Discussion Can NFUs see Force Ghosts?

So, writing an episode of The Mandalorian for film school has been an interesting experiment of trying to adapt stuff originally made for Chaos into an actual canon story. One of the hurdles I came across was a topic that I stumbled onto in my research, which was inconclusive on the topic.

Can Non-Force Users see Force Ghosts?

We don't see Force Ghosts all that often in the series, the Original Trilogy uses them pretty exclusively in the context of Luke interacting with them, outside of Leia at the end of ROTJ, but I don't think we ever see Han or anyone else interact with them.

Pretty sure they can't. Hell, I think Han practically rides right through Obi-Wan's ghost in Episode V. As far as I know, there's no instance of an NFU interacting with a ghost. Certainly, not a jedi's ghost.

I'm gonna say they can, but only if the ghosts are interacting directly with them. i'd presonally treat it ike anything else force related.

NFUs aren't immune to effects in the force, so by that logic if a force ghost wanted to interact with them, they could.

Also, it is technically canon now that everyone has the potential to become an FU, so that would also mean that no one is really outside of the forces influence.

But that's just my two cents

I always took this scene here in ROTS that even Force-Users need training to speak with force ghosts. So my answer would be no...

I would say Luke did not have training when he hears Ben at the Battle of Yavin or when he sees him on Hoth.

I think it has more to do with who the Force Ghost wants to see them. They are the ones that required the training. Not everyone can be a Force Ghost, I would think everyone could interact with one. Though I suppose it would vary to what degree they are receptive to interaction.
