STRENGTHS
Pilot: After many years participating in various swoop-related activities, as well as some criminal-related getaways, Bralon has come to be a grand pilot for all things considered. Enough to outsmart and outmanuever, anyway. His direct offensive piloting is questionable.
Street-Fighter: Having to survive on the streets of Taris, Bralon learned how to be ready when the eventually scrap with another came his away. He put this to good use, getting formal training to use his fists in an arena. Yet, he is not above using dirty tricks and unpsortman-like tactics to get ahead in a fight.
WEAKNESSES
Specism: Because of the public perception of the Pykes, Bralon is often looked at with suspicion by other sentients. He has dealt with xenophobia towards him on various levels, from verbal abuse to targeted violence by the other urchins of Taris. As such, he keeps himself rather guarded when meeting new people.
Adrenaline: Due to his love of swoop racing and all things fast, Bralon has something of an addiction to adrenaline-inducing situations. Namely, this takes the form of dangerous, risky stunts and races with his swoop. Should anyone become caring of him, they might be constantly worried about his well-being.
HISTORY
Bralon Mordan, a Pyke, was born in the lower levels of Taris, a place where poverty and crime thrived. His father, a respected capo in the Pyke Syndicate, and his mother were killed in what was assumed to be gang-on-gang violence, leaving Bralon to fend for himself. Disillusioned and angered by his parents' deaths, he vowed to distance himself from the Syndicate and the spice trade that had caused his family's ruin. This vow became the driving force behind his life choices, shaping his future actions and decisions.
As an orphan, Bralon faced a harsh and unforgiving world. To survive, he engaged in petty theft, fought in illegal boxing rings by the age of fifteen, and eventually joined a swoop gang. The gang provided him with a sense of belonging and the thrill of high-speed races, offering a temporary reprieve from his grief and anger. Despite this, he struggled with feelings of isolation, as many within the gang and the wider community distrusted him due to the negative associations with his species. The prejudices he faced only deepened his sense of being an outsider, even among those he considered friends.
Feeling unfulfilled and still haunted by his past, Bralon eventually left the swoop gang and became a drifter. His aimless wandering led him to Clan Terentatek, a group that welcomed him despite his guarded demeanor. Though cautious and slow to trust, Bralon is beginning to warm up to the clan members, finding a new sense of family and purpose. Perhaps, despite his tragedy, he can find a sense of belonging once again...
