Pretty sure paying for college tuition and living expenses, due to a loss of income by the massacre of the rebel alliance, would amount to at least treating someone half decently, if not at least 3/4's decently. As it stands, we aren't the ones forcing rebellion on those who don't want it. You know what they say when you point the finger at someone; you really are just pointing three fingers back at yourself.
Also, I would say well over 95% of original population is retained within Coruscant from canon. #factsarefacts, #whoistherealbadguy, #dontforgetdave

Bright Star will host a 'pop up' casino in the Manarai Hills District around Dave and Janet's college. From this casino, we will have a benefit concert. We will have a special live performance of Dave and Janet's wedding song by the band who wrote it. All very touching and somber.

I've got a whole lot of soldiers forming a perimeter around the temple. If any rebel wants to fight them, tag me. You'll be taking on an NPC named Major Revil (I'll put up an NPC bio soon).
