Cars on Chaos?

Alright so I may be asking an ultimately idiotic question here....BUT! Are actual cars a thing or perhaps more importantly allowed to be a thing on Chaos? I know we have swoop/speeder/ pod racing but if one say wanted to have an illegal street race in the lower perhaps semi abandoned levels of say....Coruscant could that person use say an actual car? Maybe it's though of as an antiquity or something? Like with a fuel powered engine not like ion drives or something. Any answer is appreciated

I mean, if people still use tanks with treads and 'slugthrowers', then a car isn't really out of the question or against the rules.
