- Duraflex Fabric provides environmental protection as well as regulating body temperature.
- Blasterproof: As clothing goes, this jumpsuit is durable against blaster fire, able to withstand even direct hits. It is not indestructible, however - one's best bet for survival if somebody starts shooting is still to run for cover.
- Sleeps With Vibroblades: The jumpsuit also boasts exceptional defense against kinetic blows from weapons such as vibroblades. The faster the sharp object is moving, the stronger the cloth will be against it. It also features shock absorption.
- Protection From the Elements: The duraflex fabric used in the inner lining of the jumpsuit provides protection from environmental factors and has been treated so that it will not retain water (and become heavy) when submerged. It also features technology that regulates the wearer's body temperature so that they are never too warm or too cold.
- Fireproof: The gown is resistant to fire damage.

- Lightsabers and Ion: The jumpsuit has no real durability against lightsabers and EMP/ION.
- Mere Clothing: While the fabric is quite durable, this is still only clothing and should not be considered on par with armor. Though she didn't arrive at the best of times, Capris Halcyon came to Thelma with a request she couldn't refuse. The Padawan needed formal wear for a diplomatic mission before the night was over. Thelma eagerly accepted the challenge, creating an embroidered jumpsuit with a detachable sheer cape. The rose gold and copper paillettes are hand-embroidered; the fabric is black georgette made from shell spider silk, with Duraflex lining.
