SPECIAL FEATURES

- Cooling Systems: In order to prevent the large amounts of heat generated by the projector from melting it, the Shereshir has an integrated cooling system that will shut the projector down in the event of it overheating in order to perform a coolant flush and to allow the projector to cool down. Each projector has enough coolant to perform five coolant flushes, but can be connected to a larger coolant reservoir.

A late addition to the company's arsenal, the Shereshir, is a powerful tractor/pressor beam projector that's become very popular with Strill Securities personnel. Translating to (to) kidnap, or sieze, in basic, the Shereshir boasts a long range and considerable power. That additional power, however, doesn't stop there, and can be made use of to engage multiple targets with the weapon's multi-target mode, allowing it to target multiple targets in exchange for a decrease in power proportional to the number of additional targets. Additionally, the projector features an auto shut-off function tied into it's Manda tactical battlenet module that greatly reduces the chance of friendly fire.
That said, as all tractor beams, the Shereshir is notably vulnerable to tractor shrouds. Additionally, stellar phenomenon such as nebulae and stellar dust clouds can interfere with the beam as well. Tractor beams are not guided weapons, and as a result, other ships, whether hostile or neutral can disrupt the beam by putting themselves between the projector and the target. This will also usually result in a loss of lock on the original target. Finally, friendlies without a Manda tactical battlenet module still run an albeit reduced risk of being accidentally struck by the beam.
