- It has the wide variety of using multiple different configurations to store different forms of grenades inside for use and adaptability.
- Has a preset "Bounce" switch that goes from 1-5 Bounces before detonation. If it is inert after the first bounce after being activated, it will go off in five seconds.
- Bounce Around!: If the enemy is behind the corner, throw it against the wall and bounce it at the enemy which will then meet a nasty surprise. If you are a Force User, this can be rather fun to do tricks with to impress your troops.
- Extremely Modular: If the grenade exists, most likely it can be adapted into this design. Plasma, Ion, multiple different types can be used for the same effect for devastating results.
- Force Users ruin All the Fun: A Force User can stop it in mid air from exploding and throw it back. This leads to many of a backfire and sometimes to the users own death.
- Easy to Ignite: Shooting at it can result in the grenade going off prematurely, having nearly no defense features save for kinetic damage.
A Bouncing Multi-Purpose Grenade sounds absurd on paper until one found out the hard way in a mock battle with it bouncing off the wall. That one person was Haon Hafey in a friendly match against other troops of the Brotherhood of the Maw who spoke on being able to bounce it even more. Haon took that challenge and created a bouncing grenade that can richoeet easily around walls and obstacles. They even took a Huttball Glove and pitched with it for a demonstration, throwing it quite far in the open before it exploded. It was approved for use though its design seems to be now out in the open, easy to find.
