Yeah as someone who personally trained and fought [member="Krest"],

[member="KeCholo"] 5 mil is overdoing it, on a good day he might be worth a mil when somehow he's doing everything right, but even that would be stretching it.

I suggest we make a separate system for him, where it's not really a bounty you put on him but more of a suggestion, like "Hey if you'll see him take care of him, but you know, no rush, there's really no need to go out of your way to hunt him down"

Last I checked there were no rules governing timelines on Chaos. The only regulation pertaining to thread chronology is in regards to submission approval dates, which has no bearing in this situation.
