Cannot transfer faction ownership

I'm trying to transfer ownership of my faction, Vesuvian, to another character of mine, [member="Kassius Visceron"]. It get a message saying that ownership has transferred, however it does not. With Kassius, I am also unable to see the different subforums that have been created.

Only Admins have the power to transfer ownership homie.

Gotta ask one of them to do it. Nicely. With roses.

Yeah, only Administrators are able to actually make the change.
