Major Locations
The Mountain City Of Rane (Rain)
The Mountain City of Rane is the planets most historic and famous location. Also being the capital of the planet built by Cersia's earliest inhabitants in the year 550 Aby. The people were mere farmers and builders but had to adapt to the mandalorian invaders starting to raid neighboring towns on the planet. A war eventually had broken out. It was quite destructive and drawn out , The two groups noticing high casualties and low morale from within their own ranks finally had sealed a pact.The formed alliance went on to establish a system to better govern the planet by having the Cersians deal with any political matters involving the citizens , while the Mandalorians strictly focused on Military and Security for the planet .This made some people have a better liking towards the cersians then mandalorians. Disagreeing with the unstable balance of power , some mandalorians had plotted to stage a coupe which would fling the planet into other battles. The Coupe would be averted by a group of militia made up of Cersians and mandalorians led by "The first Maverick" Rane Starburn who was the leader and protector of Cersia. He was born from a Mandalorian mother and cersian father in secret. The city was made to commemorate him for breaking the system, .The historic figure being from both major groups on the planet made him a beacon of growth for both groups sharing the planet, a statue was constructed to honor his memory. Though the city was formed from the wreckage of war it is a marvel .Standing at an astonishing height of 2,766 ft tall ,it was sculpted from the insides of a mountain held together by using pillars made from durasteel and other metals. It holds 17 levels which stretch from one mountain side to the next. Each level being like a smaller city within itself . Many immigrated species live in the city safely by way of shield gateway that allows for entry and exit . A small microchip biometric implant is used to tell civilians apart from the planets ground and overhead creatures. 25 million people live in the city living the way they wish, finding jobs as making and selling food, clothes,alcohol ,armor pieces , weapons and other items mostly found on world.
The Whisk Spaceport
The Whisk , a quite neighborly spaceport to let off steam and refuel, built on the far outskirts of the city .It has over 232 hangars to dock incoming ships from freighters to small fighter.s Built due to the massive influx of spacers and other species coming to live on the planet . The Whisk Cantina run by a retired cersian general named Flash Metorin The Old Togorian has run the establishment for 36 years and is proud of his large assortment of rare spiritsl found from across the sector. Cersians are known for their iron guts so you won't seeing anyone retch after a few rounds of the good stuff from the top shelf. Although a place relaxation each area also holds a bit of culture from the various races that live on the planet . Always hearing new languages being said from around the galaxy. mostly being built to accommodate the people to make it a home away from home . Mostly a social gathering for those searching for a cantina but is quite impressive with its starship modification shop run by female Ithorian Buuli Bendo owner and occasional side gambler whose good at earning credits then spending , The cheap old gal has been the heart of the whisk for years on end ,putting her own personal touch in her work and spending time to help offworlders get comfortable. The newest addition to the whisk is the Newly opened droid market owned by a verpine by the name of, Muulan Garra but refers everyone call him Gar a real brainy individual always overdoing it , he is quite the perfectionist . Although some individuals have a good character some on the other hand are under world criminals fleeing their planets to live in the multiple district s striving to making a life for themselves . Keeping all their underground activities to a minimum due to cersian guards being posted around corners keeping an eye out for any unsavory business , and armed to keep the peace . If boring talk isn't your speed the Whisk also has a landspeeder race registration for all the thrill seeking drivers out in the galaxy. The track goes through canyons and various other valleys on the world .
Starburn Family Home
The estate is found on the far reaches of the planet , This is the sacred ground where the last of the Starburn family lives.The bloodline has been the famous protectors of the planet for years, always having a hand in the planets growth and development .They were granted a large part of land of 150 acres which they used to build their ancestral home which stands till this day. The large home holds the head family but allows for other sworn mandalorian families to live on in the surrounding area. The interior has a azure color scheme from the walls to the ceiling , the estate has a total of 16 rooms . When walking through the doors, first thing to see is a stair case leading to the main room. The main room has a war table in the middle odf the room which has a holo map layout of the entire planet and also The famed Mythosaur chair where the past starburn men and women had sat. . The perimeters are heavily guarded , deflector shields are the main protection for the home but also there is a constant patrol of guards present in the area. Constant surveillance is in place .along unmarked perimeters which are equipped with motion detectors. In the event that the sensors are tripped, an elite armed force will be sent to investigate the disturbance. Mostly used for a meeting place for discussing Mandalorian affairs on the planet.
The Ashen Field
Fields of 6 foot white grass scattered around the planet were found out to be reoccurring seasonal plants on the world.This one in particular has been stapled into the planets history the field is now a gray ashen color due to the first civil war that had happened there. The explosions of grenades and other types of explosives have scorched the surrounding landscape that stretches for 30 acres near the city .Which is a rarity because of the low growth rate on the planet . The grasses grow back by sending seeds into the air guided by the planets frequent breezes and planting them in random areas around the world. Their are stories about these fields on the planet, said by the locals. when the wind howls you still hear blaster fire and battle cry's of those who'd fought in the wars , of course nothing but a superstition to scare kids into not going into the tall grass .The fields are now mostly used by the those who go hunting but unknown to them what creature could be in there to easily make it a one way trip.

An area of low flooded land near the planets ocean that had become one of the marked crash zones where the mandalorians had first crash landed. .Due to them being caught in an Ion storm . The area has the remains of crashed starships and fighters that have now sunken into the muck . Only brave fools would try to reach the treasures that lay at the bottom, searching for remains of the warriors, weapons and armor who had fought in the wars .

Named after the first female maverick Tory Typho. Being known for her kind demeanor out of all the mavericks she was a real saint .One of the towns found across the planet this one in particular is set apart from the rest .The town is intended to be for those searching for souvenirs and other type of mementos found offworld. but now it has become a hub for those looking for trouble because of its low security its become quite vulnerable to outlaws .A place once dug into to become another mine was found to be empty and a town was built beneath it all, the way to reach it is by turbolift which brings you down.

A town once known for being an irredeemable cesspool on the planet has now become a thriving location. Once run by the lawless mercenary group known as the "Moon Splitter's" they were lead by some two bit outlaw named Drace Ryker. He had run the town for a few years, somewhat giving back to the community in his own way. hiring people and paying them for doing odd jobs. Demographic: The planet is pretty well rounded many of the races live in the city peacefully. Mandalorians and Cersian's making up one of the major percentage of the population. All manner of aliens can be found almost everywhere on the planet living in towns and on the land itself . The idea of xenophobia never really has been an issue on the planet. Aliens have been on both sides of the war's through the years many even becoming Mavericks for a time. The occasional debate can stir something out of hand causing the guards to get involved but besides that everyone is quite civil with one another, unless you get a few drink in em .

Growing up on the planet is loosely based on where you call home such as living in the city as opposed to living on its outskirts. Living in the city allows for children to attend various academies which teach about piloting , government, technology, history , military, languages and so on.While as opposed to living on the outskirts cersians sometimes live in one of the various towns scattered on the planet. being taught the old traditional ways of the planet such as agricultural training, mining , architecture and other manual labor Jobs. Some Mandalorians who live on the land are more comfortable keeping to themselves, by starting families and passing down years of history,knowledge, and culture to the next generation .Sometimes they come off as serious and tightly wound but it isn't that rare to see them spend time around the city. Every one has a chance to unwind when the holiday's sets in. The year is and everyone gets a chance to remember history and come together and enjoy each others company.
Sports
Cersia's past time includes one of three things first being the landspeeder races. Sometimes for higher rewards and risk it does not even taken place on a track. The wild atmosphere of the planet makes every race a bit of a surprise not knowing what it'll get you the land, the creatures , or your terrible driving either way its a fun watch for the whole family.The next is named "The flight games" the idea is to do impressive maneuvers while using any craft able to fly. The person who impresses the judges and crowd will come out on top. Many who win even get offers from the military to train rookie pilots. Last but not least a good ol game of sabacc broadcasted on the holonet where listeners can watch and hear .Not just a game for scoundrels , official championships take place usually at card tables in tory town where players are set against one another. It is then monitored by judge's set at each table who carefully watch to see that everyone at a table is playing clean.

Wealth: Medium-The planet for centuries has been very self sufficient mostly getting its wealth by way of underground work The wealth comes from selling and trading the minerals offworld thriving and restoring itself .The planet itself is able to recreate minerals at a quicker rate than other planets. Doing what would take . . Although the planet is unique it all comes at a price. Many of the buildings and architecture are quite ancient many of it staying the same and only having slight modifications to keep it alive and in check . The planets city architecture is so extremely massive and over the top that it take's months to fully fund a single project if a level was to start deteriorating which is starting to slowly happen to level 13 in Rane city .
Stability:Medium - The overall feel of the planet is lawful.The people are tame and friendly , living their lives the way they want not by any governmental design . An occasional outburst by outlaws looking to make trouble and credits can cause and upset on the lives of regular people in the community . But sooner or later they would be found out and confronted by the law. Though the planet has found peace for years history is still heavily rooted .Mandalorians have called the planet home for years but some don't see it that way calling them interlopers not directly unless it slips out in a fit of anger .
Freedom and Oppression: Low- The Government has no hold over the people it is strictly made to make decisions for the people's well being no matter how tough they may be. Everyone is free to do whatever they like as long as it follows the basic ethical laws of the planet .

MILITARY & TECHNOLOGY
Military: What mandalorians lack in technology they make up for in old warrior spirit . The Cersians are quite the opposite having developed highly remarkable shielding technology believing a great offense is a greater defense. Using all their skills together they have quite the military output. The main focus of the military is on aerial and infantry combat not overly dependent on assault terrain vehicles. All troops get an equal amount of training in the different forms of warfare not having separate fields to practice in ,believing skills shouldn't be gained separately . The young men and women of the planet are given the option of joining into the cersian military when coming of age. Most of the military training is lead by the Mandalorians at Fort Grimlock, where a person would spend roughly 14-17 weeks of basic training from test dealing with weapon accuracy ,situational awareness, piloting, ordinances, survival tactics and education of laws and rights . They are then allowed to take the advanced course which is also optional allowing them to become the planets elite .The training is tiresome , 20 days living on the land outside of the cities protection and only given minimal survival resources. The training is for building character said by many of the generals but the rate of survival is slim . The test is to demonstrate how the first inhabitants had lived on the planet before the introduction of advanced technology. On the day of their return they are given medals and a celebration lasting 6 days tops.
Troops types:
Cersian Soldier
The assault/policing troops of the planet usually seen roaming the cities levels , eyeing suspicious individuals and scanning for credentials. They are known for their no nonsense attitudes, if provoked they will restrain a civilian by way of stunning or cuffing .They are only ordered to fire upon if civilian is deemed extremely harmful to others .They are trained by a mixture of Cersian and Mandalorian higher officers , able to use both styles of training into their career. Troops are usually equipped with Reinforced fiber_armor , helmets , ,ammo caches, rangefinder , Braxen leather knee and shoulder padding.
Mandalorian Jet-pack Guard
Seen soaring overhead guarding the skies and in towns around the planet.Mostly called upon when an off-world ship has refused to state their reasoning for entering the planets atmosphere . Armed with weaponry from various blaster rifles,grenades, vibroknives, flamethrower and their famous jet packs equipped with missile launcher. Found nearly on every stretch of the planet guarding both borders of Mandalorian and cersian territory. If trouble is near he or she will be contacted by cersian officials on a shared frequency to intervene in a situation.
Cersian Crackshots
The sharpshooters of the military wearing riot armor with Stealth_field_generators, macrobinoculars and experimental blaster rifles slung over their shoulders . Their main job is to spook the dangerous creature 's who get to close to the city . overtime they learn the ins and outs of the planet without the help of any mapping technology. Usually known for setting up camps outside of the city on hills to better survey the landscape . They have a rotation periods of 5 weeks until another group of 6 is subbed in. Their training consists of patience and breathing control which is why their accuracy is unmatched from the rest of the army.
Starburn Elite
Originally known as the "Champion's best" having helped in stopping the coupe with Rane starburn they have now evolved over time. Now known as "Starburn's Elite " these warriors have earned legendary status on the planet. Most of them coming from worlds such as Concordia and Mandalore .Their sole purpose is to fight in the name of the leading mandalorian clan on the planet. Donning crimson red beskar helmets medium armor plates and jetpacks. To be able to join their ranks an individual must be recognized and chosen by the lead member of the clan personally for their abilities. They are given Cersian made blasters and blades but are able to use any weapon they are comfortable with.
Cersian Elite
Being the planets most advanced force as a whole they are inducted into a special program to put their skills to the test.
Through their training, the elites were more lethal and efficient than the average cersian soldier of the planet. By passing the advanced course their ceremonial medals are melted into their specialized armor to commemorate the day they had graduated. Usually guarding high ranking officials such as political figures. They can also be seen as commanders over squadrons when in war times but also are called to complete covert missions across the galaxy.
