Console Cowgirl
Howdy,
I've been fairly recluse, sticking to writers who I have worked with for a long time now, some for a decade. I'm looking to branch out lately, have Hacks leave her hidden hole in the galaxy and meet new people, and for myself to work with other writers.
Currently Hacks has relocated from Denon and moved back to Nar Shaddaa, a place she once called home. She finds herself without friends and few allies. She's got a spice and mod addiction burning a hole through her pockets. She's spent her life slinging code for the highest bidder, usually the oligarchs of Denons' Corporate Authorities. She's pillaged the ruins of Jedi Temples, attacked the CIS senate in a failed effort to kidnap a politician, quite literally stolen the top floor of a building in a corporate-funded heist, and sliced into the Galactic Alliance senate to help a bounty hunter out of a hot spot.
Despite what she has accomplished as a slicer and shadowrunner, she's a real gritty character, living a life of extreme poverty in a suffocating environment of crime and moral corruption. She's nearing her own personal rock bottom, all she knows is the life of a runner. A recent example of this being my latest thread The Nosebleed Section.
What I am looking for is really anything, shoot me ideas. Hacks may have made herself countless enemies in the underworld but I'm open to opposition if that is what you are looking for. The more the merrier. Or perhaps a friend, maybe someone needing a slicer for a job. Let's talk shop.
Here's my bio for reference [x].
My writing inspirations come from Shadowrun, Cyberpunk, Market Forces, Hardwired, Ghost in the Shell, Akira
"You guys who live in Realspace; you move so slow. Me I like Netspace. It moves fast. You don't get old, you don't get slow and sloppy. You just leave the meat behind and go screamin'. First system I ever hit, I think they had some weeflerunner playin' Sysop for them. I burned in, and jolted the guy with a borrowed Hellbolt, and did the major plunder action all over the Data Fortress. Somewhere out there is a guy with half his forebrain burned out. I wonder if they ever found the body. I wonder if they'll find mine the same way...- Spider Murphy, Cyberpunk 2020
