Bruises fade, but pain lasts forever (Vengeance)

"Very well," said Livna, knowing these men were just paid by Vengeance to carry out his orders.

It was her Master that she needed to talk to. But as the days progressed, the Caprine Acolyte realized he was not going to come. She'd either transgressed beyond what he was capable of forgiving or this was just another mental game of which she was quite familiar.

Livna had been in a cell before, specifically on Panatha. After she'd been whipped to the point of pain and nearly disfigurement, Priestess Tiin and Darth Prazutis had locked the servant in a cell. In that experience, she was not even given food or water until she was nearly dead and then, like a dark angel, Briga had brought her back to life and pretended like the entire ordeal had never happened.

But one night here at the Academy, before the trial, Livna attempted her escape. She implanted thoughts of a distracting nature to the guards who warded those away and began to bend the cell bars with Telekinesis so that she could slip away unnoticed.

As the day of the trial grew closer it seemed more and more guards seemed to rotate through the detention area. Except to give Livna her meals none of them really seemed to pay her any mind. It was the issues with Imperial society. Imperials it seemed had very specific and deep rooted beliefs and the Caprine Acolyte in their eyes was beneath them. If not for the combination of fear and respect for the Emperor's Hand they may have even mistreated her. Seeing what he had done to his own former Apprentice none of them wanted to find out what would be in store for them.

On that fateful night in the Academy when the two Guards began to get distracted and babble it was both a blessing and a curse. The normally professional men were acting out of character and while they had lost interest in the prisoner bending metal made a bit of a racket.

The sounds of chatter and metal carried towards a roving pair of guards turning the corner towards the detention area.
