PERSONALITY
Camellia Swift appears to have a stable mind. She also appears to be very open minded about things, very often displaying multiple answers to problems for open ended questions in both studies and psych evaluations. Ms. Swift seems to be an individual willing to make compromises to settle disputes. On several occasions she has intervened to resolve matters between others of her peers, usually mediating of her own accord. However, the young woman does appear to have a stubborn streak in times when others display overt levels of intolerance, though it never reaches violence. Between all this and her test scores and actions during training we would assume Ms. Swift would try to assume authority over the others, but it appears more often than not she desires to exclude herself from the rest of her peers. This may be attributable to and overly shy persona, as she appears reserved when meeting new people or integrating with an unknown group.

However, we believe it is more probably due to a lack of ambition as she partakes in several other activities out and about. Some of which include visiting the repair bay and working on several of the speeders there for short periods of time now and then, and frequenting the main lounges to keep up on current affairs. Overall she seems quite normal and is cleared for mental integrity.

Camellia's Journal of the time: Ah my former academy records. I don't know where they get the idea that I was stubborn. I just didn't appreciate an individual's adherence to ignorance, arrogance, and intolerance when they quite clearly make fools of themselves and others. Least of all when they believe it's the only opinion that matters and that it is the absolutely right way to think. I prefer to have a broader way of thinking to keep things open. There's never one right answer, or one right way of thinking. There's always a point, but the real point is to determine where most of the points to be made lie. Or at the very least to let others see the point others are trying to make, and that they all have made some. I find that to be a very simple way to solve disputes, a lot them pointless and annoying because they're so simple to end. I suppose that was a technique I learned having to deal with a pair of little siblings always arguing. They made for great practice.

As for the rest of this file? I'd like to point out they neglected how cautious I am when approaching unknown situations during exercises. It's kept me from falling prey to mistakes and traps plenty of times. I also dislike they're assumptions that I'm reserved and lack ambition. I have ambition, I just have it reserved for other things I intend to follow up on someday. And when it comes to new people I enjoy meeting them, I just don't want to look like an idiot or give the wrong impression. Especially when its with lovely young women if you catch my drift.



BIOGRAPHY ​
From the supplied records and background checks Camellia Swift is confirmed as having been born on the planet of Rendili in the core. Her parents, Father - Rollan Swift and Mother - Lorana Swift, own a small clinic in one of the larger cities in which Camellia herself appeared to have worked for a time. There seems to be nothing that stands out in her background aside from her academic performance which would indicate a bad record. No trouble with local law enforcement or outstanding debts of which to note. No one in her family either has any history of disturbance or deviant attitudes. Her father did seem perplexed reports say that his daughter choose to enlist. Apparently having several accounts set aside had she looked to follow after him and her mother in medicine. The funds supposedly coming from Ms. Swift's grandparents who hold shares in the Rendili Shipyards.

Camellia's interest in the world's naval defense forces likely endeared her greatly to her grandfather who had lived most of his life working in Rendili's shipyard industry. Having started as a dock worker on ships and working his way up to crew chief, the man, along with his wife who worked in the clerical division of the company, continued to rise up through the company's ladder buying into its shares along the way. Spending the latter half of his life consolidating these resources and taking a position among its chief holders. Watching his son turn away from working in the shipyards as he had left the elder Swift disappointed as he wished to leave control of the shipyards to a relative if he could if they had the desire and passion for spacefaring vessels. Nonetheless he intended to leave behind whatever wealth he had acquired for his family regardless, his shares and influence on the board would merely pass to whoever was most qualified. However, the knowledge of his granddaughter pursuing a career in the navy rather than medicine as his son had, along with her interest in mechanics and tinkering at a young age, gave him the hope that she might be able to keep Rendili Stardrive on the right direction to grow after his passing.

An event that took place after Camellia's promotion to Captain after 3 years of service as a Lieutenant after her graduation from Rendili's naval academy.

Oh what ship? And if you point out the Hammerhead II the Silver Jedi made lol. I was beat to it because the last week had me busy and I put off posting even though I got permission to try and make the faction last week.

The specs on it I don't like, I already had my own write up. Also Rendili Hyperworks doesn't exist in canon after the Old Republic, it phased into Rendili Stardrive. Which I've applied for.

That ship's specs are certainly more along the lines of what I'm looking for and was intending. But that's more for the mainline. I have a little secret canon tech from Rendili to make that even better.

I really wanted these ships to be the ship of the line for the subfaction though, so am a little sad over the loss. Unless I can make my own variant still if the company gets approved.

And honestly if I get the company approved I'll have the base specs of the ship and can modify them how I want since Rendili owns them. Plus I could even use the Rendili tech everyone else has missed even so there's that too.

Rendili Stardrive could handle that. And for a significant price I could add in that special part for you. Here's a tidbit for it, it'd give you the power to match an Imperial Class 1 Star Destroyer. It would be rather expensive though, can you afford it?

(There's Imp I and Imp II classes I believe)

I like what you're doing. I'll be keeping an eye on your submissions and Naval roleplays. I'm interested to see what you end up producing. Also, good luck in your future efforts to leave frozen corpses in the dead of space.
