DESCRIPTION
Designed as a mass produced capital ship for CST to sell to various groups across the galaxy, the Blizzard-class Heavy Starcarrier is a Venator-inspired craft designed to carry a large compliment of fighters at the cost of there own firepower. Featuring a main battery of twelve twin PC-2 turrets, the vessel does at least pack a decent punch, if light for her size, and is backed up by multiple smaller cannons and flak batteries. Along with this, the Blizzard-Class features a large set of scanner veins meant to allow more accurate tracking and scanning of small targets, which is useful for the Starcarrier. The main issue with these veins is they aren't that strong, and are susceptible to damage.

Along with this, the main draw of these starcarriers is their hangers. While smaller than dedicated carriers, the hangers allow the Blizzard-class to bring in up to eight starfighter squadrons and 2 support squadrons to boot.
