Description:BLUEmilk is a modern fine dining restaurant and exclusive eatery for the finest of occassions. Currently located on the upper-class rises of Bespin's Floating Cities it boasts impressive city scape views and the most private of dining experiences in the Galaxy.

As one walks into BLUEmilk they are greeted by one of their well mannered and welcoming hosts, in this entrance hall guests can mingle with access to the standing lounge and bar which is manned by three of the galaxies most established mixologists, including the Universal Champion in Mixology.
Canapés are readily available within this relaxed and informal atmosphere and guests can choose from a wide range of drinks and snacks before they are escorted by the host to the restaurant floor that sits in a circular dome beneath the entrance chamber.

The Restraurant is separated into four sections, each comprising of five tables and waited upon by two waiters, a sommelier and watched over by the floor manager. The tables themselves are set to the highest level with cutlery hand-crafted by Naboo metal-smiths and Nubian plate and glassware.
Each table can expect the highest level of service from their waiters who undergo competitive training within the industry and are expected to undertake a two year starting apprenticeship before being allowed to work on the floor itself.

The apprentices of the restaurant are used as runners to move the food from the kitchen, which is located to the side of the restaurant and is open for theatrics and customer enjoyment. Each of these runners are training to be a waiter and must memorise all ingredients that are within any dish they serve to a table. A brief description is given each time service is undertaken.

To the rear of the restaurant lies the wine chamber. A specially designed cooling and temperature retention room which houses Blue Milk’s extravagant wine list. With bottles that range from forty credits to fourteen thousand it is easy to say that they have everything covered. BLUEmilk can boast the finest wines and the best vintages in the galaxy.

The Kitchen itself is open and easily viewable no matter where one is sat in the restaurant. It is manned by fourteen chefs not including Chiari Barlot herself and is capable of operating like clockwork thanks to the highest level of training the industry can offer.
The appliances within the kitchen are state of the art and most can state that the food is more ‘invented’ then cooked.

If desired BLUEmilk also has a PDR(Private Dining Room) that is located in a secure area above the entrance bar. It can seat twenty and is catered to by a personal waiter and manager. The cost is extravagant but meetings are commonplace in this room.


Intent: To create a formal environment that the rich and powerful can meet and enjoy a meal together without the need for violence and bodyguards.
