Marcus Itera
Yeehaw
Location: Financial Trade Center of Coruscant , near prison.
Objective: Change of plans
Allies: The Rebel Alliance (Urban Combat Specialists), and the Coruscanti Resistance. [member="Oddball"], [member="Matthew Mar'Tin"], [member="Juwiela Melec"]
Foes: The One Sith. [member="Sage Bane"], [member="Matsu Xiangu"], [member="Reverance"], [member="Tmoxin Temi"]
Marcus and his boys had stuffed enough kilos of explosives into these four support beam holes to wipe this entire city block off the face of the planet. However, given the expertise and precision displayed by a team of highly trained demolitions operators, each set of charges was primed and aimed inwards. Between meters of melted metal and their concussion and sequence charges, this thing would topple even if they wanted to remove some of their stuff.
But they didn't. It was perfect this way.
His little squad had already rounded up their gear and bailed. They were instructed to hit and fade, so this was phase two of said operation. They didn't need to stick around to watch their work being completed and they surely didn't want to wait for some hawk-eye of an Imperial soldier to spot them and arrest 'em.
"Someone's coming."
Miranda's voice chirped in his ear just as he noticed it too. Metallic footsteps along with the shouting of distant orders. Something else grunted around the corner and the sounds grew closer and closer, as if an entire squad was running his direction. Marcus grabbed the detonators and stowed them away in his armored rucksack before bringing his CZ-836 assault rifle chambered with an entire magazine of BANG rounds.
A pair of droids rounded the corner in seconds. They spotted him immediately and brought their assault rifles to bear upon him just as Marcus squeezed off five shots, each of them smashing directly into their torsos. The third droid caught him off guard and struck him straight in the chest with a blaster bolt - or would have had Pappy not been wearing his Military Mobility Shield.
