The Counts of Serenno are the guardians, leaders, and overseer's to our home. Each house has certain duties that it is given by the council of Counts to oversee. "To become a Count you must be accepted by the Council in a majority vote." He said, leading the way out of the dining hall and into the main hall. "It does not happen often, as you can imagine. The houses are very wary of allowing outsiders power over their planet. So simply being rich is not enough, you must be of an agreeable character to even be considered. Plus at any given time there are not usually anymore than seven or eight houses. For balance of power." He explained.
