choice as it had been to step away from those who had been a family to him for many years, Caedyn was certain that he had made the right call in order to pursue a greater calling. Of course, there was nothing to say he could return and visit those he was so fond of, yet the Galaxy was in constant chaos and one needn't look far to see where a Jedi could be of positive difference in the lives of others.

Standing at the head of the observation platform overlooking the bridge and his crew, beside him stood Captain Gene Whayeson. She was a trusted advisor and the true authority aboard the Vagabond, whereas Caedyn had simply used his families financial status to fund the vessels manufacture and commission the crew for the purpose of enabling his agenda; That being the Jedi Path.

From the Communications Station, Ticia C'Heri voice interrupted Caedyn's thoughts as the Cathar called to their Captain.

"We've got a vessel on sensors, Captain!".

Aboard the modified Star Commuter Shuttle, the Gaven Harn

"We have exited hyperspace," came the voice of the RX series droid that had called itself Rix.

Ala's eyes opened from the time of meditation that she had slowly been coming out of in preparation for their exit from hyperspace. For a moment her eyes strained under the illumination of the shuttle, her had coming up to shield her eyes. But she quickly adjusted.

"Thanks Rix. Is there ship here like we were told it would be?"

"It certainly appears so," came the stationary droid's reply.

With her eyes fully adjusting, Ala could see the large vessel straight out the window. The answer to her question had only been moments away from her own confirmation. "Huh...it is big."

With a wave of her hand, she slowly began to float upwards towards her waiting hoverchair even as she saw the hangar approaching in the forward window. The way Rix flew the ship, she would be able to disembark in no time. She should have gotten a droid pilot years earlier.

With the hissing of the ships repulsors signalling that they had lowered onto the hangar's deck, Ala straightened her attire and fussed with her hair, all in an effort to make the best impression possible. The door opened upwards, and the short boarding ramp extended from the floor cavity beneath her.

BIggest smiles, Ala. Biggest smiles.

With the closing proximity of the Star Commuter Shuttle, 'the Gaven Harn', the shields around the Heavy Cruiser were lowered and Ticia C'Heri informed their crew where to land their craft.

The Vagabond was by no means a Carrier vessel, however, it did carry a dropship squadron, as well as a squadron of personnel transports for a more diplomatic purpose. In order to prepare for the coming meeting, Caedyn had asked the Captain if they might clear room for their guests to land, uncertain of the duration of their stay.

Taking one of the turbolifts down to the Hangar level, Caedyn stepped out onto the deck alone and without an escort. There was no need for military formalities for the time being; as far as he could tell, this wasn't anything if not a mutual arrangement. If this wasn't a friendly visit, than it was at least civil business.

Arriving at the base of the Gaven Harn's landing zone, Caedyn stopped a brief distance from where the landing ramp had dropped. Placing his hands behind his back, he stood upright and at attention, adorned in the attire every bit Jedi.

"Greetings, and welcome to the Vagabond" Caedyn spoke up in welcome to the Ala Quin Ala Quin as she descended the platform; "It's nice to finally meet you in person" he smiled. As of yet, their discussions had only been shared across The Jedi Comport.

"Caedyn Arenais, I presume," Ala said as her hoverchair rotated and drifted sideways so she could more easily offer her hand in greeting, "Jedi Knight Ala Quin...which I am guessing you have also figured out. Sorry for showing up with little warning, but I am eager to see what you might have here in way of clues to my mystery."

For sometime now, Ala had had a mission in mind, a task that needed completing. Even since visiting Yavin 8 with Caltin Vanagor Caltin Vanagor and going to the site of their old Enclave, Ala had wanted to know what happened with the library and archives that had once been present there. The Enclave's temple had been completely destroyed by the centuries that had passed, but the library seemed not to have had its books fall apart over time, as there was no remnants that would have been expected. And then the computerized archives were absent from their databanks. This added hope that the diary of her long dead protector and saviour from her childhood might be among the books of the Enclave's library. Within the diary of Gaven Harn were many clues and information as to her origin, but also the only remaining description of what Ala's mother looked like.

The mission was a long shot. An extreme longshot. But it was also a great distraction as she rebuilt her wounded spirit.

"Yours was admittedly an interesting request, and it's not often I'm contacted for help in historical matters..." Caedyn nodded and shook her hand lightly in response. He clearly remembered Ala Quin Ala Quin by what little detail she had previously shared with him in their few communications across the Holonet, however, he couldn't recall the last time he had visited Yavin; however, over the years, there had been numerous generations of Jedi making use of the Moon, not to mention those not so friendly to their like.

"If you would care to join me in a more suitable area of the Ship, I would like to go over everything you know in detail, starting from the beginning?" Caedyn asked while gesturing for Ala to accompany him, standing aside so that they might head for the turbo-lifts together where he had arranged for a conference room to be prepared. A place they could speak with more privacy and access to the Holonet and, most importantly, The Jedi Comport.

"When was the last time you visited Yavin, if you don't mind my asking?" Caedyn added further as they moved side by side. They had not shared much in the way of their background, although it seemed that she knew enough to take the initiative and contact him, seeking his help on the matter.

"By all means," Ala said with a pert smile and nod, before following after Caedyn in response to his request.

"It's the better part of a standard year since I have been on Yavin 8," she said of the small frozen moon near the traditionally thought of hub of Force user activity in the system, "my old enclave's temple has long since succumbed to the elements. It was rather confronting to see what time will do to us all."

She recounted her memories of the large library of physical books, but also the data library that was present in the space too. As she had disappeared from the enclave some time before its abandonment, she was not privy to any prearranged plans to relocate the library.

"It was clear to me in the moment that the books had not simply degraded and fallen awart. There were no fragments left over, nor preserved in some of the ice flow that had come throught he cracked ceiling...and the data vault was empty. All the holocrons had been removed...their old vault housings were still there, if a little worse for wear."

Caedyn's attention was on Ala Quin Ala Quin as she recounted her last time upon Yavin 8, the pair of them eventually arriving at the entrance to the conference room that had been reserved for them, to which the Jedi Knight stepped aside and gestured to the doors for Ala to enter first.

"After you", The mechanical doors would slide open as soon as she moved within proximity of them, receding into the wall upon either side and opening the room up into their view.

The room was fairly straightforward and none too extravagant. There was a long table within the centre with a holo-emitter set upon the surface in front of each seat lining each side. The far wall visibly exposed them to the darkness of space enveloping the vessel, built up of transparisteel. A transparent yet extremely reliable and secure alloy commonly used for viewing screens on a variety of Starships.

Awaiting the two of them just inside the room was a protocol droid and a nearby bar to offer beverages and other snacks for meetings of higher durations. "A Stim-Caf for me thank you El-Zee" Caedyn requested from the droid, soon looking to Ala and adding, "And whatever my friend here would care for?" he smiled before moving to the conference table and seating himself on the other side.

Considering what his guest had said about the Library being cleared out, Caedyn's thoughts mulled over a couple of assumptions whilst waiting for Ala to join him. Had her former companions and fellow members of the Order cleared out the archives themselves or had it fallen prey to scavengers or whoever was responsible for their need to leave the place abandoned.

"Do you know what happened to your fellow Jedi to persuade them to leave the Enclave?" He asked her curiously, soon elaborating in case of the need; "What I mean to ask is if they were forced away due to some form of attack, or did the Order decommission the Enclave and have them relocate?".

"The Jedi don't simply leave data lying about for others to come across, however, if they were forced to leave in a rush...-Well, who knows. I'm certain there must be some history noted within the Jedi Comport or elsewhere on the holonet".

(( Apologies for the wait! ))

"Nothing to drink for me thanks," Ala said with a slight nod and appreciative wave of her hand. She seemed to be all business.

"There was little left of the temple or its contents...and I find it odd that there is no mention of them, the Students of the Light, in any official Jedi archives," Ala said with a furrowed brow, "it is as if...they never existed. I wandered if perhaps they came under the charge of some of other enclave over time and when that enclave was decommissioned...both locations stopped being used? What do you think of this theory?"

"I suppose it's very possible..." Caedyn replied, reflecting upon his own history within the Je'daii Order and how quickly the Galaxy seemed to forget about them despite the newer iteration of the Je'daii from his younger years.

It was also entirely plausible that the Sith had managed to infiltrate or invade and wipe out the location and any evidence of the students of life, their history, their past and their teachings. Although, in the grander scheme of things a single year wasn't a long time and any invasion against Yavin would surely have been something Caedyn would have caught wind of, given its historical relevance to the Jedi and the Rebellion.

"Your first step would be to accompany me to the Jedi Enclave. If we don't have any information that seems familiar to you, then I'd suggest seeking out the archives either within The Silver Rest on Kashyyyk, or the Jedi Temple of Coruscant" he suggested, knowing that both the Order of the Silver Jedi as well as the Galactic Alliance and their New Jedi Order would likely have a far more significant collection of history, lore and data to sift through that could be of some help to Ala Quin Ala Quin .
